MODELING DEEP BAR INDUCTION MOTORS FOR SUGAR FACTORY ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS

abstract 1221608044 issue 122 pp. 642 – 655 31.10.2016 ru 410
The article is devoted to solving the urgent task, which is improving the accuracy of transient simulation modes of power supply systems of sugar factories. The material of the article is exploratory in nature, manifested in the fact that we have studied various mathematical models designed for the analysis of symmetric modes of deep bar induction motors. A number of the provisions of article have scientific novelty, which lies in the approach to the choice of the coordinate system for modeling deep bar induction motors. We have formulated the requirements for transient analysis method for deep bar induction motor. We have developed the mathematical models of high-voltage induction motors in different coordinate systems for the analysis of steady-state and transient modes of operation. Based on double-circuit rotor model of induction motor, an analytical expression for the frequency characteristic of the deep bar induction motor is obtained. As an example, we have calculated and presented real and imaginary parts of the frequency characteristic of the induction motor type 2АЗМ-2000 with slip s = 1. The mathematical models of induction motors allow using mathematical apparatus more efficiently to explore different symmetrical modes of engines. The study proposed to use transients in the power supply systems of sugar factories for the analysis. The authors suggest an approach to modeling, which can also be useful for modeling induction generators

MODELING COMPLEX MULTIFACTOR NONLINEAR CONTROL OBJECTS BASED ON A FRAGMENTED NOISY EMPIRICAL HIGH-DIMENSIONAL DATA IN A SYSTEM COGNITIVE ANALYSIS AND IN THE INTELLECTUAL EIDOS-X++ SYSTEM

abstract 0911307012 issue 91 pp. 167 – 191 30.09.2013 ru 1603
In the article, we have considered the application of a system-cognitive analysis and the Eidos-X++ intellec-tual system to create complex multifactor models of nonlinear control objects on the basis of noisy frag-mented empirical data of large dimension and for the use of these models to solve problems of forecasting, executive decision making and research of the model objects. We have formulated the systematic generalization of the principle of Ashby (for nonlinear systems). The numerical example of a study of an abstract nonlinear system (Lissajous figures), in which the combined effect of multiple factors is the sum of the influences of each of these factors separately, that says about non-compliance of these factors, the principle of superposition and nonlinear effects in the system under consideration. It is shown, that the proposed device and software tools allow us to model such systems. We note, that the proposed device and instrumentation allow to interpret some classification scale, as projected geographical coordinates of the event, and others, like the foreseeable events and their severity, which allows you to get cartographic visualization of recognition of the place and time of events

MODELING AND DIAGNOSTICS OF THE RESEARCHER’S SYNERGIC INTERACTION WITH THE SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY

abstract 1531909024 issue 153 pp. 228 – 239 29.11.2019 ru 170
The article presents innovative models and methods to diagnose the researcher’s synergic interaction with the scientific community (social mega-environment). It is known that the researcher’s interaction with the social mega-environment has two main directions: scientific collaboration and using the scientific community’s social and cultural potential; the former appears as scientific publications, while the latter appears as scientific citations. It is also known that synergic interaction is the interaction leading to the increase in activity results (according to the “1+1>2” scheme). In the article, the researcher’s synergic interaction is understood as his/her collaboration-based research activity that leads to obtaining the results impossible without this interaction. The theoretical significance of the research results is in the possibility for the further development of the sociology of science, as well as for the further development of the models of the individual’s interaction with the social environment; the practical significance is in the possibility to analyze the factors contributing to the success in the research activity of academic researchers and research teams (i.e. applicable for monitoring the research activity)

MODELING AND DIAGNOSIS OF TRAINING PRODUCTIVITY OF SCIENTIFICPEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL

abstract 1201606052 issue 120 pp. 770 – 784 30.06.2016 ru 343
The article presents the criteria for the effectiveness of the scientific and pedagogical workers of higher skill levels for the preparation of scientific and pedagogical staff. It is known that the preparation of the teaching staff (PhDs) - one of the most important activities of higher education institutions; Moreover, when the state accreditation of higher education institutions compulsorily taken into account indicators that reflect the impact of training candidates. Also, of course, that the training of the teaching staff (PhDs) - activities that require both high levels of research and pedagogical competence. This means that the results of scientific and teaching staff higher qualification levels for the preparation of the scientific staff - both indicators of research and pedagogical competence; own training of researchers - an area of "crossing" of scientific and pedagogical activity. Unfortunately, the increase in the number of scientific personnel being prepared does not always mean quality growth. Often trained scientific personnel (PhD) not only do not approach the level of competence of its research (the results of research) to the supervisor, and stopped to engage in scientific activities after defending his doctoral dissertation (or engaged at a low level). Therefore, the article authors consider it expedient to propose indicators that reflect not only the amount and timeliness of the research training (PhD thesis defense sometimes occur many years after graduate school), but also the productivity of this activity. From the point of view of the authors, the success of research training only can be considered productive when prepared by the scientific supervisor candidates of sciences are highly qualified scientific personnel, ie conduct high-level research, the results of which are recognized by the scientific community; the same is true of the scientific advice (highly qualified scientific workers - doctors). The practical significance of the study results - in the possibility of objective monitoring of research activity of scientific-pedagogical personnel of higher qualification. Methodological bases of research: a systematic, competence, sociological, and metasystem qualimetric approaches. Methods: modeling, methods of quality control, methods of set theory, relations and graphs. Normative base of research: the Federal Law "On Education" (2012), the federal state educational standards of higher education (2014, 2015). The work was performed as part of research projects "Monitoring of the research activities of educational institutions in the information society" (№ 16-03-00382) and "Modern information and educational environment" (16-36-00048) with the financial support of the Russian Humanitarian Foundation from 17.03. 2016.

MODEL OF THE NETWORK COMMUNITY IN THE POST-INDUSTRIAL AND INFORMATION CONCEPTS

abstract 1201606061 issue 120 pp. 903 – 913 30.06.2016 ru 705
The article studies the works of the theorists of postindustrial and information concepts of the society’s development. The author thoroughly examines the role of these paradigms in shaping perceptions of the modern socio-cultural space. He notes the high prognostic value of the studies for understanding the phenomenon of the Network society. The author draws attention to the fact that they cannot fully describe the current state of social space and do not have the required methodological diversity. It is noted that new ways of thinking and organizing objects of the virtual environment are required. According to the author, it is important to designate the information as one of the priority components of the transformation process in society. Technology and the Internet mediated communication creates a new type of social relations, switching attention to the creation of social communications as a play environment of interactions. Compression of the space-time continuum described in terms of information and global social space redirection, helps to comprehend the locality, mosaic and fragmentation of the occurring type of sociality. This phenomenon appears due to the involvement of individuals in the total communication system that turns out to be the cultural manipulation, affecting the needs and behavior in all spheres of life, as the information acquires the ability to program. Internet creates the illusion of fullness of socially demanded actions and expectations. The article shows that the interest in the phenomenon of image reality is increasingly growing among the social thinkers, who see it as the future state of the social space. The author draws attention to the fact that the development of the online world is defined by the main task of the modern human sciences, the solution of which is carried out by the ordering and value ranging the virtualization phenomena, by the optimization of methods of control over the interaction of real and virtual realities

MODEL OF THE CITY IN THE KNOWLEDGE ECONOMY

abstract 1181604111 issue 118 pp. 1672 – 1693 29.04.2016 ru 414
The known models of the city from a position of knowledge economy are analyzed in the article. The hypothesis of the research shows that practice of a strategizing of the city has to be based on polymodel approach when several key models adequate to modern trends are taken as a basis, connected with formation of sector of economy as a part of regional social and economic system, and other models are addition and essential extension of the contents chosen basic models, strengthening their cognitive component. Research of the model of a creative city, creative clusters, quarters and zones of the city, model of the digital city, model of an eco-city is conducted. Substantial features of models are revealed. It is established that the informative potential of types of models of the city increases on the basis of research and identification of mechanisms of mutually transition (participation) of elements of one model as elements another (others) complementary models. The city as the semistructured system consisting of diverse subsystems and elements does not submit to rational planning owing to structural and territorial duplication of functions and asynchrony in functioning and changes, and also owing to the history and sociocultural specifics of the population significantly giving immanent logic of life. It is necessary to create flexible system of the city strategy on a polymodel (interdisciplinary) basis, based on activization of growth sources, various on contents, for the purpose of formation of new image of the cities
