NON-INVASIVE DIAGNOSTICS OF ANEUPLOIDY OF A FETUS WITH CIRCULATING TROPHOBLAST CELLS IN MATERNAL BLOOD

abstract 1231609131 issue 123 pp. 1965 – 1984 30.11.2016 ru 1141
Isolation of fetal cells from the blood of a pregnant woman is more relevant for receiving the information of the genome of a fetus and implementation in clinical practice, non-invasive screening methods for prenatal diagnosis. The work proposes efficient ways of sorting trophoblasts circulating in maternal blood for the diagnosis of fetal aneuploidy in early gestation by analyzing microsatellite marker of the chromosomes that most prone to numerical aberrations (13, 18, 21, X and Y). A set of microsatellite markers allowed to reveal aneuploidy in three pregnant women, and also to exclude mosaicism and contamination of samples with maternal cells. A retrospective analysis of data on invasive cytogenetic studies (chorionic villus sampling) confirmed the results of the study

RURAL (AGRARIAN) TOURISM: RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS AND MODERN DEVELOPMENT IN THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1321708094 issue 132 pp. 1166 – 1187 31.10.2017 ru 1141
Many scientists suppose that rural tourism as a kind of tourism industry in Russia has not got long history. But we can see its manifestations at different stages of tourism development, which are described in the given article. In different historical periods, rural tourism had its own forms, modifications and kinds of activity. That is why we can say that agrarian tourism took place in pre-Soviet and Soviet periods too. Besides, we still have troubles with theoretic aspects of rural tourism. Today science society invents a determination of rural (agrarian) tourism, creates classifications of this and so forth. Nowadays rural tourism is a polyfunctional phenomenon. That is why we should explore it in more details. The Krasnodar region has a lot of recourses which allows us to develop many kinds of tourism, including agrarian on its territory. Existing legal environment creates attractive investment climate and helps to develop rural tourism in the Krasnodar region successfully

FAMILY FORMS OF LABOR ORGANIZATION IN AGRICULTURE IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN RUSSIA

abstract 0951401061 issue 95 pp. 1056 – 1079 30.01.2014 ru 1143
The demographic problems of Russia are considered in this article. There was cited one of the variants of tension decrease in the given question – creation of multi children families in countryside. The village is the most optimal place for formation of such families. It is quite fair the question of working place and good wages in villages in connection with it. To our view, the most successful decision is organization of family enterprises (for example- peasant or farms and personal farms. This article is devoted to the realization of this process difficulties and objective reasons revealing and citing of our point of view (according to historical experience)

СADASTRAL ASSESSMENT OF NEWLY FORMED AGRICULTURAL LANDS

abstract 1091505035 issue 109 pp. 585 – 596 29.05.2015 ru 1143
State cadastral assessment of agricultural lands conducts to determine their cadastral cost. Its results affect the interests of all land relation subjects. The main scope of the cadastral cost of lands’ use is creation of the basis for the taxation of lands. At present time, the newly formed cadastral assessment of lands is regulated by the methodological guidelines approved by the Economic Development and Trade Ministry of the Russian Federation on 12.08.2006, N 222. According to these methodological guidelines the newly formed cadastral assessment of lands is determined by multiplying the average cost for the municipal district of specific index of cadastral cost of agricultural lands in the area. The current procedure of determination of cadastral cost of the newly formed agricultural lands is considered inadequate. The best option will be the determination of their cost taking into account the individual characteristics of each particular land plot in a particular cadastral quarter. The soil surface quality influence on the cadastral cost of agricultural lands is considered by the example of three land plots, formed at the expense of unclaimed land shares and located in the municipalities of the Krasnodar Region: Dinskoy, Mostovskoy and Tikhoretsk districts

SMALL-SCALE MODELING OF DYNAMIC FACILITIES FOR PROTECTION OF HYDROSYSTEM TAILRACES

abstract 1131509039 issue 113 pp. 525 – 534 30.11.2015 ru 1143
To study the formation of plunge basin in the Cheboksary hydroplant, we used a scale model of the spillway dam and all structures in the tailrace, installed in the slot flume. When we passed the flow corresponding to the diversion flow of the hydroplant with a glance to the modeling scale, it was found that the plunge basin was formed behind the end fixing of the spillway apron. To research the dynamic facilities of hydrosystem tailrace protection against erosion, we used a small glass flume with a model of the roundcrested weir. For the experiment, the water-surface elevations were built in the flume without the weir, and the uniform motion area was established. In MathCAD software environment, the curve of the flow of measuring rectangular weir of the flume was created. Because of measurements, the curve of water surface by the flow motion through the round-crested weir was made. As the main criterion for modeling, the criterion of Froude was selected. Scale of modeling of flow parameters was determined. For testing, models of hydrodynamic profile and sail structure with streamforming sluice valves were built. The process of sand washout from the flume bottom and formation of the bottom ridges when installing the profile was photographed. Impact of the profile on the flow and its relation with the formation of the bottom topography were studied. Full-scale values of geometric parameters of the bottom ridges and their movement velocity were established as well
