GENERAL RELATIVITY AND GALACTIC METRICS

ABIOTIC PECULIARITIES OF SMALL RIVERS OF THE STEPPE ZONE OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

Steppe rivers (Eja, Beysug, Chelbas et al.) occupy a vast Azov-Kuban plain, whose total length reaches 4800 km and catchment area of the entire hydrological network of up to 24 000 km. Dams and silting increase flooding of agricultural land and many rivers severely degraded with a reduction of its water content and its quality. Landscapes of the steppe zone occupy a middle reaches of the largest rivers - Beysug River, Chelbas, Eja and differ of transaccumulative character and accompanied by numerous beams and small slope that prone to weak erosion. The valleys of the steppe rivers are characterized by high and gentle slopes and floodplains of river slightly wavy and their deep areas are swamped. As a parent rocks it is dominated by loess clay and clay. Features of soil cover are determined by topography. Black soils were formed on the plain, eroded and meadow-black soils are on the slopes, and meadow-bog soils - in areas with stagnant water. The climate is characterized by moderate winter and hot summers with insufficient moistened soil and low air humidity. The vegetation of the river systems of the steppe zone is divided into marsh, meadow, meadow-steppe vegetations and vegetations of saltmarshes. The ichthyofauna of small rivers is very scanty that is determined by the hydrological regime. Plowing of lands along the water bodies, the development of wind and water erosion is typical for steppe rivers; therefore siltation and overgrowing of rivers are widespread

APPLICATION OF AUTOMATED SYSTEMCOGNITIVE ANALYSIS TO PREDICT RISKS WHEN OPERATING ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS IN AGRICULTURE

The article deals with the use of intelligent technology "Aidos" for the prevention of fires, electrical injuries, and accidents at agricultural sector and optimizing the security measures of human-machine systems. Causes of accidents are multi-phase or single-phase short-circuit in the supply network or electrical installation, the failure of the primary protective equipment and violations of regimes for electrical installations, causing overloads, deterioration of the insulation of supply cables, the mismatch of protective devices to regulatory requirements. Implementation of systemcognitive analysis provides a reduction in the number of dangerous fabricated experiences at hazardous production facilities. Due to the application of ASCanalysis, it provides a more efficient operation of electric installations on dangerous industrial objects, which means to prevent fires, electric shock injuries, accidents and optimize the safety measures for manmachine systems. Users of the system called "Eidos" may be companies with a high risk of appearance of the accidents at hazardous production objects: agroindustrial complex, gas supply, heat and electricity, oil-processing components, metallurgical industry, chemical, petrochemical and oil industry, main pipelines-wire transport, food and oil industry and others. Planned efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of ASC-analysis is provided by reducing the number of dangerous man-made situations: accidents, fires, and electrocution on dangerous production units-projects. THE MATHEMATICALLY BASED CHOISE OF VISCOELASTIC IN SHUNT GLAUCOMA SURGERY

The dramatic lowering of intraocular pressure (hypotony) is developing during glaucomatous surgery due to the formation of the new aqueous humor outflow. The calculations of the flow in the fluid balance parameters have shown, that for the normal intraocular pressure maintenance in the postoperative period the fluid flow out of the anterior chamber should not exceed 0,04 microliter in minute. The intensity of the aqueous humor outflow through the shunts with different parameters does not depend on the shunt length. The shunt with the inner hole radius 0,025 mm is the most safe as it provide the less outflow. The experimental comparative study of the static viscosity of the most widely used viscoelastics in ophthalmological surgery was carried out. It was stated that used in eye surgery viscoelastics on the basis of 1%, 2% and 3% sodium hyaluronate possess the viscosity, that differs in 10 and 100 times and has significant influence on the flow intensity out of the anterior chamber when the new outflow tracts are formed. The mathematically based choice of the most optimal relationship between the viscoelastics physical parameters and the inner hole size of the shunt type glaucoma drainage devices was established. Shunt with the inner hole radius 0,05 mm and simultaneous use of 2% and 3% sodium hyaluronate solution is the most safe for the maintenance of the eye tonus during the first 5 days after glaucoma surgery. The presented correlation allows to increase the safety of the surgical treatment of the patients with the refractory glaucoma
