MATRIX ORGANIZATION OF SOILS OF RICE AGROLANDSCAPES

abstract 1331709069 issue 133 pp. 905 – 923 30.11.2017 ru 422
Acidic properties of the mineral matrix of meadow chernozem and meadow-boggy soils of Krasnodar region are characterized by a total adsorption capacity of ammonia in the range of 32-61 µmol / g. The lowest acidity of the matrix was observed under conditions of permanent rice cultivation for 80 years (32- 33 µmol NH3/g). The mineral matrix of rice soils depends on the meliorative state and the granulometric composition of these soils. At low fields of meadowboggy soils, heavier in granulometric composition, the total acidity of the mineral matrix is 51- 53 µmol NH3/g on high checks of lighter meadow chernozem soils – 34-45 µmol NH3/g. In the upper soil, with a less acidic matrix, the Fe3+ content increases and the amount of Fe2+ decreases. The reverse pattern is found in the lower soil with more pronounced acidic properties of the matrix. A proportional relationship between the humus content and the acidic properties of the mineral matrix is found. The highest yield of rice is formed on meadow chernozem soils with a less acidic mineral matrix

MATTER GENERATION FROM SINGULARITIES COLLIDING IN THE RICCI FLOWS

abstract 1221608069 issue 122 pp. 982 – 1006 31.10.2016 ru 486
In this article, we investigate the problem of creation of matter in the collision of particles, presented by singularities of the gravitational field. A system of nonlinear parabolic equations describing the evolution of the axially symmetric metrics in the Ricci flow derived. A model describing the creation of matter in the collision and merger of the particles in the Ricci flow proposed. It is shown that the theory that describes the Ricci flow in the collision of black holes is consistent with EinsteinInfeld theory, which describes the dynamics of the material particles provided by the singularities of the gravitational field. As an example, we consider the metric having axial symmetry and which contains two singularities simulating particles of finite mass. It is shown that the static metric with two singularities corresponding to in Newton's theory of gravity two particles moving around the center of mass in circular orbits in a non-inertial frame of reference, rotating with a period of two-body system rotation. We have numerically investigated the change of the metric in the collision of particles with subsequent expansion. In numerical experiments, we have determined that the collision of the particles in the Ricci flow leads to the formation of two types of matter with positive and negative energy density, respectively. When moving singularities towards each other in the area between the particles the matter is formed with negative energy density, and in the region behind the particles - with positive density. In the recession of the singularities, the matter with positive energy density is formed in the area between the particles. The question of the nature of baryonic matter in the expanding universe is discussed

MAXWELL’S EQUTIONS AND YANG-MILLS THEORY IN THE METRIC OF ACCELERATING AND ROTATING REFERENCE SYSTEMS IN GENERAL RELATIVITY

abstract 1081504098 issue 108 pp. 1352 – 1375 30.04.2015 ru 0
Metric describing the accelerated and rotating reference system in general relativity in the case of an arbitrary dependence of acceleration and angular velocity on time has been proposed. It is established that the curvature tensor in such metrics is zero, which corresponds to movement in the flat spaces. It is shown that the motion of test bodies in the metric accelerated and rotating reference system in general relativity is similarly to the classical motion in non-inertial reference frame. Maxwell's equations and Yang-Mills theory are converted to the moving axes in metric describes the acceleration and rotating reference frame in the general relativity in the case of an arbitrary dependence of acceleration and angular velocity of the system from time. The article discusses the known effects associated with acceleration and (or) the rotation of the reference frame - the Sagnac effect, the effect of the Stewart-Tolman and other similar effects. The numerical model of wave propagation in non-inertial reference frames in the case when potential depending of one, two and three spatial dimensions has been developed. It has been shown in numerical experiment that the acceleration of the reference system leads to retardation effects, as well as to a violation of the symmetry of the wave front, indicating that there is local change of wave speed

MEANS AND METHODS OF INFORMATION SECURITY IN THE ECONOMIC SPHERE

abstract 1191605047 issue 119 pp. 653 – 665 31.05.2016 ru 424
People commit nine out of ten acts of sabotage, one way or another associated with information technologies. According to experts at InfoWatch, developer of systems to protect confidential information from insiders, the reason for this profession lies in the psychological characteristics of these employees. To understand the problem let a couple of real-life examples illustrate the typical traits of professionals in the information environment. In addition, if the first teller did not hide his name, the latter decided to remain anonymous. Deep psychological background of the act of sabotage often leads to the fact that a disgruntled employee threatens boss or coworkers, for example, by e-mail. Sometimes he even shares his thoughts with someone from colleagues. In other words, it is not only the attacker, who knows the information about the planned diversion. Analysts estimate, that in 31% of cases, other people have the information about the plans of the saboteur. Of these, 64% are colleagues, 21% are friends, 14% — family members, and another 14% are allies. In addition, we were able to establish that 62% of corporate saboteurs think about their actions in advance. In 47% of cases, they commit preparatory acts (e.g., theft of confidential data backups). 27% — design and test of the future mechanism of the attack (preparing a logic bomb for the corporate network, additional hidden inputs to the system, etc.). Whilst in 37% of cases of the activity of employees, you may notice: 67% of the preparatory action may be visible online, 11% are visible offline, 22% — both at once

MEANS OF EXPRESSION OF DISAGREEMENT AND ITS SEMANTICAL AND SYNTACTICAL IMPORTANCE

abstract 1161602015 issue 116 pp. 215 – 224 29.02.2016 ru 827
This article is devoted to communicative and pragmatical importance of the speech act of disagreement and means of its expression. Importance of communication increases in the modern world because of improvement of informational technologies and expansion of borders of communicative space. Therefore, the research of features of communication ceased to have applied character and got to the area of studying of many sciences and linguistics. Research of expression of semantic category of disagreement is actual for modern linguistics and is because the integrated approach to the analysis of essence of concept of disagreement for the purpose of its adequate description of system and functional properties is necessary. The dialogical unities containing reciprocal remarks of disagreement are the object of the research. The object of the research is the features of disagreement, which are shown at the lexical and grammatical levels of any language and in some spheres of communication. The purpose of this work is to express the act of disagreement from the point of view of semantical and syntactical importance, to consider basic lexical means, both verbally and nonverbally. However, it is noted, that the problem of use of nonverbal means for expression of disagreement demands special studying

abstract 1131509113 issue 113 pp. 1613 – 1625 30.11.2015 ru 1000
The article is devoted to the objects of practice and theory of the means of individualization of legal entities. Individualization of a legal entity - it is when it is allocated from the mass of all the other organizations. A legal person acts under its brand name, which is defined in its founding documents and is included in the state register. The main function of the means of individualization - select an object or a subject of the total weight of the homogeneous objects or subjects. Legal regulation and the legal protection provided by international regulations and legislation in different countries. The high relevance of the topic because it is the development of today's world market and contributes to increasing the role and need for individualization of goods and means of legal protection

MEANS OF SHAPING AND FORMSERIALIZE IN MODERN FUR CLOTHES

abstract 1201606096 issue 120 pp. 1425 – 1435 30.06.2016 ru 587
In the article, we perform an analysis of the means of shaping and formserialize in fur clothes taken in the production of domestic and foreign fur companies. The spatial form of fur garments is solved, in the main, constructive. The type, direction and amount of articulation were determined by the design of the product and the properties of the fur: the height of the hairline, the size of fur semi-finished product. The proposed positioning of the shaping of articulation in fur clothes has to be performed in the environment of 3D CAD. It is established that in modern models of the silhouette of a fur product may be formed not only by design divisions but also by a combination of the product of different types of fur. We have performed studies on the use of funds of formation in models of industrial collections fur coat 2015-16 presented on the trading spots of Moscow. We have conducted a monitoring of consumer preferences on the types of fur among women and determined the causes of loss of fur, clothing of spatial forms under adverse conditions of wearing. We have also proposed innovative means of formserialize in a fur garment of solid and perforated fur

MEASURES TO COUNTER THE LEGALIZATION (LAUNDERING) OF INCOME FROM CRIME

abstract 1091505051 issue 109 pp. 758 – 769 29.05.2015 ru 1087
Illegal actions of economic orientation pose a serious threat to the economic security of the state, as are latent crimes. This article discusses the complex and urgent problem associated with increased measures for combating money laundering or other property acquired by criminal means. From a legal point of view, legalization is making ownership, use and disposal of such funds or other assets by financial transactions or other transactions. From the perspective of the real economy legalization is associated with the receipt of previously unrecorded funds in the legal economy. As the results of the study of the practice of criminal responsibility under Art. 174 of the Criminal Code, the main sources of illegal proceeds are theft, illegal use of natural resources, tax evasion and customs duties, illegal sale of illicit trafficking of goods, criminal acts of corruption, and others. From this we can conclude that the main direction of strengthening control over the legalization of proceeds from crime is to prevent the emergence of centers of capital legalization. To this end, the article analyzes the changes of international and domestic legislation in the field of anti-money laundering. We have added specific measures to stop this type of criminal acts aimed at strengthening the control of the authorized state bodies, including in relation to natural and legal persons participating in the capital of foreign entities
