The article considers the enzymatic activity and some other ecological and biological properties of zonal soils of the Crimea (cambisol, Chromic cambisol, different subtypes of chernozems). We have revealed significant differences in catalase, dehydrogenase, polyphenol oxidase, peroxidase,
invertase for soils of the Crimea, which can not be explained only by the content of soil organic matter. Despite the low humus content of the soil, some have a high level of some enzymes. The level of enzyme activity depends on the reaction medium, the content of carbonate and other soil properties. We have also revealed that the agricultural use of brown
soils under vineyards leads to a significant change in their properties and enzymatic activity
The article discusses the Genesis of Islam and its
role in the development of Muslim law family,
highlights the main sources of Muslim law legal
families. It is noted an important role of standards in
Islamic law developed by the theologians of the
activities in the process of interpretation in filling
gaps in the law. All this has led to the emergence of
different schools or sects, which contributed to the
creation of many ideologically warring with each
other Muslim sects. The followers of these
movements convince their supporters that the rest
courses are false. The article notes that currently, in
general, the Muslim law has not lost its position.
Modern Islamic community of the world has about a
billion and a half followers. The Muslim law has not
only maintained its position, but also extends its
sphere of influence. Islam – the youngest world
religion - enters the countries whose people earlier
professed Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, etc.,
the Followers of Islam, moving to other countries,
almost do not assimilate. So, the Islamic community
in Europe is practically not subjected to European
influence. Some of the legal institutions in a number
of non-Muslim countries are subjected to
Islamization. In some countries, Islamic law is not
considered as legally valid, but it works in fact. This
happens in the Muslim enclaves of Europe, it is
happening in Russia, particularly in the republics of
the North Caucasus

In the 60th of the XX century works on development of network planning started arising in Russia. They began to be applied in construction and scientific development, and further in other areas of a national economy. Network planning and management on modeling of process by means of the network schedule is organized. It is a set of calculation methods of organized and control actions of planning. For the solution of a task it is necessary to carry out quite large number of various works. In our article we want to study methods of application of network planning on the example of field works of the company called "Zarya". To make the plan of works on implementation of the field works consisting of ten separate researches and operations it is necessary to describe it by means of mathematical model. It is known that transmission coefficient of quartz glass containing the same amount of 28Si and 30Si in the silicon optical fiber is lesser than in commercial LEDs for telecommunications. Therefore it is topical to develop the method of optical glass formation with specified isotope composition in the core and in the shell. The article provides an analysis of physical and chemical processes occurring at the formation of quartz optical fiber blanks by vapor deposition from the gas phase. It is shown that the part of the silicon tetrachloride oxidation stages passes through the radical processes. Therefore for quartz glass formation with specified isotope composition it is possible to use the paramagnetic phenomena caused by the external magnetic field in a high-temperature flow at the quartz glass chemical deposition from the vapor phase. In this case alloy additive using is not necessary. Alloy additives can form density inhomogeneities in the glass. Simultaneous silicon glass formation and silicon isotope separation process bring to significant reduction of the fiber cost in comparison with isotope-enriched materials using. The permanent magnets can be used for magnetic field formation at existing process units
