A ROTARY CULTIVATOR

The tillage with moldboard plows is one of the energy-intensive operations in farming. In view of this, the search of the energy saving solutions and tillage aggregates receives priority. The use of rotary tillage tools based on the working body-mover with elliptic blades, which horizontal soil reaction parts are directed to favoring grade of the aggregate, and, therefore, apart from the performing engineering perform the body-mover functions, - is one of the effective ways of the energy cost reduction. The authors offer the development of the rotary cultivators based on the working body-mover with elliptic blades. The change of their design values allows the development of various profiles tools. The use of these working bodies based on rotary cultivators will allow the energy cost reduction by the tillage process, especially in the compartments of terrain, as the use of tractors with moldboard plows for the main tillage is problematic. In many cases, these lots must be labored manually. The article describes the construction, generalizes the mechanical specifications and working modes of the rotary cultivator at the main tillage

A SCIENTOMETRIC INTELLIGENT MEASURING SYSTEM OF RSCI DATA BASED UPON THE ASK ANALYSIS AND EIDOS SYSTEM

Adequate and effective assessment of the efficiency, effectiveness and the quality of scientific activities of specific scientists and research teams is crucial for any information society and a society based on knowledge. The solution to this problem is the subject of scientometrics and its purpose. The current stage of development scientometrics differs greatly from his previous appearance in the open as well as paid on-line access to huge amount of detailed data on a large number of indicators on individual authors and on scientific organizations and universities. The world has well-known bibliographic databases: Web of Science, Scopus, Astrophysics Data System, PubMed, MathSciNet, zbMATH, Chemical Abstracts, Springer, Agris, or GeoRef. In Russia, it is primarily the Russian scientific citing index (RSCI). RSCI is a national information-analytical system, accumulating more than 9 million publications of Russian scientists, as well as the information about citation of these publications from more than 6,000 Russian journals. There is too much information; it is so-called "Big data". But the problem is how to make sense of these large data, more precisely, to identify the meaning of scientometric indicators) and thus to convert them into great information ("great information"), and then apply this information to achieve the objective of scientometrics, i.e. to transform it into a lot of knowledge ("great knowledge") about the specific scientists and research teams. The solution to this problem is creating a "Scientific smart metering system" based on the use of the automated system-cognitive analysis and its software tools – an intellectual system called "Eidos". The article provides a numerical example of the creation and application of Scientometric intelligent measurement system based on a small amount of real scientific data that are publicly available using free on-line access to the RSCI

A SURFACE RUNOFF CLEANING PLANT FOR THE TERRITORY OF THE NOVOROSSIYSK SEA PORT

The article considers scheme of sewage treatment plants AG-STOK of Novorossiysk trading sea port, designed to clean the surface runoff from the territory of industrial sites and residential areas to the norms of discharge in the drainage network. The installation includes a well-separator, a storage tank, mechanical cleaning of solids on a mechanical filter, filtration through a filter with granular loading and filtration through a filter with sorption loading. The treated runoff, which corresponds to the conditions of discharge into the urban drainage network, accumulates in a tank of clean water and is diverted to the storm sewer network. There are: the scheme of treatment facilities, the explication of equipment, a photo of a mechanical filter, a filter with a granular load and a filter with a sorption load. The indicators of surface runoff correspond to the norms of the maximum permissible discharge
