APPROACH TO THE SOLUTION OF RECOURSE ALLOCATION PROBLEM UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF NETWORK MANAGEMENT OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IMPLEMENTATION

abstract 0581004017 issue 58 pp. 267 – 272 28.04.2010 ru 2261
The approach to the solution of resource allocation problem in the process of activity planning for research and development organization having sufficient scientific and design capacity is considered. This approach enables to solve complex resource allocation problem in the context of designing division of work and network team building and project implementation technology, using software intended for solution of traditional linear programming tasks. Database modeling technique with account of specific characteristics of this approach is described

«PROFFESSOR ELENA ZAKHAROVA» - THE NEW GREEK-RUSSIAN HIGH QUILITY BLACK BERRY WINE VARIETY

abstract 0581004019 issue 58 pp. 286 – 301 28.04.2010 ru 3167
“Professor Elena Zakharova” variety is a hybrid between Aigeorgitico and Cabernet Fran, which was made in the result Greek-Russian creative scientific cooperation. The period of production is 156-165 days. The growth of arms is fast. The degree of ripening is higher. The percent of fruitful arms is more than 90. The yield is high. The average weight of cluster is 260 g. It has high resistance to cold, drought-resistance and higher resistance to mushroom diseases. The leave is average, symmetrical, average parted, five lobes. There are two inflorescences on one arms - 4 and 6 on the nodes. The flower is hermaphroditic. The cluster is middle, cylindroconical, middle density. The berry is middle, round, blue-black color. The pulp is juicy, with solanaceous taste. The sugar content is high. This variety is developed for producing dry red wines of perfect quality

abstract 0581004020 issue 58 pp. 302 – 323 28.04.2010 ru 3256
In this innovation section there are necessary agrotechnical receptions of care by the vineyard bushes, providing reception of high and qualitative crops of grapes. First of all, these are gartering of sleeves, fruit arrows, vegetating arms; operations with green bodies of a bush, fragmentation, extrapollination, stopping, girdling, stamping, etc., and also mechanization of care works

THE RESEARCH OF VITIS SILVESTRIS GMEL. IN THE NOTHERN CAUCASUS

abstract 0581004021 issue 58 pp. 324 – 335 28.04.2010 ru 2448
Vitis vinifera subsp. silvestris Gmel. is the wild subspecies of Vitis vinifera L. and an important source of genetic resources for grapes breeding. Currently, this form is very rare in the world. In this paper, conducted the first study of wild grapes which was found in the North Caucasus with the use of two microsatellite markers. The study have shown a high level of genetic diversity: intrapopulation variability was 75,2%, the interpopulation variability accounts was 24,8%. All populations are characterized by certain unique genetic structure and may be as donor of resistance genes which have a long-term evolutionary selection

EXTRACTION OF DNA FROM HERBARIUM LEAVES VITIS VINIFERA L.

abstract 0581004022 issue 58 pp. 336 – 347 28.04.2010 ru 2320
Two methods were used for DNA extraction from herbarium leaves of two subspecies: V. vinifera subsp. sativa D.C. и Vitis vinifera ssp. silvestris Gmel. DNA extraction is difficult from herbarium leaves plants because of the presence of metabolites that interfere with DNA isolation procedures and downstream applications such as DNA restriction, amplification, and cloning. The quality of DNA was checked on a spectrophotometer by measuring the level of absorption at A260/280 nm. The results showed the successful extraction from mature and dried leaves of DNA when using the СТАB-method №2. Another method hasn’t shown satisfactory results in amplification of DNA

TURBULENCE THEORY AND ROUGHNESS DENSITY EFFECT MODEL

abstract 0581004023 issue 58 pp. 348 – 382 28.04.2010 ru 2501
The model of the turbulent boundary layer over a rough surface is presented. The model is based on the special type of transformation of the Navier-Stokes equation. The turbulent boundary layer in this model is considered as a flow above the rough surface gener-ated by the viscous sublayer (the dynamic roughness effect). The roughness density effect on the shift of the mean velocity logarithmic profile has been estimated in the case of 2D and 3D roughness elements

THEORY AND CONSTANTS OF WALL TURBULENCE

abstract 0581004024 issue 58 pp. 383 – 394 28.04.2010 ru 2350
The completely closed model of wall turbulence was derived directly from the Navier-Stokes equation. The fundamental constants of wall turbulence including the Karman constant have been calculated within a theory. This model has been developed also for the accelerated and non-isothermal turbulent boundary layer flows. The estimated mean velocity, temperature and impurity concentration profiles as well as the spectral characteristics of the streamwise velocity component are to be shown in a good agreement with the experimental data
