The power plant being investigated is Novocherkassk
State District Power Plant located in the settlement of
Donskoy, Rostov region. The power object is included
in the list of objects of the fuel and energy complex
subject to categorization and is defined as critically
important. The analyzed site is the "subsidiary farm",
which includes a chemical reagent warehouse and a
site for chemical water purification, where hazardous
substances are treated: sulfuric acid and technical
sodium hydroxide. The analysis of the main causes of
accidents at thermal power stations occurred during
processing, storage and transportation of hazardous
substances, and typical scenarios of possible accidents
at the chemical water treatment plant of thermal power
plants were considered
The concession is understood by the authors as one of
the main ways of creating, denoting or highlighting the
meaning of inferiority in the media text. The main
function of the concessionary relations is the
realization of the contradiction of the ineffective basis
(the concession event) and the actual effect that is
contrary to it, contrary to what is expected. The article
gives a typology of concessive constructions as
constituents of the concession field. There is the
incompatibility of two situations in such constructions,
their mutually exclusive nature is established and it is
confirmed that there is the simultaneity of the
coexistence of these situations. The paper analyzes the
representativeness of the real-concessional,
concomitantly-presumptive and intensively conceding
situations. The authors classify concessions in the
structural-semantic aspect, revealing additional values
(restrictive, comparative, connecting, conditional,
etc.). The material of the study is constructions, seized
by the method of continuous sampling in the amount
of 500 units from the certain Internet publications and
newspapers. It was applied the method of continuous
sampling and the synchronous-descriptive method,
including the methods of classification,
systematization and analysis to the analysis of linguistic material. The authors of the article come to
the conclusion that in the field of conciseness of
modern media text, the leading modification of the
significance of a concession is the actual concession
value. The semantics of the concession is represented
in the language of journalism by a multidimensional
system of means for formalizing the relations of

The article contains interpretations of the concepts of
“computer- and Internet-support” of educational work,
and offers two methods of classification of educational
resources of innovative computer didactics (ERICD),
on the basis of didactic tasks and the structure of software
components. There were pointed out the contradictions
which were formed in the practice of educational

The urgency of the task in creating a reliable plant protection system is the improvement and development of new technologies for spraying crops on the basis of fundamentally new agricultural requirements at a higher quality level, increasing productivity, reducing energy costs and greening protective measures. Pneumatic slotted sprayers have great design capabilities allowing obtaining operating parameters necessary for the specific task of the sprayer. In this regard, we have proposed a technological scheme of the sprayer in the garden-vineyard version. To do this, the sprayers are placed in pneumatic ducts of the fans mounted on the sprayers. It is possible to reduce energy and resource costs, to achieve high quality indicators of the process and to increase the level of environmental friendliness by developing technical means for ultra-low-volume spraying. The principal novelty in solving the problem of ultra-low volume spraying is the use of KubSAU design pneumatic sprayers on the sprayer, and the scheme of the technological process, allowing the reduction of the working fluid and pesticides doses rate, resulting in reduced operating costs to support operations: preparation of working fluids and filling the sprayers. To process two rows simultaneously, it is possible to use sprayers equipped with two centrifugal fans with the installation of pneumatic slit sprayers with fixation in the ducts that they overlap, forcing the air from the fan to pass through the atomizer body, mixing with drops of working fluid. In this case, the speed of the air-droplet jets increases and more efficient use of the air jet from the fan occur. Along with the use of sprayers, equipped with KubSAU design pneumatic sprayers, to combat pests and diseases, we propose to use a sprayer to combat weeds in the trunk area of perennial plantations. Thus we have a family of ultra-low volume sprayers with pneumatic slotted sprayers of the Kuban State Agrarian University design

The article discusses the importance of agricultural production for the Russian economy and necessity of its state support, including through the tax system, it analyses the main indicators of the share of agriculture in the economy of Russia and the historical and practical aspects of the application of the unified agricultural tax. The article presents the main indicators of agricultural production in 2015, private (individual and family) sector, identifies the types of regional agrarian structures, as well as the distribution of these types by regions. It reveals the problems of application of the unified agricultural tax, as well as the reasons for their cause, discusses the main changes to the current system of taxation relating to the common tax in agriculture. It determines the impact of the application of preferential treatment for the taxation of agricultural production on the dynamics of the industry by considering the structure of payers of the single agricultural tax in the Russian Federation for the period 2010 to 2015. It considered the total income of the unified agricultural tax and on the basis of 1 of the taxpayer for the period 2010 – 2015, identifies possible ways of improvement of the unified agricultural tax and the necessity of expanding the list of expenses, including losses
The article focuses on the unique nature of the CBD
and the North Caucasus, and to existing problems. It
was noted that many areas of protected and
recreational areas are eroded and disturbed by human
activities and environmental tourism in the regions is
not developed. We have made a justification for the
establishment of eco-tourism, the key objectives and
tasks. On the example of Kabardino-Balkaria, there
was set scientific and technological rationale of the
organization of the centers of ecological tourism in the
regions. The article shows a comparative analysis
about the developing ecological tourism in Europe as
an active form of recreation. Unlike European
counterparts, in our project we have a strong emphasis
on the popularization and implementation of
environmental technologies for the protection and
improvement of springs, hiking trails and recreation
areas for tourists. You can find descriptions of the
most interesting and amazing natural monuments, and
recreation areas divided in ecological routes and areas
of the CBD. The mountain zones of the CBD are
mainly located in four valleys: in the Baksan, Cherek,
Chehem and Malka, where these amazing natural
monuments and landscapes are. The authors
conducted a field research work for the study of the
unique natural sites in all environmental routes and
areas of the CBD. In conclusion, it is noted that in our
region there is great potential for organization of
ecological tourism and all these beautiful natural
conditions are the basis for this. The development of
ecological tourism will further attract more than 10
thousand tourists who are interested in nature in
Kabardino-Balkaria and environmental issues in the
region
