PRODUCTION PROSPECTS FOR PROTEIN FEEDS MADE FROM SUNFLOWER SEEDS IN SMALL FARMING ENTERPRISES

abstract 1481904002 issue 148 pp. 16 – 30 30.04.2019 ru 265
The quality of feed is one of the main factors determining the development of industries necessary for the country. In this regard, extrusion technologies for processing raw materials of plant origin are of great interest. The prospect of processing plant raw materials using thermoplastic extrusion is due to two main reasons: first, the large volume and variety of products produced using this technology, and, secondly, the economic effect that gives the production of extrusion products by expanding the consumer properties of the feed produced. Extrusion equipment not only expands the range of feed, but also increases the employment of the rural population during the off-season. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to assess the prospects for the introduction of protein feed production by extruders from sunflower seeds in small agricultural enterprises. The study used an analytical review and analysis of published and patent information on technical means – extruders used for the production of protein feed from oilseeds, such as sunflower. The analysis of literature sources on the work of the existing forage preparation equipment showed that serial machines are metal-consuming, energy-consuming, used with low efficiency, due to technical and technological shortcomings. The analytical review of patent sources of extruders for preparation of compound feeds for the purpose of identification of the direction of their development and elimination of shortcomings of the existing is given. Modernization of extruders for the preparation of feed in the patent information goes in different ways, depending on the goal, which will improve their productivity and quality of protein feed. Serial production of technical equipment for the preparation of protein feed allows you to compete with foreign technology. Therefore, the development and improvement of serial domestic equipment for the preparation of protein feed from sunflower seeds for functional purposes are competitive and significantly cheaper and can reduce energy costs for their extrusion, which is an urgent task

COMPERATIVE ESTIMATION OF COCCIDIOSTATS EFFICIENCY WHEN EXPERIMENTAL INFECTION OF CHICKENS WITH FIELD COCIDIAS ISOLATE

abstract 1541910022 issue 154 pp. 233 – 241 30.12.2019 ru 264
We have performed a comparative estimation of three coccidiostats when experimental eimeriosis of chickens, infected with a coccidia field isolate from poultry production sites. Chickens performance treated with robenza, chicocin and monenza was almost the same. The anti-coccidiosis index was also the same in all three groups, not exceeding 160, which indicates the low sensitivity of coccidiosis agent to all studied drugs. An ionophore antibiotic (chicocin), a synthetic anti-coccidia drug (robenz) and a complex (monenza) consisting of an ionophore antibiotic and a synthetic anti-coccidia drug can be used in this poultry complex for the prevention of coccidiosis for a short time. But there is a need for constant monitoring and selection of new combinations, as partial resistance of coccidia to drugs can be transmitted genetically and will only increase over time, making coccidiostats ineffective

ESTIMATION OF CONSUMER PROPERTIES OF DELICACY FROM RABBIT MEAT

abstract 1321708018 issue 132 pp. 231 – 238 31.10.2017 ru 263
One of perspective variants of development of the meat industry can become the production of foodstuffs from untraditional kinds of the meat raw materials such as the rabbit meat, which has a high protein content with a full number of essential amino acids, broad spectra of the mineral substances and vitamins and reduced fat content. Therefore, a demand on the rabbit meat has been increased significantly in the past years. Rabbit meat is widely used in various culinary dishes of the dietary nutrition. Rabbit meat is used in limited scales for production of sausages. The production of the delicacy sterling foodstuffs from the rabbit meat, that are capable for long-term storage, is almost not developed. The regulated requirements for quality of rolls that are included in Technical Conditions are set up in accordance with the developed recipe and technology of production of the smoked-boiled rolls from the rabbit meat. All the foodstuff samples gained high scores on the organoleptic estimation. The foodstuffs satisfy the requirements for chemical composition: mass fraction of protein – no less than 20%, mass fraction of fat – no more than 25%, mass fraction of moisture – no more than 65%. The developed delicacy foodstuffs have a high nutritional and biological value

ANALYSIS OF EFFICIENCY OF PRODUCTION OF PLANT GROWING PRODUCTS OF CJSC "CENTRALNOE", KRASNODAR

abstract 1341710065 issue 134 pp. 804 – 819 29.12.2017 ru 263
The article gives an analysis of the efficiency indicators for the production of plant growing products using the example of the reporting of CJSC "Centralnoe". We have revealed the mathematical model for the analysis of economic efficiency of production of plant growing products. In the work there were considered the following indicators characterizing economic efficiency: labor intensity; profit from the sale of fruits; profitability; cost of 1 centner of fruit; yield; costs for the maintenance of fixed assets used in production. Various models of the dependence of indicators characterizing economic efficiency on the above indicators were considered. As a basic culture, we have selected fruits, because these cultures are the main types of products for this organization. The authors singled out a reliable and qualitative mathematical model of the relationship between profit on sales and yield, labor intensity, and self-worth. Model could be used to determine the economic efficiency of organizations engaged in agricultural activities. The relevance of the study is due because these problem is one of the most important for all organizations that produce plant growing products. The agrarian sector has certain peculiarities, therefore, when determining of the economic efficiency of a separate economic entity and the industry as a whole, it is necessary to take into account these features

COGNITIVE VETERINARY – DIGITAL SOCIETY VETERINARY: THE DEFINITION OF BASIC CONCEPTS

abstract 1521908015 issue 152 pp. 141 – 199 31.10.2019 ru 261
There are many opinions on the question of what kind of society we live in at the beginning of the XXI century. Previously, it was believed that this is a post-industrial society. There was even an opinion that it would be a society of developed socialism or even a communist society. After that, the opinion on this has changed. First, modern society was called the information society, and then the society based on knowledge. The latest news in this area is that it seems that modern society is a digital society, that is, a society, based on digital technologies, digital communications, digital information processing and transmission technologies, as well as digital artificial intelligence technologies. In a digital society and science people must move to digital intelligent research technologies. In particular, the question arises as to whether veterinary medicine in a digital society should not also become cognitive veterinary medicine. This work is devoted to a detailed and reasoned (according to the authors) answer to this question. The methodology and terminology in this new field is not yet established and is not generally accepted. Therefore, in this work a lot of attention is paid to the logic and methodology of scientific knowledge, terminological issues and definitions of concepts
