OPTIMIZATION OF PARAMETERS AND WORKING HOURS OF MILLING WORKING BODY OF THE UNIT FOR PROCESSING OF ROW-SPACINGS AND SPACE AROUND FRUIT PLANTINGS

abstract 1531909018 issue 153 pp. 168 – 178 29.11.2019 ru 604
For further increase in production of fruit products, there are long-term plans of development of agriculture of the Russian Federation provide laying of new gardens of intensive and superintensive types. In this regard, development of slope lands and their use under gardens is a current social and economic problem. In the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic there are over 10 thousand hectares of intensive and superintensive gardens now. Therefore, large corporations, as well as medium and small business are engaged in production of fruit. One of problems which producers of fruits face it is the shortage of the equipment on care of row-spacings and spaces around fruit plantings. The mechanized technologies of flat gardening are a little effective in the conditions of slopes where the main limiting factor is the soil fertility. At the same time, the issue of increase in fertility of the soil in space around fruit plantings, improvement of the water and food modes of fruit plantings on slope lands is particularly acute. Thus, improvement of technology and development of a new design of the unit, providing performance of several interconnected technological operations for processing of row-spacings and space around fruit plantings, preservation and increase in fertility of soils on slope lands is relevant in the conditions of mountain and foothill gardening Central the North Caucasus. As a result of the carried-out analysis of technological processing of row-spacings and space around fruit plantings and results of theoretical researches (as criterion of optimization) the quality of dyeing of the soil is accepted. Speed of movement of the unit, angular speed of rotation of a mill and the angle of installation of knives have the greatest impact on criterion of optimization. As a result of carrying out a multiple-factor experiment, we have established the optimum values of the specified factors providing the maximum quality of dyeing of the soil

GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF EARLY POTATOES DEPENDING ON THE BACKGROUND OF NUTRITION AND WAYS OF USING THE GROWTH STIMULANT BERKE MR. IN THE CONDITIONS OF SOUTHERN KYRGYZSTAN

abstract 1531909020 issue 153 pp. 192 – 201 29.11.2019 ru 257
In southern Kyrgyzstan, the growth and development of early potatoes has been studied, depending on nutrition background and the methods of growth stimulant Bereke GN, aiming to improve the yield and quality of potatoes. There were no scientific studies on growth stimulants impacts on potatoes, the productivity of early potatoes in southern Kyrgyzstan conducted. Field experiments were carried out on the experimental site of the Osh Technological University in the Kyrgyz Republic Osh region Aravan district Mangyt village in 2016-2018. In case of increasing the nutrition background, in terms of experiments on methods of using the growth stimulant Bereke GN in the phases of development of early potato plants, natural differences in variants were observed. Increased duration of interfacial periods is detected in increased power supply background. In all years of experiments in the variant complex application of growth stimulator, respectively increased nutrition backgrounds, green, thick and strong sprouts of 1.5-2.1mm length were formed. As well as complex use of growth stimulant contributed to accelerated emergence of sprouts. According to the results of our research, we have identified the dependence of plant preservation on harvesting from the application of fertilizers and the method of use of growth stimulant. Consequently, with the complex application of Bereke GN growth stimulant to early potato crops, there was an increase in the number of preserved plants for early potato harvesting by 0.7-1.6%, with seed tuber growth stimulant treatment by 0.3-0.6%, and with leaf spraying by 0.1-0.3%

TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF SOIL DEPLOYMENT

abstract 1531909021 issue 153 pp. 202 – 210 29.11.2019 ru 164
The article presents the results of research on the impact of tillage technologies on the value of its density in the cultivation of winter wheat in conditions of insufficient and unstable wetting of the south of Russia. Experimental studies were carried out in the conditions of a long-term stationary experiment with a four-field crop rotation with different variants of tillage (dump, layer-by-layer, small, surface). The soil density was fixed at spring tillering of winter wheat and at the end of the growing season. Conducted analysis of variance shows that the soil has relaxation abilities, i.e. over time, it restores its properties by compaction ability, since studies conducted during the period of tillering of winter wheat show that Ffact. Ftable. (5,794,76), i.e. methods of treatment have an impact on soil compaction, which cannot be said for the case at the end of the growing season of winter wheat. The ability to restore its properties is a remarkable property of the soil, as it prevents them from over-compaction. The energy intensity of the compacted soil treatment increases to 30%, while the degree of crumbling is significantly reduced and its lumpiness increases. The most fundamental way to reduce the density of the soil is its timely loosening by working bodies of agricultural tools. Tillage methods affect soil density, the correlation coefficient between tillage methods and soil density varies between 0,929-0,979. The most radical way of soil decompression is exposure to it by a certain type of working bodies

CHARACTERIZATION OF MODELS WITH DISCOUNTING

abstract 1531909022 issue 153 pp. 211 – 227 29.11.2019 ru 176
Among the widely used economic-mathematical models, dynamic programming plays an important role, and among them, models with discounting. The most famous example is the model for calculating the net present value (NPV) as an estimate of the efficiency of the investment project. In the article, it is clarified which features are distinguished by models with discounting among all models of dynamic programming. In models with discounting, the comparison of plans does not change when the time of the beginning of the implementation of plans changes, ie. there is a stability of the results of comparing plans. It is proved that if the results of comparing plans for 1 and 2 steps are stable in the dynamic programming model, then this model is a model with discounting. This theorem shows that the introduction of discounted functions for the estimation of the effect is justified only in stable economic conditions in which the orderliness of managerial decisions does not change from year to year. In other words, if at the beginning of the period under consideration the first solution is better than the second, then at all other times, up to the end of the period under consideration, the first solution is better than the second. Stable economic conditions are rarely found in the modern economy with its constant changes, including those caused by innovations. Therefore, the decision to choose (to implement) an investment project from a set of possible ones can not be based solely on the calculation of discounted project performance indicators, such as net present value and internal rate of return. Such indicators can only play a supporting role. Decide on the choice of an investment project for implementation is necessary on the basis of the whole range of social, technological, environmental, economic, political factors

MODELING AND DIAGNOSTICS OF THE RESEARCHER’S SYNERGIC INTERACTION WITH THE SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY

abstract 1531909024 issue 153 pp. 228 – 239 29.11.2019 ru 171
The article presents innovative models and methods to diagnose the researcher’s synergic interaction with the scientific community (social mega-environment). It is known that the researcher’s interaction with the social mega-environment has two main directions: scientific collaboration and using the scientific community’s social and cultural potential; the former appears as scientific publications, while the latter appears as scientific citations. It is also known that synergic interaction is the interaction leading to the increase in activity results (according to the “1+1>2” scheme). In the article, the researcher’s synergic interaction is understood as his/her collaboration-based research activity that leads to obtaining the results impossible without this interaction. The theoretical significance of the research results is in the possibility for the further development of the sociology of science, as well as for the further development of the models of the individual’s interaction with the social environment; the practical significance is in the possibility to analyze the factors contributing to the success in the research activity of academic researchers and research teams (i.e. applicable for monitoring the research activity)

METHODS OF CONSTRUCTING EFFICIENT ALGORITHMS BYPASSING BLOCKING ACCESS TO WEB-RESOURCES BASED ON HTTP TUNNELS

abstract 1531909025 issue 153 pp. 240 – 256 29.11.2019 ru 164
At present, the problems of blocking network traffic in computer networks, in particular, in the global Internet, are becoming increasingly topical. Understanding blocking mechanisms, opening new opportunities to circumvent such protection will give us, on the one hand, both new methods and methods of protection against unwanted blockages, and the vector of development of funds, in fact, stopping unwanted traffic, obstacles passing through network nodes. The article proposes an approach to effectively bypass access restrictions to websites based on HTTP tunneling with minimal costs, combined with the approach used in peer-to-peer networks. A description of the algorithm and its key features. A new approach has been introduced in the task of ensuring the accessibility of websites, which has several advantages and eliminates the disadvantages of existing solutions in the form of anonymous networks - the use of special node solutions and a strong dependence on the number of nodes in the anonymous network. The level of development of modern network infrastructure, the transition of society and most of human civilization to the information-network existence dictates new requirements for technical means of monitoring and analyzing network traffic. That, in turn, requires the development of new approaches to solving relevant problems

STRATEGY OF RETRO INNOVATIONS IN IMPORT SUBSTITUTION

abstract 1531909026 issue 153 pp. 257 – 270 29.11.2019 ru 202
Unfavorable changes in exchange rates, sanctions restrictions on the supply to Russia of spare parts necessary for the repair and maintenance of previously imported equipment have led to a significant reduction in the service life of imported machinery and equipment. For the solution, the authors propose to implement the strategy of retro-innovations providing the development of new technologies maintaining in working condition of machinery and equipment in conditions of shortage of spare parts and consumables. To do this, it is necessary to develop technologies for the restoration of complex technical devices in order to extend their service life under the restrictions created by the financial market and sanctions policy. The study of the problem was carried out on the example of the operation of trucks of foreign production, the evaluation of engine life and analyzed the structure of the market. On the basis of the obtained results, a model was proposed, on the basis of which it is possible to form a plan for the production of spare parts for high-quality engine repair by domestic enterprises. The strategy of retro-innovations does not solve all the problems of import substitution, but it allows to increase the level of economic security of strategically important economic activities, it creates jobs and provides an opportunity to significantly extend the life of expensive and complex technical devices

abstract 1531909027 issue 153 pp. 271 – 280 29.11.2019 ru 253
This article presents the results of studies on the influence of the fertilizer application rate and methods of using Bereke GN growth stimulant on the biochemical and economic indicators of early potato harvest in southern Kyrgyzstan. Due to the lack of scientific data of complex use of fertilizers and growth-stimulators in the conditions of the Southern Kyrgyzstan, we considered it necessary to specify ways and rates of application of a growth stimulator Bereke GN by production of early potatoes in plain zones on typical gray soils. In the conditions of the South of Kyrgyzstan similar researches in the production technology of early potatoes are conducted for the first time. Field experiments are made on a plot of the Osh technology university in the Kyrgyz Republic Osh region Aravan district Mangyt village in 2016-2018. Complex use of a growth stimulator Bereke GN on crops of early potatoes in a growing season promoted increase in accumulation of starch in potatoes tubers. The analysis of these experiences shows that in options on routes of administration of a growth regulator Bereke GN accumulation of vitamin "C" in tubers in all three years of carrying out researches not considerably raised and averaged 15.98-16.66 mg of %. Concentration of nitrates in tubers of early potatoes, in the conducted researches did not exceed the number of maximum allowable concentration. Economic effect showed, experience option complex uses of a growth-promoting factor of Bereke GN. Therefore, at the same time high net income – 199.18 thousand som/hectare is gained, and profitability equaled 124.13%
