SYSTEMIC-COGNITIVE APPROACH TO FORECASTING OF DURATION OF THE POSTOPERATIVE REGENERATIVE PERIOD ON THE BASIS OF THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PATIENT, RECEIVED BY THE METHOD OF CARDIORESPIRATORY SYNCHRONISM (CRS) (cognitive structurization and formalization of a subject domain and preparation of training sample)

In this article application of a new method of an artificial intellect is examined: systemic-cognitive analysis and its toolkit - "Eidos" system are used for an estimation of level of nonspecific resistance of an organism of patient on the basis of the preoperative information about it received by a method of cardiorespiratory synchronism (CRS) and forecasting of duration of the postoperative rehabilitation period on this basis. The technology and a technique of cognitive structurization and subject domain formalization, and also preparation of training sample is described in detail.

QUANTITATIVE MODELS AND METHODS OF RISKS EVALUATION IN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL INTEGRATED PRODUCTION SYSTEMS

Results of researches on quantitative evaluation of agro-industrial integrated production systems (IPS) risks with the regard of influence of external and internal media are described in this article. Particularly, quantitative method of calculation of integrated risk indexes of unfavorable influence of external medium on integrated production systems; model of determination of IPS effectiveness on the base of worked out models of calculation of integrated risk indexes and an equipment of slipshod great numbers theory; improved model of IPS effectiveness evaluation with the regard of risk component part on the stage of material flow creation have been described.

Innovation approach to the course planning organization of grains and sugar beets harvesting-laying-in in a format of commodity-raw material zones of elevator complexes and sugar plants, providing economically profitable arrangement of harvesting-laying-in campaigns is considered. Step by step results of many year researches of clonal selection of grape varieties: Clairette white, Saperavi, Sauvignon white and Chardonnay, growing in the Ltd company “ Pobeda” of Temryk district of Krasnodar region are cited in the article. Highly productive proto clones were selected. Clairette white is the best one as a variety from them and it was given to the state experiment under the name Clairette temryk.

In this article color photos of 66 mass-production grades which have been removed from division into districts and/or excluded from the State registry of grapes of the Russian Federation as conceded to more competitive on adaptability and profitability, and also of phenotypes removed from the State test are presented. The number of mass-production grades has reached 460 for today. Although the term of "mass-production" grades is not very good, but in wine growing it has appeared to be comprehensible enough and clear to experts for a long time

UNIVERSAL INFORMATION VARIATIONAL LAW OF SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

Problem of existence of global antientropic factor of system development as a universal information variational law (UIVL) is positioned in the article. Variational laws in physics, chemistry, theory of technology development, economics, psychology, some of them are known, and others , firstly in explicit form, have been formulated in this article. Mathematical model, based on systemic theory of information, and realizing its algorithm of pure y evolutional (extensive), purely revolutionary ( intensive) and mixed system development is offered and realized more often in practice. Numerical valuations of emergency increase degree, information accumulation rate in a system and other information system features in evolution in accordance with these models and algorithm.

Application of peptide feeding additive from tanning production wastes (PFA) in volume of 3% to the ration and succinate in dose of 25mg/kg from net weight during the whole period of fattening influences on activity of ATPase of nuclear and cytoplasmic membranes of erythrocytes, processes of amino acids transportation, energy exchange, protein biosynthesis. Feeding with PFA doesn’t bring about to essential changes of physiological condition and is attended by increase of net mass on 7,6%.
