ANALYSIS OF METHODS AND MEANS OF EXTRACTING KNOWLEDGE AND ASSESSING THE QUALITY OF MODELS IN THE DSS FOR INDUSTRIAL-TECHNOLOGICAL AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES

abstract 1572003013 issue 157 pp. 170 – 181 31.03.2020 ru 200
The article considers the most used methods and means of knowledge extraction taking into account the quality assessment of models in decision support systems. In scientific and practical terms, the possibilities of joint effective use of expert systems, data mining (IAD) and machine logical inference (MLV), which provides deeper data processing, taking into account the significant differences between databases (DB) and knowledge bases (BZ). DB is a unit of information unrelated to each other information, while BZ – not only related to each other, but also with the concepts of the world, which makes it possible to solve complex multi-criteria problems in various subject areas. Currently, increasing attention is paid to non-network technologies that have the ability to simulate nonlinear processes, work with noisy data, as well as the ability to learn and self-study, extracting essential features from the incoming information. At the same time, the integration of neural network technologies and artificial intelligence models into a single hybrid system together with the methods of logical inference in the form of a hierarchical sequence of the "If-then" rules structure significantly improves the understanding of the studied process and the quality of presentation of the result. Nevertheless, these methods and means of knowledge extraction are insufficient if the fuzzy linguistic inference mechanism is not used. The basic characteristic of fuzzy sets is the membership function, which is a generalized characteristic of a normal set. To set this feature, we use three types of shapes – triangular, trapezoidal and Gaussian type and two main procedures – phasefication and de-phaseification which is considered by the example of the method of Mamdani. Along with the stated most promising direction in this area is the adaptive gain algorithm called AdaBoost, where the limitation of the gain due to the filtering is to apply the subsampling circuit which has the normal contour of batch training, reusable training data. This provides an opportunity to work with weak models, and in the conditions of hybridization causes efficiency increase, strengthens the classifiers united in the "Committee". Each next set of classifiers is built on objects incorrectly classified by previous sets. AdaBoost is sensitive to data noise and emissions and is less susceptible to retraining, which can significantly reduce the number of examples and obtain better output in the DSS

PRICING METHOD BASED ON THE ESTIMATION OF DEMAND FUNCTION

abstract 1582004018 issue 158 pp. 250 – 267 30.04.2020 ru 200
When solving some problems of economics and management at an enterprise, it becomes necessary to determine the retail price of a product or service at a known wholesale price or producer price. We offer to determine the retail price based on an analysis of a survey of potential consumers about the maximum possible price for the product or service in question. We calculate the retail price on the basis of optimizing the economic effect equal to the product of the result from the sale of one unit of goods by the demand function, which we estimate by interviewing consumers. To solve the optimization problem, we approximate the demand function using the least squares method. As examples, the linear and power models of the demand function are analyzed. Ways of further development of the proposed approach are discussed. Unresolved scientific problems are formulated. Methods for estimating the demand function in the context of a large number of repetitions of respondents and their tendency to “round numbers” require further elaboration, as a result of which the Kolmogorov criterion cannot be used to determine the accuracy of the restoration of the demand function. Various parametric and non-parametric approaches of regression analysis should be adapted to the problem of restoring the dependence of demand on price, as well as methods for solving the corresponding optimization problems

DEVELOPMENT OF METHODS OF ASSESSING THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF THE STATOR WINDINGS OF ELECTRIC MOTORS VOLTAGES ABOVE 1000 V

abstract 1592005006 issue 159 pp. 104 – 109 29.05.2020 ru 200
Both domestic and foreign experience have noted that the introduction of diagnostic tools was one of the most important factors in increasing the economic efficiency of the use of equipment in industry. The purpose of diagnostics is detection and prevention of failures and failures, maintenance of operational parameters within the specified limits, forecasting of the state for the purpose of full use of the resource. Today, more than ever, the assessment of the current state of the electric power is particularly acute. With one regulatory method of testing electric motors, it was necessary to make a sufficiently in-depth analysis of technical documentation for testing or diagnosis of new modern tests or diagnostics. The relevance of the transition to non-destructive methods of motor testing is increased in order to increase their service life. At present, there is a need to introduce more gentle methods of testing electric bodies, since the standardized test method has a negative impact on the condition of electric motors as a whole and on the integrity of the structure. In order to ensure the necessary level of reliability of electrical equipment at enterprises, it is necessary to use modern testing methods and diagnostic systems

MAINTENANCE AND USE OF BREEDING COWS OF THE HOLSTEIN BREED IN THE CONDITIONS OF INTENSIVE TECHNOLOGY

abstract 1552001014 issue 155 pp. 178 – 193 31.01.2020 ru 198
Considering the fact that in Russia the development of dairy cattle breeding is based on increasing milk production in terms of providing this product, the further increase in milk yield and quality of cow's milk remains important. Some farms in Russia, including the Krasnodar region, have reached high milk production rates in whole herds of up to 12-13 thousand kg of milk per cow. Today it is important to “propagate” such farms. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to study their livestock breeders experience, approaches to the selection of cattle (calves, heifers, cows), to form herds of animals that can get high milk yield under the conditions created for them. The farm in which we conducted our scientific research is distinguished by the fact that much attention is paid to maintaining a high level of breeding and breeding, as well as to creating optimal factors for keeping, feeding and caring for animals. Agroholding Step includes 5 farms in divisions: one in the Kuban Step, two in public company of shareholders “Rodina” and two in shareholder company “Novoplastunovskaya” Three farms are located in the village of Chelbasskaya, where the cowsheds were reconstructed and equipped with new equipment. In the village of Novoplastunovskaya, new buildings were built in the territory of the old farm, and the 4th farm was built in 2018 in the new territory. All farms contain highly productive breeding cows of the Holstein breed. The Russian information programs “Selex-Dairy Cattle” and Israeli program “AfiFarm” were introduced. We have studied zoohygienic conditions in various buildings of dairy farms in the spring, where animals are constantly kept. The results obtained indicate that the cows are kept in comfortable conditions, allowing them to eat a balanced diet in accordance with their needs and to avoid many stresses what is important for the secretion of milk. Indicators of genetic potential for milk production of cows and the effectiveness of its manifestation are also determined

NON-NUMERICAL DATA STATISTICS IS A CENTRAL PART OF MODERN APPLIED STATISTICS

abstract 1562002007 issue 156 pp. 111 – 142 28.02.2020 ru 197
In 1979, non-numerical data statistics was singled out as an independent area of applied statistics. Initially, the term "statistics of objects of non-numerical nature" was used to denote this area of mathematical methods of economics. Our basic non-numeric statistics textbook is called "Non-Numeric Statistics". Non-numerical data statistics is one of the four main areas of applied statistics (along with number statistics, multidimensional statistical analysis, statistics of time series and random processes). Statistics of non-numerical data are divided into statistics in spaces of a general nature and sections devoted to specific types of non-numerical data (statistics of interval data, statistics of fuzzy sets, statistics of binary relations, etc.). Currently, statistics in spaces of a general nature is the central part of applied statistics, and non-numeric data statistics including it is the main area of applied statistics. This statement is confirmed, in particular, by the analysis of publications in the section "Mathematical Research Methods" of the journal "Industrial Laboratory. Diagnostics of Materials" - the main place of publication of russian studies on applied statistics. This article is devoted to the analysis of the basic ideas of non-numerical data statistics against the background of the development of applied statistics from the perspective of a new paradigm of mathematical research methods. Various types of non-numeric data are described. The historical path of statistical science is analyzed. We have discussed the development of statistics of non-numerical data. The article analyzes basic ideas of statistics in spaces of a general nature: average values, laws of large numbers, extreme statistical problems, nonparametric estimates of the probability density, classification methods (diagnostics and cluster analysis), statistics of the integral type. Some statistical methods for analyzing data lying in specific spaces of non-numeric nature are briefly considered: non-parametric statistics (real distributions usually differ significantly from normal), statistics of fuzzy sets, theory of expert estimates (the Kemeny median is a sample average of expert orderings), etc. We have also discussed some unsolved problems in statistics of nonnumeric data

ROBOTIC MEANS IN THE PREPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF PROTEIN FEED IN AGRICULTURAL COMPANIES

abstract 1511907019 issue 151 pp. 221 – 231 30.09.2019 ru 196
The purpose of this research is to increase the production of concentrated (protein) feed in agricultural enterprises through the use of electronic equipment or robotics and precise precision livestock technology, which will reduce the unit cost of their production. According to the academician L. P. Kormakovsky, accurate, precision technology enables economical use of material resources, which are feeds and their ingredients in the feed, and to obtain optimum results at the highest cost. The most important direction of development of accurate technologies in animal husbandry is the preparation of complete feed mixtures and normalized feeding of groups of animals formed by its productivity. One of the key conditions of efficiency of precise breeding and the use of sophisticated electronic means of control of technological processes is the quality of the feed. Over the past 15 years, concentrated feed forms have been the basis of the diet of most types of farm animals and is the main reserve for increasing their productivity. The article considers models of robotic means of different countries of producers, used in agricultural enterprises for the preparation and distribution of protein feed. The use of robotics currently makes it possible to facilitate human work, and in some cases to replace it. Replacement of a human in all the spheres of activity, for example in preparation of protein forages, at agricultural companies will allow to increase productivity of forage preparation equipment, quality of forages and to provide agriculture of the country with the domestic forages. However, the production of domestic robotics, which are designed for the preparation of protein feed on the basis of oilseeds (sunflower meal, soybean, etc.) is absent, which is a scientific problem. The production of robotics is most developed in European countries. Robotic means which carry out distribution of protein forages, are applied to a lesser extent at the domestic agricultural enterprises, in connection with their features

STABILITY OF SWEET CHERRY PLANTS TO LOW TEMPERATURES OF THE SPRING PERIOD: POSSIBLE INDICATORS AND MECHANISMS

abstract 1592005020 issue 159 pp. 294 – 302 29.05.2020 ru 195
These studies are devoted to determining the characteristics of changes in some physiological and biochemical parameters of sweet cherry plants that arise under the influence of the main damaging factor of the spring period - frost and associated with the resistance of the plant organism to the action of stressor. The studies were carried out in 2012 and adjacent 2018-2019 in the fruiting plantations of cherries of the Kuban zone located on horticultural soils: leached chernozem and alluvial meadow. We studied sweet cherry varieties of different resistance to frost. Samples for analysis were selected according to the background of naturally prevailing positive air temperatures. The plant material was frozen in the Binder climate chamber KB 53 for 4 hours at a temperature of 2.5 ± 0.2 ° C. According to the results of the experiment, sweet cherry plants that differ in early flowering are more susceptible to the temperature stressor in the spring in comparison with late flowering plant organisms. Meanwhile, the resistance of plants to frost depends not so much on the date of differentiation of the generative buds, but on the efficiency of the physiological and biochemical activation mechanisms under the influence of an unfavorable synthesis factor in the flowers of indolylacetic acid, which is responsible for the efficiency of the onset of fruit formation, and ultimately a more complete implementation potential productivity. An important indicator of the stability of a plant organism is the degree of change in the content of this phytohormone
