In the process of scientific and economic experiments on broiler chickens to enhance the physiological and productive effect of growing broiler chickens on grass-soy diets, it is recommended to include the inhibitor of mold “toxins nil” to reduce the risk of aflatoxicosis
To solve the problems of full-value feeding for pigs, it is offered to use protein-vitamin-mineral additives as a component of rations. It allows increasing live weight gain, average live weight gain and improving feed conversion efficiency per 1kg of live weight gain
Our introduction of the enzyme preparation MEC-AGRICULTURE-3 into the mixed fodder for young pigs favors increase of live weight by 6.0 % and average daily weight gain by 7.8 %
In the conditions of the North Caucasus during aflatoxin B1 tolerant level in the ration it is desirable to breed the broiler chickens cross “Smena-4” and “Ross 308” adding toxi-nyl preparation in the amount of 2 kg/t
The author has studied the efficiency of diets with NATUPHOS 5000 enzyme preparation. Adding the enzyme preparation into the mixed fodder for chicken broilers favors increase of live weight by 4,5 % and average daily weight gain by 6,1 %
The article gives theoretical and practical justification of sorghum use in animal feeding. The results of the study of organization of forage resources for livestock and poultry with the use of forage sorghum are shown. The ways and directions for the increase of nutritive value and productive effect in the diets for animals and poultry are determined
The author has studied the efficiency of diets with
kiselgura. Introduction of the kiselgura into the mixed
fodder for chicken-broilers favors increasing of live
weight by 4.8 % and average daily weight gain by 5.0%
The article presents materials on comparative study of the nutritional value of chickpeas and peas which are widespread in the arid zone of the Southern Urals. The scheme of the scientific and economic experiments involved the assessment of yield formation of chickpeas and peas during the vegetation. The study showed that different varieties of chickpea and pea have considerable difference in the content of nutrients. The amount of crude protein in the pea grain ranged from 25.1 to 26.8%, and chickpea – 21.7 - 22.9%. With regard to the fat, its highest concentration was in chickpea grain - 3.63%, on average, which is 1.16% higher than on average in the pea grain. The chemical composition of the pea and chickpea grain of different varieties points to differences in their composition and homogeneity within the culture. Basing on the study, we recommend to sow chickpea and pea grain in the middle of May to obtain the highest yield, this, in turn, has a positive effect on the nutritional value of the crops. When selecting plants for cultivation in the conditions of the Southern Urals, it is preferable to choose the variety of Madonna pea, which has a higher potential for yield than the chickpea variety Krasnokutsky-123. It has been experimentally found that chickpea grain has better moisture-retaining power in a bound condition during the vegetation period as compared to the relevant characteristics of pea grain, which is a positive drought-resistant value of crop. In structural elements of the harvest the peas showed the trend of the highest rates in comparison with the corresponding elements in chickpeas
Under the current conditions, it is very important to
boost the production of pork and improve its sanitary
and hygienic quality for the successful handling of
problems subjected to import substitution of meat
products. This can be reached by means of
strengthening of food reserve. For that purposes, in the
frame of two experiments yacon tubers in combination
with enzymatic agent protosubtilin GZx have been
introduced in the intakes of fattening pork stores
instead of fodder beat, and various doses of carbitox
adsorbent have been additionally added when
superfluous background of heavy metals was
observed. During the 1st experiment, the substitution of
fodder beet with the similar quantity of yacon tubers
has allowed the animals of experimental group to
outweigh the ones from the control group on 7,5% in
the terms of gross formation of body weight, and to
gain 100 kg of body weight for 7 days ahead of the
animals from control group as well. Additionally,
fodder costs per product have been reduced and the
morphological and biochemical values of animals
blood have been optimized. Based on the data from
2
nd experiment, it has been defined that the better dose
for feeding of adsorbent carbitox was 2,0 kg per tonne
of concentrates thereby the animals of 3rd experimental
group had reasonably higher body weight gain and
thereby higher feed-conversion ratio by products.
Therewith, the animals intermediary metabolism has
been speeded up due to optimization of morphological and biochemical values of blood and reduction of
heavy metals content in blood serum, in other words
level of zinc, lead and cadmium was not exceeding
maximum allowable concentration
Modern pig farming is a leading global livestock
industry, but the organization of adequate balanced
feeding is actual for the industry. Digestibility of
metabolizable energy of feed depends on various
factors, including the content of non-starch
polysaccharides, which have a negative effect on the
digestibility of key nutrients of the feed, lead to a
decrease in growth rate and conversion efficiency of
nutrients. Enzyme preparations which composition
generally includes Xylanase, cellulase, β-glucanase
activities, may avoid the negative impact of non-starch
polysaccharides. Today's promising preparation that
combines the functions of two feed additives - feed
enzyme and probiotic, is an enzyme preparation
Cellobacterin that, due to the particular organization of
the enzyme complex, increases the digestibility of
barley grain and effectively effects on sunflower meal.
As a probiotic preparation it inhibits the development
of pathogenic microorganisms and promotes the
formation of beneficial microflora in the digestive
tract. The introduction of Cellobacterin enzyme
preparation into the compound feed with a high
content of barley grain and sunflower meal increases
the body weight of young pigs by 4.8% and reduces
the cost of feed per 1 kg of live weight gain. The
results of hematological studies found no significant
deviations from the physiological norm in the
morphological picture of the blood in experimental
animals. The group, where Cellobacterin was added,
showed higher vitamin A content by 2.8% as
compared to the control, while vitamin E is found in
both groups on the same level. Based on the results of
the research to improve the productivity and growth
rate in compound feed based on barley and sunflower
meal with higher fiber content, it is recommended to
include in the compound feed Cellobacterin enzyme
preparation at the rate of 1 kg per 1 ton of feed
