IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF "SOCIAL NETWORK OF EDUCATION" SYSTEM

The article considers problems of the exchange of information between teachers, students and departments of educational institutions. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional approaches: email, chat via phone, social networks. The questions of placement of information to large numbers of users were revealed. We also revealed the need to address issues related to the publication of major events, administrative announcements of educational institutions, which are visible to all users, and are assigned to a specific date. We suggested an approach to the publication of the activities of the individual system modules. The article shows a mechanism of mass mailings, providing users the ability to transmit information to two or more recipients and to ensure the exchange of information that is available only to send the recipient, as opposed to the "wall". We found an approach to increase the quality of the educational process, allowing rapid exchange of information between staff, students and departments of educational organization on the example of the system "Social network educational organization." In the approach, it has been proposed to take the ideology of social networking and project it on the specifics and needs of educational institutions, which will allow rapid exchange between staff, students and divisions (departments) educational organization. MODEL OF INFORMATION EXPOSURE IN SOCIAL NETWORKS

On the basis of hydrodynamic analogy between turbulent transport of momentum, heat and mass transfer, and information in the conditions of modern electronic social networks, we consider a model of informational influence. The flow of information is represented as a stream of random events with simplest flow properties. In addition to the flow of information impact there were introduced the concepts of density, velocity and viscosity of the information flow. These parameters had been derived from the construction of dimensionless criteria characterizing the balance between inertia and viscosity of the information flow of information influence. This criterion serves as a numeric parameter determining the boundary of the transition from low-intensity to high intensity of information influence the turbulent nature of the attack. We have also analyzed the ranges of changes and the meaning of the entered parameters from the point of the organized network information inserts. The existence of the information in time and procedural nature of the concept of information allow us to focus on the properties of information flow as inertia, dynamics and relaxation

ON ONE OF THE APPROACHES TO ENHANCING THE MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS TO EDUCATIONAL AND EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE RATING SYSTEM

The problems of increasing the motivation of students of organizations of secondary vocational education and higher education to educational and training activities is due to the use of score-rating approach to recording achievements. The article examines factors that have a negative impact on training and outside training activities, such as TV entertainment, online games, social networks. We consider the activities that have a positive impact on the educational and training activities outside, such as volunteer work, scientific work, socially useful activity. We analyze the advantages and disadvantages of traditional approaches to increase the motivation of students on the basis of a three-level scholarships. The article reveals problems of placing information on the ranking of students in online news sites on educational organizations and media stands. The problems associated with the "transparent" scheme of formation of students rated by forming a student's portfolio have been considered as well. We have given a scheme of a fixed valuation of activities of pupils in points and a formula for calculating the scholarships for student achievements in education and trainings, as well as in volunteer activities. An example of the appearance of a prototype automated system for recording pupils' achievements has been presented. The article also shows data on the implementation of the prototype in educational institutions
