COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE COMPOSITION AND DYNAMICS OF THE AMINO ACIDS EXTRACTING BY BACTERIA INTO THE CULTURE MEDIUM BY EXAMPLE OF THE CULTIVATION ESCHERICHIA COLI AND SALMONELLA ENTERITIDIS

abstract 0801206038 issue 80 pp. 451 – 465 30.06.2012 ru 1255
During cultivation in the glucose-mineral medium, Escherichia coli M-17, O75, â„– 14 and VL 613 and Salmonella enteritidis excrete amino acids, their composition and dynamics depend on the species and the strain identity. The total concentration of the ami-no acids for probiotic strains was higher than oppor-tunistic. Comparative analysis of the amino acids to their ability to influence the growth of bacteria, sug-gests that amino acids are carry out certain regulatory functions

STRAIN SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE COMPOSITION AND DYNAMICS OF THE CARBOXYLIC ACIDS DURING CULTIVATION ESCHERICHIA COLI AND SALMONELLA ENTERITIDIS

abstract 0771203049 issue 77 pp. 551 – 565 30.03.2012 ru 975
Qualitative and quantitative composition of the low-molecular carboxylic acids (CA) which were contained in the cultural liquid (CL) of the four strains of Escherichia coli and Salmonella enteritidis var.Issatchenko was investigated. The differences in the composition of the CA were shown, their dynamics during the bacterial growth and their total concentration in CL were strain specific characteristic. The differences in the composition and dynamics of the CA, which are specific only to probiotic and opportunistic strains were revealed

THE EFFECT OF PROBIOTIC AND PATHOGENIC BACTERIA METABOLITES ON ANTAGONISTIC ACTIVITY OF LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS D â„– 75

abstract 0921308022 issue 92 pp. 339 – 357 31.10.2013 ru 1613
In the article we investigated the effect of the bacterial metabolites compositions (Aktoflor and Patogen) on antagonistic activity of L.acidophilus D â„– 75. It was shown the both compositions stimulate integrated antagonistic activity of L.acidophilus D â„– 75 by inducing the synthesis of the bacteriocin and decreasing the proportion of low active clones in the population. We have also shown the advantage of probiotic bacteria metabolites (Aktoflor). The results can be used to enhance the probiotic potential of the bacterial preparations
