One-temperature limited version of the general model of adsorption-contact drying for the ceramic brick is considered. Numerical modeling of heat and mass transfer in the donor and the acceptor samples for one-dimensional approach is carried out. It is shown, in particular, that the moisture diffusion coefficient of material in the contact zone can vary significantly due to changes in the conditions for liquid-phase transfer
