BIOTECHNOLOGY OF TRICHODERMA-BASED FEED ADDITIVE WITH CELLULOLYTIC PROPERTIES

abstract 0931309078 issue 93 pp. 1146 – 1164 30.11.2013 ru 1573
In the work, we have presented the information of elaboration of a manufacturing process of Mycocel feed additive with the cellulolytic activity for poul-try industry. Manufacturing process includes follow-ing steps: stock culture maintenance and storage of Trichoderma lignorum 81-17, growing fluid culture of microscopic fungus in sucrose yeast extract me-dium, feed additive with cellulolytic properties out-put and quality control, packaging, storage and disposal of waste. We have shown that the Mycocel is non-toxic feed additive for protozoa and warm-blooded animals (laboratory mice and quails). This study demonstrated total population livability in the experimental group with feed additive. Quail body-weight of experimental group was higher by 6% as compared to the control and feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight of bird was 3,58 kg, 7,5% lower than the control

COMPARATIVE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE FEEDING OF DIFFERENT BREEDS CATTLE AT CLOSED JOINT STOCK COMPANY AGROCOMPLEX FIRM

abstract 1331709090 issue 133 pp. 1193 – 1208 30.11.2017 ru 447
The fattening of Holstein cattle for more than 90 % provides the beef cattle division of the firm «Agrocomplex» based in the village of Vyselki, the Krasnodar region. The share of the Aberdeen Angus breed is 6.3 % and Charolais at 0.6 %. The reason for insufficient supply with fattening complex of Charolais cattle is a high indicator of severe parturition, postpartum complications, and reduced productive longevity of cows of breeding herds of these breeds. In a "Livestock complex" bulls of breeds of Holstein, Charolais and Aberdeen Angus reach the required values of live weight for the established standards of the breeding time. Charolais have the best indicators of absolute and relative weight gain and the shortest feeding season. The profitability of cattle fattening in CJSC company "Agrocomplex" is low, but the efficiency of the industry is ensured by the presence of its own processing plants. To improve the profitability of beef production it is required to increase the proportion of specialized breeds for meat productivity; to generate the most uniform by age and live weight of the group; identify the cause of the high rate of culling of Charolais cows for postpartum complications and take action to address them

DEVELOPING LOW TEMPERATURE SOURCE LOCAL HEATING FOR PIGLETS

abstract 1081504056 issue 108 pp. 761 – 778 30.04.2015 ru 1098
During the research, we have developed a low-temperature zonal heating panels with an infrared emitter to create a local microclimate for piglets in the suckling period. This heater is lightweight and durable frame in the form of an inverted box size 400 mm x 1800 mm, attached to the wall of the building swivel. Top frame mounted thermostat is connected to a temperature sensor mounted directly on a metal plate with a thickness of 1 mm, painted in black color. In the upper part of the inner carcass layer is a light insulating material, which is located directly under the low-temperature heat source is electric. Study of the optimal size of the heating panel revealed that in view of the limitations associated with the area of the machine and biological characteristics of the optimum size of the sow for 11 piglets are: width – 400 mm; length – 1500 mm (at ventral position) and 1800 mm (lateral position). Comparison of different heating sources for piglets revealed that the use of infrared lamps enables newborn piglets seating area by 55.6%, while in 28 days – by 88.9%. Infrared lamps can not completely meet the recommended specifications as to ensure a more intense heat lamp to be lowered towards the floor surface, which leads to a reduction in the useful area heated. Using as a source of local heating mats and low-temperature panels satisfies pigs in the area of the den in the early suckling period at 138.9 and 200.0%, to weaning, respectively – by 48.5 and 65.5%. Thus, we have developed a low-temperature heating panels contributed to a more uniform distribution of heat in a recreation area of suckling piglets and to provide a comfortable environment at temperatures of 2-3 C lower in comparison with other methods of heating

EFFECT OF GERMINATION OF THE CHEMICAL COMPOSITION AND ANTINUTRIENTS CONTENT IN SOYBEAN SEEDS

abstract 0971403089 issue 97 pp. 1275 – 1298 31.03.2014 ru 1525
It was established that water absorption of soybean seeds does not depend on the variety. And in the beginning it has an active character, providing the increase in mass of seeds on 80-140% after 12-14 hours. Subsequently, hydration intensity decreases and mass reaches 110-160% of the original. Electroactivated water increases the level of hydration in comparison with tap water (anolyte – 10-18%, catholyte – 5-9%). Furthermore, in the process of germination of soybean protein content increased by 4-12% and fat – 7-16%. Inhibitor content thus decreases by the same amount, and does not depend on the variety. Thus, consideration of the varietal characteristics of soybean seeds during germination allows how to reduce energy consumption for processing and to reduce the degree of destruction of nutrients

FEATURES OF CULTIVATION OF BROILERS OF HUBBARD REDBRO CROSS IN FARMS FOR “ORGANIC” MEAT

abstract 1201606105 issue 120 pp. 1576 – 1605 30.06.2016 ru 575
This article is devoted to studying the influence of conditions of keeping and feedings on broilers of Hubbard RedBro cross, and the quality of the received products in case of application of floor and cellular content in the conditions of a farm. It was found that when receiving a feed of its own production with the use of feed ingredients grown in farms without pesticides, recorded a statistically significant reduction in the potentially dangerous health animal substances. As compared with a factory forage therein reduced pesticide content by 14 times, mercury and arsenic is 24 times, 5 times cadmium, lead 10 times. Results of studying of economic indicators of cultivation of broilers of cross Hubbard RedBro and also chemical composition and quality of carcasses demonstrated that the essential difference between a floor and cellular condition of keeping is not established, however use of a diet on the basis of what forages promoted statistically reliable decrease in concentration of toxic metals in muscles of a bird of experienced groups. As a result it was found that use of the researched compound feed in diets of broilers raised indicators of biosafety and provided ecologically safe (“organic”) meat products of poultry farming

FUNCTION FEED ADDITIVE OF CAROTE-NOID VEGETABLE RAW MATERIALS FOR POULTRY

abstract 0931309079 issue 93 pp. 1165 – 1184 30.11.2013 ru 1321
The article is concerned with the use of functional feed additives from pumpkin fruits and alfalfa juice for the poultry industry. In the study of laying hen it has been found that the use of a feed additive in-creased pumpkin paste content in serum and egg yolk carotenoids is more than two times, and the concentration of vitamin A in these tissues increased slightly, not exceeding 20%. Livability and productivity of poultry increased and average expendable fodder per head per day decreased. Economic calculation showed that the use of pumpkin paste reduces the cost of production of eggs. The use of alfalfa juice coagulates in diets for broiler chickens resulted in an increase in the concentration of carotene in the liver by 22,7-46,8% relative to control. The juice addition also increased the content of vitamin A in the liver by 27.9%, increase the safety and efficiency of the bird. The authors draw certain conclusions from experiment results that the use of functional additives in poultry from the fruit of pumpkin and alfalfa juice is an alternative to synthetic vitamin preparations and produce a more environmentally friendly products
