MICROBIAL ASSOCIATIONS OF BIOHUMUS AND HUMIC SUBSTANCES DERIVED FROM LIVESTOCK WASTE

abstract 1572003003 issue 157 pp. 27 – 42 31.03.2020 ru 258
The article presents the results of the study of microbiological composition of biohumus and humic substances obtained by fermentation method according to the technology developed by the authors. The problem of processing livestock wastes is caused on the one hand by the occurrence of large volumes of them, and on the other hand by the addition of such important elements as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc., which can be used as bioelements. The goal of research was to develop a technology for the production of humic compounds from biohumus and to study the microbial communities that occur in them. Results of researches showed that for biohumus with high content of humic substances, bovine manure must be composted with chopped straw at the ratio of 8:1. Biocomposting of manure and crushed straw using the developed technology enables to obtain biohumus containing humic substances of 20 g/l. Among the physiological groups of biohumus microorganisms, the most numerous groups are aminoautotrophies and ammonifiers - 231.6×106 and 130.33×106 CFU/g, respectively. At the same time the grouping of cellulose-decomposer actinomycetes in biohumus was quite numerous and amounted to 0.93×103 CFU/g.

DETERMINATION OF ACUTE TOXICITY OF BIO HUMATES

abstract 1191605006 issue 119 pp. 108 – 116 31.05.2016 ru 432
In the work, we present the results of the investigation of acute toxicity of bio humates obtained by the method vermicultivation on laboratory animals. In the diets of farm animals and Pets to fill in the missing nutrients in the past years, we had an extensive use of various feed additives. Among them, mineral (macro - and micronutrients), protein and fat supplements, vitamins, biostimulants, complex natural compounds (sapropel, peat), synthetic products (enzymes, hormones, antibiotics, adaptogens, antioxidants). The search for new ways of improvement and increase of efficiency of agricultural animals using feed additives with high demands on ecology of meat and dairy foods naturally led to increased studies on the use in livestock farming of water-soluble alkaline salts of natural humic acids - humates. Their environmental safety and the unique ability to improve metabolism and increase energy cells very positively manifested in living organisms. Numerous studies Russian and foreign scientists installed a high efficiency natural humates as biostimulators and immunomodulators in animal husbandry and veterinary medicine. Accumulated extensive experimental material, proving that the use of humates leads to faster growth of animals, reducing morbidity and mortality, increase the body's resistance to toxins in feed and resistance to adverse environmental conditions. Improving with the help of humates ecological purity of the ecosystems "water — soil — plant", as well as the health of birds, animals and fish will ultimately lead to strengthen health and to prolong human life as a consumer of agricultural products. Currently, the livestock market is intensively increasing the humates produced in Russia and abroad from brown coal, peat, sapropel. A special place among them has been occupied by the newest formulations because of a unique combination of safety, efficiency, and value, which, thanks to its amazing properties to increase energy cells, stimulate vital processes and to enhance the beneficial effects of other substances called energine. They are harmless to animals and humans; do not have allergologie, anaphylactogenic, teratogenic, embryotoxic and carcinogenic properties when used in recommended doses. This allows you to create on their basis organic natural feed additives and veterinary medicines for agricultural animals, birds, fish, fur animals and Pets, and preventive and therapeutic drugs for humans

STUDY OF THE INFLUENCE OF ECOSSE ENRICHED BIOHUMATES ON THE WORK OF A PHOTOSYNTHETIC COMPLEX OF RADISH PLANTS

abstract 1071503003 issue 107 pp. 77 – 85 31.03.2015 ru 882
In the article we show the results of studying the influence of Ecoss enriched biogumat on the photosynthetic complex of radish plants. Seed treatment with humate allows plants to form more powerful root system and develop resistance to various diseases, they are less affected root and basal rot. Plants form a large leaf surface. In leaves we have increased chlorophyll content, they remain longer green, more intense and will accumulate in vegetation greater number of assimilant (carbohydrates), and ultimately increase the yield. More intensive work of the leaves apparatus also contributes to the reduction of nitrates in the production, which is especially important when growing vegetables, melons and potatoes. Humates have a positive impact on yields on soils of different fertility and the different value of the yield. This not only increases the yield of 3 - 5 kg/ha, but also increases the gluten content in grain of winter wheat by 3 - 4%. The application of humates has a high adaptability. Their use can be combined with seed treatment pesticides, spraying crops with pesticides, mineral fertilizers. Therefore, humates are widely spread not only in Russia but all over the world. We have studied the content of chlorophylls and carotenoids at leaf apparatus of radish plants, depending on the methods and doses of the processing with humic preparation

BIOHUMATE EFFECTS ON SOIL BIOTA

abstract 1141510074 issue 114 pp. 978 – 987 30.12.2015 ru 986
The article represents the results of the experiment on biohumate «Vermistar» (which was obtained by vermiculturing) and its effects on mycological soil composition. Humic preparations are interesting in the way of detoxication of soil. When humic compounds are active, herbicides and pesticide decompose faster and concentrations of heavy metals are lowered. Adding humic fertilizers affect the physical properties of water-Soil: increases capillary and light soil field capacity (an average of 20-30%) and heavy water permeability, improves the structure and its water stability, reduced soil density. It was noted, that low doses of humic fertilizer contributes to water-stable aggregates, and high - change the ratio of the structural units in favor of agronomically valuable fractions. This, in turn, is accompanied by changes in the humus state, and biological characteristics of the soil. Moreover, increased microbial activity was observed in the first year of application of fertilizers and as an aftereffect. The maximum total number of microorganisms established in the initial phases of plant development. The increase in the number of microorganisms is enhanced and the enzymatic activity of the soil which in turn increases the mobility of soil nutrients

USING OF SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR TREATMENT OF SMALL PETS

abstract 1071503009 issue 107 pp. 156 – 164 31.03.2015 ru 1621
In the present work we show the results of treatment of surgical diseases of the small domestic animals sodium hypochlorite. Sodium hypochlorite is an antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying agent. We used it in a topical treatment for dogs and cats with allergic, infected wounds and in the post operative period. A solution of sodium hypochlorite is produced by activation of 0.9% sodium chloride solution by electrochemical method using electrometers and "Key", produced by the NGO Pyrolyzer in St. Petersburg. The resulting solution is a colorless transparent liquid, one liter contains 600 mg of the active substance is sodium hypochlorite. In the treatment of surgical diseases in medicine apply modern systemic therapies (drug therapy - physiotherapy - operation-pharmacotherapy), uses the latest drugs targeted actions (antibiotics, immunomodulators, probiotics, enzymes and hormones). There are other methods, including alternative medicine. It is known that increased therapeutic effect on wound process leads to the reduction of the inflammatory response, which can sometimes block local regeneration processes; for dogs and cats moderate inflammatory response in the wound is a necessary condition for successful healing. A certain degree of inflammation of the wound is starting mechanism of reparative processes. These features were considered during the experiment and the selection of treatment regimens
