The article reveals the main empirical factors that
increase the efficiency of technological systems of
grain harvesting. The work shows interrelation and
subordination of empirical factors in the practice of
operational reliability of grain harvesters, which
underlies scientific research. We have defined the basic
(key empirical factors) that allowed to develop a
conceptual model (paradigm) research. The article
reveals a technique, establishing the rules of
application of the method of expert assessments to
identify organizational and technical factors that have
the most significant impact on improving the reliability
of grain harvesters

This article discusses a method of improving the
reliability and efficiency of technological systems of
grain harvesting by creating a resource-efficient stock
of parts from scrapped units. We consider the
theoretical background to the calculation of resourcesaving
supply of parts and components from recycled
aggregates. The four conditions under which the
multinomial distribution law c a sufficient degree of
accuracy is reduced to other mathematical models. To
assess a working hypothesis, a study was conducted of
the accumulated frequencies of the ratio of change of
the COP predominant item of consumable spare parts
(HRA) to 9880i combine harvesters SNS (John Deere),
CR-9060 (New Holland) and RSM-181 "Torum-740".
To check the working hypothesis we also studied data
on the failure of structural elements Lexion 580
combine harvesters in operation in the farms of the
Krasnodar region
The article presents the analysis of variation of daily
mean temperatures for the period 1977-2015. Clear
tendency for their increasing in pre-sowing and
especially in growing period is found. Heat supply of
separate months in pre-sowing period increased in the
row: April-February-January-December-March, and
that of growing period – in a row: May-Juny-JulySeptember-August.
Presence of slight correlation
(from -0,256 to 0,268) of temperatures in winter-spring
months with heat supply of coming spring summer
months is found. It is shown that correlation of rice
yield with temperatures of pre-sowing (DecemberApril)
and growing (May-September) periods varies
from weak to average (from 0,016 to 0,524) with a
tendency to increasing from winter months to summer
ones. Use of analog method made it possible to
estimate roughly the nature of t upcoming growing
season of rice in the current 2016: after the abnormally
warm winter one should expect the value of heat
supply of summer months to be close to normal. In the
physiological sense, such distribution of summer
temperatures is favorable for rice. Use of one of the
most effective forecast methods – smoothing the time
series (method of «moving decades») – made it
possible to evaluate medium-term rhythms of heat
supply of rice growing season and yields. It was found
that after an abnormally high level of heat supply of
the growing season, marked during last decade, we
should expect a decrease in spring and summer
temperatures - the next attack of the "cold" cycle. If
this hypothesis is confirmed, then up to 2020, and later
a natural tendency for decrease in rice yields, arising
from the adverse factors of temperature, will continue
which should also affect the economic efficiency of
the industry as a whole
The article focuses on the utilization of rice straw by chopping and splitting with a post-blade cylinder. The amount of rice production and rice straw in the Krasnodar region are specified in the article, as well as methods of utilization of non-grain part of rice harvest of rice, namely, burning in the field and use of rice straw as an organic fertilizer. The article describes a research on determination of the degree of rice straw humification under natural conditions at different parameters of its crushing and patching. According to the experimental results there was constructed a graph of the degree of rice straw humification by variants of the experiment. There was offered the projected constructive scheme of mobile trailer rice straw crusher from rolls in the article. The main results which were obtained to the present moment were shown in conclusions
In the article, we present existing approaches to the study of the optimal composition of technological systems. We have justified a new method of improving the reliability and the efficiency of technological systems of grain harvesting based on application of mass service theory. An engineering methodology for the substantiation of structure of the technological complex of agro-climatic conditions has been developed. In this case, the basis is the method proposed by S. D. Shepelev and G. A. Okuneva. To justify the structure of the technological complex of agro-climatic conditions of the Krasnodar region we have developed a mathematical optimization model, as criteria of which the losses from downtime of combine harvesters and transport vehicles have been taken. On the basis of the developed technique co-dependence on the number of combine harvesters «Torum-740» from the capacity of vehicles and coefficient for their use for the Northern zone of the Krasnodar region has been found
