AREAS OF RUSSIAN CONSUMER MARKET TRANSNATIONALIZATION UNDER GLOBALIZATION

In the article, transnationalization is considered as an objective factor of development in the context of globalization and the main areas of transnational corporations’ penetration in the Russian consumer market are identified. The Russian market is significantly attractive for commodity and food transnational corporations. The main objective of the majority of TNCs is the introduction and expansion to the markets in order to trade goods, produced in the third countries. Investment is primarily made in the sphere of circulation. Transnational corporations are gradually capturing not only foreign, but domestic wholesale and retail trade. Consumer market globalization is confirmed by the world trade growth, the volume of foreign capital investment, and the international labor intensification. At present, considering the domestic consumer market attractiveness, in the majority of the Russian food market sub-sectors, the large share of investments belongs to the foreign corporations. A significant part of the Russian food industry is concentrated in the hands of transnational corporations, which can control the retail food prices and purchasing prices for agricultural commodities. Despite the contradictory effects of transnational activity, TNCs determine the dynamics and structure of the consumer market promote goods and services conforming to the international standards, stimulate the competitiveness of domestic manufacturers

The article reveals the essence of the institution of the company, which largely determines its sustainable functioning. It is noted that within the institution of the firm and under the influence of its essence, the type of management is formed. This, in many ways determines not only the development of individual firms, but also the economy and humanity as a whole. In the work the most significant characteristics of the institute of modern firms are presented, they are based on traditional management. The following requirement is justified for modern firms: to learn change with the same speed as the surrounding environment. The authors describe the institutional components of the evolutionary organizations of the future: the most likely characteristics, structures, practices and processes. In the article, the conclusion is drawn that the new worldview, which is the basis of the corporate institution of evolutionary organizations of the future, will allow humanity to achieve by evolutionary path a level of development when all work for the good of all

This article describes the basic theoretical aspects of Russian consumer market and its operation problems subject to the globalization. Also, we have examined current trend of domestic consumer market expansion and made its indicator analysis. It is necessary to study thoroughly the theoretical aspects of economic reproduction cycle in order to implementation of a growth policy. In consequence, that is an influence on a real consumer market. Currently, the reproduction of labor-power situations is complexity and inconsistency. Obviously purchasing power raises the living standard of the population. Russia has large potential to satisfy social security. Modernization of domestic production can improve Russian economic stability and balance consumer market. Comprehensive approach is important because of large majority of countries all over the world has free market economy and world economic system is shaky. Quality of imported consumer goods is acute problem that should be solved. In certain cases imported consumer goods is not compliance with standards. Effective operation mechanism of Russian consumer market is condition of macroeconomic stabilization in this country and all over the world that depend on global common economic proportions
