The article conducts a SWOT analysis of medical center. This is the first stage of the method of system analysis of enterprise architecture. According to the method of analysis we have identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. We have evaluated opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. Calculated the resulting matrix of the SWOT analysis. The calculations were performed using the software product "extended SWOT matrix 1.0".
