The technology production of microbiology preparation for protecting of plants from ill and insects was presented in this article. There are measures for improving the nutrient medium for growth of microorganisms
Modern precision agricultural technologies such as No-Till lead to increasing of pathogens populations in the soil and frequency of application of chemical plant protection products. The production of biological agents directly in the farms, as well as the use of other low-risk agro-practices, among which methods for reducing herbicides from the group of glyphosates, is an effective way to resolve these problems. Such methods can reduce the cost of production and reduce the number of applied plant protection products. The use of the tank mixture Bacillus subtilis + complex aminoamides was very effective in the treatment of wheat seeds. Biological protection against root rot of crops of cereal crops by their treatment with Crocus and Pseudomonas fluorescens tank mixture is also effective. This treatment not only reduces the infection of plants with root rot, but also develops their biometric characteristics, the amount of chlorophyll in plants in the tillering stage. To reduce the likelihood of epiphytoty and epizootic diseases in agrobiocenoses, it is necessary to introduce, in addition to early spring treatment, the application of biological agents’comp-lex: (which can be carried out simultaneously with the addition of glyphosates under the No-Till conditions) Trichoderma viride. In a number of regions of Russia, an innovative method of enhancing the action of glyphosates in this technology has been applied. It is based on the introduction of the drug Crocus glyphosate into the tank mixture, which accelerates the penetration of glyphosate and its transport through the phloem to the root system. In this case, predominantly violated chiquimous (phenolic) exchange. Experiments have shown that the use of this method effective and leads to a change in the concentration of aromatic amino acids (phenylalanine and tyrosine), their number drops sharply compared with the benchmark on the 7th day after the plants are treated with this tank mixture
It was being done to established difference by sus¬cep-tibility rate of plant pathological bacteria Pse¬udo¬monas syringae spp. It was clearly recog¬nize, that are cultivating varieties Zimtra and Nota were the most susceptibility, and, Krasnodarskaya 99, Fortuna, Pamyat, Batko, Tania were low resis¬tance. Usage for sowing high affected seeds by Pseudo¬monas syringae spp. Leads to decreasing its germi¬nation and biometrical parameters of young growth.

The article presents the results of a study of microbiological content of the soil after microbial protection of plants. Preparations were obtained by the technology developed by Ltd. "Kuban agrotehnoloogy". We have established the presence of bacteria Azotobacter chroococcum and fungus Trichoderma viride in the soil. Investigation of Trichoderma viride was made with using plant residues. It is proved that the use of microbiological preparations for plant protection have positive effect to improve the microbiological composition of soil. We have substantiated the example of the summary application of Azotobacter chroococcum and Trichoderma viride for plant protection. A number of provisions of the article have a scientific basis of view for the "food chain" microorgaisms. Trichoderma viride enzymatic hydrolysis products are good food source for Azotobacter chroococcum . Azotobacter chroococcum facilitates transfer of available nitrogen for plant nutrition. These microbiological preparatioты were recommended for seed treatment of plants during the growing season and crop residues after harvest. We used such culture media as Capek, Beijerinck and Ashby. Soil samples for research were selected by "Temizhbekskaya" Ltd in the Stavropol region. The study may be interested for agronomists, biotechnologists, mycologists, microbiologists

of soil. Application of various physical factors
affecting the microorganisms reduces their number.
This influences the efficiency of their use. This article
gives examples of the application of pressure in the
biotechnological process of microbial preparations and
their use in the process of spraying. The effect of pressure
on nonspore bacteria - Azotobacter chroococcum,
spore-forming bacteria - Bacillus megatherium and fungi
- Trichoderma viride has been presented in this article.
These microorganisms are used in the tank medium
for protecting plants against diseases and pests developed
by Ltd. "Kuban agrotehnoloogy" of Kuban State
Agrarian University. Efficiency is the simultaneous
application of tank medium of microorganisms with
herbicide. It was found that the application of the tank
medium of microorganisms for spraying is necessary to
limit the pressure of 4.5 atm. Тhe use of higher spraying
modes effects on reducing the number of viable bacteria.
