POSSIBLE LIMITS OF CONFIRMATION OF BELONGING TO RUSSIAN MASTER FELONS’ BROTHERHOOD

abstract 1091505082 issue 109 pp. 1179 – 1189 29.05.2015 ru 1294
The article focuses on one of the aspects of The Russian Felony Idea revealed during answer to the question of affiliation to the Russian Master Felons’ Brotherhood. This aspect are the limits of candor during the answer along with their reasons. The work also aims at the analysis of the strategies of discursive behavior during an inter-level contact between a law enforcement unit officer and a felon. In the article, the author uses a model to analyze the Russian criminal discourse that was proven earlier on the basis of a synthesis of the ideas suggested by L.N. Gumilev, U. Eco, and O.V. Leszczak. This model made it possible to prove the existence of the Thieves’ Law in a written form with further division into the Old Thieves’ Law and the New Thieves’ Law that differ from each other in material form of their existence. Moreover, it was possible to shift back the moment of its formation up to hundreds of years earlier than it was believed before. The material gathered by the author in conversations is verified on the basis of open-access sources; it allows the author not to mention the personal data of respondents’, who live in different European countries, and totally eliminates such possibility. In this research, the author focuses on one and only aspect, other related aspects are taken into consideration according to their necessity for the aims of the work

PROBLEMS OF ANALYSIS OF SOURCES AT RESEARCH ON THE MASTER FELONS' LAW AS A DISCRETIZED SEMIOTIC SYSTEM OF MODELS OF DISCOURSE BEHAVIOUR

abstract 1261702011 issue 126 pp. 155 – 168 28.02.2017 ru 465
The article aims to show the problems, which a researcher has to face during the analysis of the Thieves’ Law. The Thieves Law is considered as a synthesis of texts that can be decomposed into subsets of smaller texts. The originals of such texts in various languages were lost, and their later translations and compilations made the analysis more difficult. The synthesis of such texts is viewed through the prism of generally understood Kabbalah, and the main principle is an esoteric search for the "inner sense" that is based on the algorithms and stereotypes in criminal activity. The mental spaces of legal law and religious systems give a reference space of the Thieves Law by such approach. The parts of such mental spaces contradictory to others are removed from this reference space. Not only words but also phrases, sentences, texts, and even sets of texts, any multilevel signs at accidental and planned asymmetry in form and essence become codifying elements in sources full of allegory and parable. The analysis is based on a synthesis of views by L.N. Gumilev, U. Eco, and O.V. Leszczak

RESEARCH ON THE SO-CALLED THIEVES' NOTIONS FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF FUNCTIONAL-PRAGMATIC TYPOLOGY OF LINGUASEMIOTIC EXPERIENCE

abstract 1271703002 issue 127 pp. 61 – 78 31.03.2017 ru 644
The article focuses on the place of the (Thieves') Notions in the hierarchy of values in criminal activity from the viewpoint of functional-pragmatic typology of linguasemiotic experience. The Notions are intentions (intentials) that correlate to the upper (The Thieves' Law) and lower (Limits/Thieves' Commandments) levels of the hierarchy of values. The Notions were described in diachronic aspect with regard to their place and esoteric functions in the Master Felons' Law. The functional-pragmatic typology was aimed to show the differences in the ways of distribution of reference features (categorization processes), what reflects in formalization (ritualization and folkization) of social behaviour. Such approach was based on a panchronic connection of the idea of informational kind to the idea of energo-material kind. When correlating with the upper level of the hierarchy of values, the Notions can be considered a Random Access Memory connected to a slow encoded memory of greater capacity (The Thieves' Law). The Notions provide for a faster reaction of an individual when making a choice in criminal activity

SOME WAYS TO HIDE TRANSFERRED INFORMATION IN RUSSIAN CRIMINAL DISCOURSE VS. COMPUTERIZED SYSTEMCOGNITIVE ANALYSIS

abstract 1101506002 issue 110 pp. 38 – 48 30.06.2015 ru 999
The article focuses on the possibilities of application of the Computerized System-Cognitive Analysis (CSC-Analysis) and the “Eidos” Intellectual System for the Russian criminal discourse in its various aspects. In the work, the author shows some simultaneous ways to transfer information to the Initiated and hide it from others. The author distinguishes such public-key cryptography system from their background and proves its resistivity to modern cryptography methods. The New Thieves’ (Felons’) Law as a public-key cryptography system is based on asymmetric functions, works according to the Kerckhoffs’s law, uses accidental public keys and “knapsack trapdoors” (RSA algorithm and the Diffie-Hellman-Merkle Key-Exchange Protocol). The terms are used in this paper according to modern level of scientific knowledge. In the Russian criminal discourse, the mathematical principle for such system is called “The Russian Felony Idea”. A classical content-analysis applicable for other ways to hide transferred information in this paper is inconsistent for such cryptosystem. The author also suggests some ideas concerning further modifications of the “Eidos” Intellectual System to apply it sufficiently for such public-key cryptography system. Moreover, the author focuses on the problem of the New Thieves’ (Felons’) Law as Fait juridique
