AMPELO-DESCRIPTORIC DELINEATION OF NEW TECHNICAL SORTS OF GRAPES

For perfection and enrich on structure of grape on Nakhchivani Autonomous Republic since 1985 has been running researches of agrobiological and technical delineation of new aboriginal, inductions and selection sorts of Vitis vinifera L. In this article the ampelo-descriptoric delineation of two selection technical sorts of grape: Alinja and Uzunsalkhimli is observed. These sorts belong to ecological-geographical group in eastern wine sorts- proles orientalis subpr. caspica Neqr by morphological indication and biological peculiarity. By genetic indication, the sorts of Alinja and Uzunsalkhimli are characterized with very long ( up to 40-50 cm) and big bunch (700-1500gr). Productivity from bush is 10,0 l- 8,0 kg, sugar is 20,2 or 22.0%, sour is 5,4 and 5,7 y/dm3. Selection sort of Alinja is made for preparing high quality red wine of various categories

GENETIC METHODS OF AUTOPOLYPLOIDY OF GRAPES

There are materials about different genetic methods of metotical and meyotic autopolyploid of grapes in the article. Main morphodiagnostical signs of autopolyploids in it are pointed. New forms and varieties of grape may easily form with the help of genomic mutation. The experimental polyploid on grape leads to functional changes, which helps to become aliveness and stable in bad environment. The increasing of such kind of main genetic signs in grape, as high stable to bad ecological facts, illness and insects, high growing, seedless, high productive from bush, becoming sugar gather in fruits and bioactive elements in juice, etc., so it is possible to solve it only in moving to the new level of ploidy

MALAGI - HIGH QUALITY ABORIGINAL WINY GRAPE VARIETY OF NAKHCHIVAN AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC

Malagi is created in a way of nation’s selection, is aboriginal winy grape variety of Nakhchivan AR. The name of sort is related with local meaning. According to morphological indications and biological peculiarity it concerns to ecologic- geographic group of eastern winy varieties. proles orientalis subpr. Caspika Neqr. The crown of young shoot and first 1-3 new leaves are covered with weak web drops. The leaves are middle big, five-wings, weak tautened the breadth. Surface of the leaf is net-wrinkled. Edges of leaves were hardly bended upwards. The top of sidelong scraps mainly are deep, closed with three-cornered lights and generally deep and sharp bottom. Low sidelong scraps are small, open, rare in a form of entering corner. Teeth at the end of the mouth are like cupola. Flower is disexual. Bunch is thick-in conical form. Berries are round, deep black with wax powder, Pulp is juicy with pleasant sort taste. Durability productive period is 168 - 177 days. Yield from a bush is very high-12 kq. Percent of productivity tillers are - 57 %. Coefficient of harvest – 0,65, productivity 1,1. Average mass of bunch – 310,0 q. Sugar is 18,0 %, sourness is 6,5 q/l. It differs with high strength to fungi disease and aridity. The sort is for high quality red wines of various categories

WILD-GROWING VINE SHOOTS IN NAKHICHEVAN REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

In this article botanical and morphometrical characteristics of four wild-growing biotypes of Azerbaijan, growing on the Nakhichevan plain - original natural reserve of the richest vegetable gene pool of Eurasia are listed. Unique lianas are discovered, featured and listed under titles of Ajryndzh, Dary-dag, Ilandy-dag and Ordubad.
