The article studies tendencies of the development of the economic system in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We identify the dominant conditions for the growth of social production in the transition to the Eurasian economic Union. We have marked quantitative increase of the basic parameters of foreign trade turnover, as well as ongoing structural changes associated with transformation of a common market mechanism. The authors attach considerable importance to the balance of the national economy, the pace of economic growth. They define the determinants of successful economic development in its foreign trade relations in the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing a general growth and other qualitative changes in the economy of the Republic. The article also provides a retrospective analysis of structural adjustment, to explain the features of industrial development during the period of market reforms in the last years of the Soviet power. The structure of the national economy (in particular - industry) where there is an unreasonably high proportion of the industries of mining and defense was analyzed. The article also discusses the prospects for the functioning and cooperation of the countries of the Customs Union (CU) and the Eurasian economic community, Kazakhstan's accession to the world trade organization. The trends in the development of foreign trade of Kazakhstan and other countries-members of the Customs Union were considered. The article performs an analysis of statistical data characterizing the state of development of industries, main economic indicators, volume of trade, and growth of gross domestic product

The article is devoted to consideration of the issues in the field of foreign trade relations between Kazakhstan and Russia. The object of research is trade and economic relations of Kazakhstan and Russia discussed in the context of the development of a new model of bilateral cooperation. The subject of research is modern institutional arrangements and forms of foreign economic cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia in the conditions of harmonization of economic integration cooperation of the CIS countries. Development of strategy of entering into international economic space, and other aspects, with the author's point of view, increasingly become the subject of a wide range of specialized research. Topicality of research is determined by necessity of development of close economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia in the context of harmonization and new forms of cooperation in the global economy. Mutually beneficial partnership between Kazakhstan and Russia due to the complex geo-economic and geopolitical factors, similar vector of economic development, which is based on the resources sector. The article describes the necessary requirements for improved organizational structures to coordinate the efforts of the two countries on the harmonization of forms of economic cooperation. Therefore, an investigation of the development of economic cooperation of Kazakhstan and Russia is becoming a significant scientific and practical importance and is relevant. The aim of research is scientific substantiation of prospects of development of economic cooperation of Russia and Kazakhstan and formation of practical recommendations to the public authorities of the two countries to develop coordinated positions in the field of foreign economic cooperation

Everyone knows the up-to-date state of the Russian economy that has arisen due to the foreign influence. The result is financial and economic crisis that began in 2014. This article discusses a strategy to fight the crisis with the help of small business development as the most important sector of the economy. Small business naturally is very vulnerable, and a businessperson faces with many challenges even in the first stages of development of the business. Therefore, they need support from the state, and we have described its kinds in this article. The relevance of this work is indisputable, as in Russia small business is only currently able to get due attention, although the sprouts were planted far in the past. It is the small business has great potential for playing a significant role in maintaining the stability of the socio-economic development of society, due to its characteristics, namely: easy to operate; quick adaptability to market changes; slight start-up capital for his business and many others. It is important to say, that small and medium-sized companies play a significant role in employment, in production of certain goods and in research and production developments

The need to ensure the environmental safety of Russia is becoming increasingly important nowadays. The article defines environmental security. The article defines the role and the place of environmental security in the national security system of the country. Understanding the essence of environmental problems among populations is a necessary step for the implementation of environmental safety. We provide statistical data of regions of Russia with a very difficult economic situation, as well as the proportion of organizations interested in environmental safety. We have proven ecological degradation after the analysis of the environment and proposed mechanisms of environmental security. The study also reflects the need for changes in the environmental consciousness of the population. The article provides a rationale for the importance of environmental education to ensure the ecological security of the country during crisis. We reveal the understanding of the fact that sustainable development of Russia and national security will be provided only under condition of preservation of natural systems and appropriate support of the state. The article focuses on the need to develop ways of improvement of legal regulation in the field of environmental security of the country. There is a need for public policy that should be aimed at ensuring the environmental security of the country. Therefore, environmental security is an important component of national security, which might become a national idea uniting the peoples of the Russian Federation

This article is devoted to description of theoretical aspects in the field of organizational component in processes of agroindustrial integration from point of view of methodology of inter-farm relations. As the object of the research, the authors have identified a set of factors mediating the process of organizational interaction and regulation of inter-farm relationships with a certain type of construction business systems in agricultural production. Topicality of the chosen subject area was confirmed by the fact that conditions of realization of the State program of development of agriculture, which provides the improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of agrarian and industrial complex, has been oriented on import substitution and required a complex of measures, directed at development of tools and mechanisms to support the agricultural integration. A number of provisions of the article, such as assessment of factors influencing the choice of the method of building interenterprise relations and type agro-industrial formations reveal basic provisions at advantages and prospective directions of development processes of agroindustrial integration. It points to primacy of processes cooperation and availability of mutual proprietary interest of economic entities for further business cooperation and formation of a single vertically integrated economic system. In the article, there are certain elements of increment of scientific knowledge, which lies in comparison and synthesis of the selected theoretical conceptual positions of mechanism of formation and development of on-farm and inter-farm relations from horizontal to vertical agro-industrial integration on basis of which the authors present their own point of view on most significant features and directions of the development in agroindustrial integration in organizations of agricultural production. In the article, we also present a comparative characteristic of stages of formation processes of agroindustrial integration on criterion of on-farm and inter-farm cooperation. The results of the research can be used by experts of an agrarian profile of specialization as a subsidiary of theoretical and practical material in solution of questions of agriculture development
