THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGIES RESEARCH OF THE INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS ON VARIOUS ASPECTS OF LIFE QUALITY IN THE REGION

abstract 1221608001 issue 122 pp. 1 – 17 31.10.2016 ru 320
To increase the validity of conclusions about the impact of environment on quality of life we need to move from generalities to the application of quantitative modeling techniques. This requires the joint processing environmental databases and databases depicting various aspects of quality of life. These databases need to be handled not just together, but in a comparable form approach, technology and methodology; and we need to implement them in one software system. For the first time in the environmental studies it has been planned to be done with the application of the ASK- analysis and the system called "Eidos". In this work, we set the goals and the objectives of the application of the ASK-analysis to study the effect of environmental factors on the quality of life of the population of the region. The article reveals the urgency of this study; the requirements for the method of conducting the study, the choice of research method, the contents of the objectives of the study. The proposed work is at the edge of mathematical ecology and mathematical modeling of quality of life (which refers to mathematical and instrumental methods of Economics), resulting from expected synergies, consists in obtaining of new knowledge in these fields, that is relevant to both ecology and economy. This knowledge will make it more meaningful and justified for the application of environmental criteria and concepts in the economy

PARAMETERS OF RESEARCH ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS AS CRITERIA FOR DIAGNOSTICS OF EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

abstract 1331709010 issue 133 pp. 91 – 114 30.11.2017 ru 379
The article reflects the relationship between the parameters of research activities of students and the characteristics of the educational environment in higher education. It is known that the research activity of students is an integral part of the educational process, therefore, the parameters of research activity can and should be indicator variables reflecting certain aspects of the educational environment. According to modern views, all types of research activities of students (educational, research, scientific and practical and research) is the most important mechanism for the development of their research competence. In addition, the parameters of research activities of students - the reflection of the relationship of scientific and educational activities in higher education, and this - one of the most important factors of competitiveness of the educational environment. The authors substantiate that the parameters reflecting the research activity of students characterize, first of all, such aspects of the educational environment as its intensity, social activity, dominance, coherence, mobility, stability, reliability and efficiency. This is due to the fact that the research activity of students is a transdisciplinary process that depends on the same factors as the educational process as a whole and is characterized by the same didactic goals (tasks) as the educational process as a whole. In identifying the relationship between the parameters of research activities of students and the characteristics of the educational environment, the authors also took into account the relevance of such a task as ensuring continuity between levels of continuing education. The theoretical significance of the results of this study is that they can be the basis for further scientific understanding of the problems of the quality of education and the effectiveness of educational environments, the practical significance is that they can be applied in the systems of socio-pedagogical and psycho-pedagogical monitoring and the effectiveness of the educational environment, as well as monitoring the student's personal and professional development). Methodological bases of research: system, sociological, competence, probability-statistical and qualimetric approaches (leading methodological basis - competence approach). Research methods: modeling; methods of graph theory, sets and relations; systemiccognitive analysis; methods of qualimetry (theory of latent variables); methods of mathematical statistics (first of all - the method of rocky scree); methods of the theory of limits

SYSTEM-COGNITIVE MODEL OF FORECASTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF DIVERSIFIED AGRO-INDUSTRIAL CORPORATIONS. PART II. SYNTHESIS AND MODEL VERIFICATION

abstract 1131509098 issue 113 pp. 1397 – 1410 30.11.2015 ru 500
In this article, in accordance with the methodology of the Automated system-cognitive analysis (ASCanalysis), we examine the implementation of the 3rd ASC-analysis: synthesis and verification of forecasting models of development of diversified agro-industrial corporations. In this step, we have synthesis and verification of 3 statistical and 7 system-cognitive models: ABS – matrix of the absolute frequencies, PRC1 and PRC2 – matrix of the conditional and unconditional distributions, INF1 and INF2 private criterion: the amount of knowledge based on A. Kharkevich, INF3 – private criterion: the Chi-square test: difference between the actual and the theoretically expected absolute frequencies INF4 and INF5 – private criterion: ROI - Return On Investment, INF6 and INF7 – private criterion: the difference between conditional and unconditional probability (coefficient of relationship). The reliability of the created models was assessed in accordance with the proposed metric is similar to the known F-test, but does not involve the performance of normal distribution, linearity of the object modeling, the independence and additivity acting factors. The accuracy of the obtained models was high enough to resolve the subsequent problems of identification, forecasting and decision making, as well as studies of the modeled object by studying its model, scheduled for consideration in future articles

MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF MUTUALLY BENEFICIAL RELATIONS BEETWEEN RAW MATERIAL PRODUCERS AND PROCESSORS BASED ON NONLINEAR DEMAND FUNCTION

abstract 1101506110 issue 110 pp. 1692 – 1707 30.06.2015 ru 514
Agricultural producers interested in marketing of raw materials, whereas processing companies are interested in the establishment of raw material zones, providing capacity utilization; therefore, the establishment of sustainable linkages between producers and processors of raw materials is an objective necessity. In the article, with the help of mathematical methods we examine the conditions of mutually beneficial economic relations between agricultural producers and processing enterprises. Mathematical model for estimating the profits of the company is built of the following conditions: producers sell processing plants raw materials, determined by the coefficient of the interest in the partnership at an agreed purchase price, and the remaining raw materials are processed, so they can sell their products independently. Profit of the processing plant is determined by the mathematical model. To describe the nonlinear market-based sales of goods from its retail price we used a hyperbolic demand function

CLIENT INTERACTION TECHNIQUES WHEN USING AUGMENTED REALITY TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS IN SALES

abstract 1131509027 issue 113 pp. 329 – 339 30.11.2015 ru 524
Augmented reality offers unique ways to display visual information, in particular the visualization of threedimensional objects. With AR object can be visualized directly in the context of its operation. As an example can be a piece of furniture rendered in the interior, plants in the garden, the architectural object in the landscape. Modern consumer devices such as smartphones and tablet computers, as well as the algorithmic base lead to the possibility of augmented reality mass usage. The concept of augmented reality offers a better user interface for visualization through a combination of methods of controls and visualization. The camera angle can be controlled by user’s head or device movements, which is intuitive and efficient. Method of visualization of three-dimensional object by combining its image with the surrounding environment allows better perceiving the object, its dimensions, and material properties. In contrast to the traditional visualization approaches, AR does not require modeling of the environment. Objects visualization by means of AR can be applied to customer decision support while buying products. The user is provided with the ability to visualize an object in interior or outdoors, where he plans to place it, and interactively examine the object from any angle. This article attempts to systemize possible options for interaction with potential buyers through applications with augmented reality technology

DIAGNOSIS OF EFFECTIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF DEPARTMENTS AND FACULTIES)

abstract 1131509096 issue 113 pp. 1355 – 1379 30.11.2015 ru 592
The purpose of this research is the development of models and methods of multiparameter diagnostic effectiveness of educational environments. We know, that a criterion-diagnostic system for monitoring the effectiveness of higher education institutions - educational Macromedia is being designed, which is not the monitoring of the effectiveness of educational microenvironments and meso-environment - departments and faculties. The issue of the research - to increase the productivity (efficiency) of functioning of educational environments. The problem of research is the question of how to diagnose the effectiveness of educational environments objectively and comprehensively. The urgency of this problem is due to: the need to ensure the effective functioning of educational institutions, their sustainable innovative development; increasing demand for general and vocational education, as well as its transition to a multi-level system. Methodological basis of the research: a competence-based approach (considered an important target value of the educational process formation of the competences and personal and professional qualities of students, integrating knowledge, skills and readiness for their effective use in solving of life, professional and educational problems), metasystem approach (considering the educational environment as a metasystem, including relatively independent subsystems - educational environment of lower level of the hierarchy), qualimetric approach (considering the effectiveness of the educational environment as an integrative figure, which is diagnosed on the basis of estimating a set of criteria), synergetic approach (considering the educational environment as a self-organizing system, and the efficiency of its functioning - as an indicator of the success of the use of resources for further development). Synergetic approach is relatively new in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational process and the educational environment as a whole

abstract 1121508139 issue 112 pp. 1912 – 1939 30.10.2015 ru 595
The purpose of research – the development of models and methods of multiparametrical diagnostic the research activities of scientific and pedagogical collectives of educational institutions. The problematics of research is improving the quality and productivity (the efficiency) of research activities in educational institutions. The problem of research is the question of how to objectively and comprehensively (in a complex) diagnose the research activities of scientific and pedagogical collectives? The urgency of solving specified problem is caused by the need to ensuring a close relationship between research, methodological and educational activities in educational institutions. We have also to consider the increasing role of clusters in the Russian economy, cooperation and integration levels (steps) a system of continuous education, etc. The authors identified the parameters reflecting significance of research activities of the scientific and the pedagogical collectives for the scientific and educational community (social megaenvironmental). When allocating indicators the authors took into account that science - the social and cultural phenomenon and the social institution, and the most important aspect of the significance of the research activity - in the innovative development of various spheres of human activity. The applied methods of research: mathematical modeling; methods of the theory of graphs, sets and relations; methods of "artificial intelligence" and the multi-parameter analysis of systems; methods of quality control (theory of latent variables). Methodological bases of research: systemic, cultural, competence, metasystem, sociological, qualimetric and synergetic approaches
