This article is devoted to consideration of questions of
agro-industrial integration. Agro-industrial complex is
a difficult dynamic system, including different
branches of a national economy. In this work, the
scheme of agro-enterprise functioning is submitted.
The scheme was constructed with use of so-called
“black box” model. The agro-enterprise significantly
differs from the enterprises of other branches by a
number of signs of. It is connected with the fact that
agricultural production is characterized by high degree
of uncertainty. Tasks of the uncertainty analysis, and,
as a result, different risks of the agroenterprises are
actual. Development of the effective mechanism of
risk management is also an important task. In this
article, the features of risk classification in agroindustrial
complex, including the specific risks, are
considered. The agroenterprises actively use
integration mechanisms for decrease of possible
consequences of a risk event. There are vertical and
horizontal integration. Structures of the integrated
agro-industrial production systems, which construct
taking into account vertical and horizontal
communications, are considered in this article. The
most effective is vertically matrix integration in which
the diversification mechanism of business is
considered. The feasibility of the risk assessment with
due regard for integration communications is proved
Grain is of strategic importance and is the basis for
food security. The gross national product share of
grain and its products is about 10-15%. It always
stands out from other types of raw materials, as it is
used to produce the most popular daily foods. According
to the characteristics of management in agriculture,
it should be emphasized that the absence of objective
and timely information at all stages of production of
the plant-breeding, and as a result, non-optimal choice
of technology of cultivation of agricultural crops,
might result in the fact that the cost of labor and material
resources increases significantly, the company
does not receive profits, and sometimes suffers losses.
When selecting cultivation technology for agricultural
crops, an agronomist has a database of more than a
hundred times-personal of alternative technologies for
each crop. It is up to the decision-maker (DMP) to find
specific criteria to select the most suitable (for the
owners and the climatic zone) technology of cultivating
for the culture. These circumstances explain the
relevance of in-depth research of economic and mathematical
models and methods of analysis and evaluation
of the economic efficiency of technologies of cultivation
agricultural crops. The article deals with the
process of adaptation and the possibility of using the
model and the method of binary matrices to solve the
problem of the choice for cropping technology
This article is written in connection with the anniver-sary of 100-th issue of the Scientific journal of Kuban state agrarian University. This event suggests the pos-sibility of studying the dynamics topics of research for publication in the Scientific journal of Kuban state agrarian University. This issue is described in the arti-cle. The instrument for this study was applied auto-mated system-cognitive analysis (ASC-analysis) and software tools - Universal cognitive analytical system "Eidos-X++"
The article describes a software complex which allows carrying out computer experiments in the study of economic efficiency of integrated production structures in agriculture and their stream of interaction. The article provides software used in complex mathematical ratios and their machine algorithms implementation. The authors have given a detailed description of the user interface with graphic examples. The application is written in programming language C#. This language was chosen for several reasons. The first reason is of course that C# is cross-platform that gives you the opportunity to use this app on any platform, and plays an important role in research activities. The final decision was influenced by the fact that in C# is implemented for working with charts, using standard library chart that provides a significant advantage compared to other programming languages during the development of the software complex
Tracking is a vast field of research associated with
navigation, robotics, and virtual environments (virtual
reality). Tracking for augmented reality requires higher
level of precision, increased range of action, as well as
work with a wider variety of input data. It is important
that augmented reality technology requires tracking in
real time, which also complicates the task. Correct
visualization of objects in three-dimensional space
requires six degrees of freedom tracking: three position
values (x, y, z) and three angles (rotation around the
respective axes) to determine the orientation. To solve
this problem, different approaches and sensor types are
being used. In this article, we present a brief history of
the development of tracking technology and analyze the
current approaches to implement the process of tracking
on mass mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet
computers. We also describe some issues in
implementing optical marker based tracking for
visualization of large scale models
The purpose of the research is development of models
and methods of diagnostics of methodical competence
of a teacher. According to modern views, methodical
thinking is the key competence of teachers. Modern
experts consider the methodical competence of a
teacher as a personal and professional quality, which is
a fundamentally important factor in the success of the
professional activity of teachers, as well as a
subsystem of its professional competence. This is due
to the fact that in today's world, a high level of
knowledge of teachers of academic subjects and their
possessing of learnt basics of teaching methods can not
fully describe the level of professional competence of
the teacher. The authors have characterized the
functional components of methodical competence of
the teacher, its relationship with other personalprofessional
qualities (first - to the psychological and
educational, research and informational competence),
as well as its levels of formation. Forming a model of
methodical competence of the teacher, the authors
proceeded from the fact that a contemporary teacher
high demands: it must be ready to conduct independent
research, design-learning technologies, forecasting
results of training and education of students. As a
leading component of the methodical competence of
the teacher is his personal experience in
methodological activities and requirements of
methodical competence determined goals and
objectives of methodical activity, the process of the
present study, the formation of patterns of methodical
competence of the teacher preceded the refinement of
existing models methodical activity of scientific and
pedagogical staff of higher education institutions and
secondary vocational education institutions. The
proposed model of methodical competence of the
teacher - the scientific basis of a system of monitoring
of his personal and professional development, and
evaluation criteria and levels of her diagnosis - targets
system of vocational training and re-training of high
school teachers. Innovation policy is a model of
methodical competence of the teacher, and the main
model of the mechanism of its formation - methodical
activity (in close connection with other activities).
Research methods: analysis of scientific and
methodical literature and best practice methodological
activities in educational institutions, modeling,
methods of the theory of sets and relations, methods of
quality control, methods of multivariate analysis
systems. Methodological bases of research: a
systematic, qualimetric, competence and process
approaches. The work was performed as part of
research projects "Monitoring of the research activities
of educational institutions in the information society"

In the article, the problem of agribusiness industry control is stated, the purposes of control and measure of its success, and also composition of the computerised management system, including control object, controlling system, informational-measuring system and also a subsystem of rendering of corrective actions are considered. What is offered: 1) the control purpose is to consider a raise of quality level of life of the population of region; 2) the capacity of measure of success of control is to consider indexes of quality level of life of the population; 3) numbers and direction of investments can be used as the controlling factor; 4) synthesis and verification of model of agrarian and industrial complex can be performed directly in a cycle of control, based on application of system-cognitive analisys (SC-analisis) and its programmatic tooling - "Eidos" intellectual system; 5) forecasting of evolution of agrarian and industrial complex and production of controlling solutions can be performed on the basis of cognitive model of agrarian and industrial complex with SC-analisis and application of "Eidos" system
In this article, in accordance with the methodology of SC analysis, we consider particular implementation stages of the synthesis of the numerical model and its analysis. We have also presented the results of the determination of the different states of the processing complex function of various factors on these states and their classification, as well as semantic networks and cognitive class diagrams and factors. On the basis of the analysis we made specific findings and recommendations for decision making at the management level of the region. After execution of the stages of cognitive structuring and formalization of the subject area the further stages of automated SC analysis have been accomplished, the first of which is the phase of the input database of precedents. All these steps are performed directly using "Eidos" universal cognitive analytical system
The goal of the study is to research experimentally a
pseudo-noise sequence acquisition method for
multicarrier communication systems of MC-DSCDMA,
that allows low hardware requirements and
able to operate in low quality channels. The way of
achieving this lies in using a specially developed
computer model of algorithm in Simulink. The
achieved results have shown high efficiency of the
considered acquisition method in contrast to sequential
search method. The proposed algorithm can be used in
multicarrier systems for acquisition of aperiodic
pseudo-noise sequences in wireless public networks
and in military communication networks
