The article presents innovative models and methods to diagnose the researcher’s synergic interaction with the scientific community (social mega-environment). It is known that the researcher’s interaction with the social mega-environment has two main directions: scientific collaboration and using the scientific community’s social and cultural potential; the former appears as scientific publications, while the latter appears as scientific citations. It is also known that synergic interaction is the interaction leading to the increase in activity results (according to the “1+1>2” scheme). In the article, the researcher’s synergic interaction is understood as his/her collaboration-based research activity that leads to obtaining the results impossible without this interaction. The theoretical significance of the research results is in the possibility for the further development of the sociology of science, as well as for the further development of the models of the individual’s interaction with the social environment; the practical significance is in the possibility to analyze the factors contributing to the success in the research activity of academic researchers and research teams (i.e. applicable for monitoring the research activity)
The article presents the criteria for the effectiveness of
the scientific and pedagogical workers of higher skill
levels for the preparation of scientific and pedagogical
staff. It is known that the preparation of the teaching
staff (PhDs) - one of the most important activities of
higher education institutions; Moreover, when the state
accreditation of higher education institutions
compulsorily taken into account indicators that reflect
the impact of training candidates. Also, of course, that the training of the teaching staff (PhDs) - activities that
require both high levels of research and pedagogical
competence. This means that the results of scientific and
teaching staff higher qualification levels for the
preparation of the scientific staff - both indicators of
research and pedagogical competence; own training of
researchers - an area of "crossing" of scientific and
pedagogical activity. Unfortunately, the increase in the
number of scientific personnel being prepared does not
always mean quality growth. Often trained scientific
personnel (PhD) not only do not approach the level of
competence of its research (the results of research) to
the supervisor, and stopped to engage in scientific
activities after defending his doctoral dissertation (or
engaged at a low level). Therefore, the article authors
consider it expedient to propose indicators that reflect
not only the amount and timeliness of the research
training (PhD thesis defense sometimes occur many
years after graduate school), but also the productivity of
this activity. From the point of view of the authors, the
success of research training only can be considered
productive when prepared by the scientific supervisor
candidates of sciences are highly qualified scientific
personnel, ie conduct high-level research, the results of
which are recognized by the scientific community; the
same is true of the scientific advice (highly qualified
scientific workers - doctors). The practical significance
of the study results - in the possibility of objective
monitoring of research activity of scientific-pedagogical
personnel of higher qualification. Methodological bases
of research: a systematic, competence, sociological, and
metasystem qualimetric approaches. Methods:
modeling, methods of quality control, methods of set
theory, relations and graphs. Normative base of
research: the Federal Law "On Education" (2012), the
federal state educational standards of higher education
(2014, 2015). The work was performed as part of
research projects "Monitoring of the research activities
of educational institutions in the information society"
(№ 16-03-00382) and "Modern information and
educational environment" (16-36-00048) with the
financial support of the Russian Humanitarian
Foundation from 17.03. 2016.
Model and method of calculation of integral index
of influence of external environment of integrated production system were considered and interaction
of given index with choice of optimal strategy
of business-system development was shown in the article. Results of approbation of worked out model and method were casted.
There were opened out some methods of optimal land management decision making. There was
proposed a system of mathematic models
on coming out of optimal forms of arable land
usage. There was modeled a combinative method
of land usage with regard of objects’ insurance
and so on.
In article approaches to elimination of jams on roads are considered. Necessary conditions of application of these approaches are considered.
The integration of producers of raw materials and its processors into the agro-industrial complex is connected with the social division of labor, its specialization, the need for interaction between specialized branches and types of agro-industrial production. Agrarian enterprises are united in an effort to reduce the risk, the emergence of which depends on the climatic conditions, the spontaneity of the agricultural market, the dictates of processing enterprises, the need to increase the competitiveness of production. In the Russian practice, there were various organizational forms of integration, differing in the nature of economic ties between participants, the degree of independence of the enterprises entering the association, the combination of centralization and decentralization of management. Conventionally they are divided into associative - "soft" and corporate - "hard." The "soft" forms of association include as-association, union, non-profit partnership and strategic alliance. They can effectively function at the interregional level. A rigid type of integration ties is characteristic for combines, concerns, trusts, holdings. Agricultural consumer cooperatives are voluntary associations of legal entities and individuals residing or operating in a certain rural area on the basis of membership and pooling of money units in order to meet the needs of members in credit resources and other banks services. The conditions for the emergence of sustainable integrated associations in the agroindustrial complex require qualitative and quantitative analysis based on mathematical modeling
Agricultural producers interested in marketing of raw materials, whereas processing companies are interested in the establishment of raw material zones, providing capacity utilization; therefore, the establishment of sustainable linkages between producers and processors of raw materials is an objective necessity. In the article, with the help of mathematical methods we examine the conditions of mutually beneficial economic relations between agricultural producers and processing enterprises. Mathematical model for estimating the profits of the company is built of the following conditions: producers sell processing plants raw materials, determined by the coefficient of the interest in the partnership at an agreed purchase price, and the remaining raw materials are processed, so they can sell their products independently. Profit of the processing plant is determined by the mathematical model. To describe the nonlinear market-based sales of goods from its retail price we used a hyperbolic demand function
We discuss adaptation of mathematical model city road network equilibrium parameters. Cases of exploitation on city roads are considered as well.
Conditions in which the work of acoustic magnetic device
proceeds are complicated because of the number of
interconnections. Solving problems under such conditions
analytically is difficult because of many variables
and complexity of some dependencies. The article describes
the conditions in which the work of acoustic
magnetic device, designed for nonchemical treatment of
hydroponic solution, takes place. The criteria, establishing
the initial state of the chains, containing mutual inductance,
are analyzed. The work establishes the criteria
relating the physical parameters of the environment with
the output parameters of the device. The similarity of
conditions of heat transfer on the surface of the device is
provided, and the relation of the scale of temperature
and power lost when heating the ferrite and winding
machine is determined. The criterion of the heat transfer
process is defined. The criterion, determining the relation
of the environment temperature to the thermal
mode of the acoustic magnetic device, is defined. The
criterion of the conditions at the boundaries of the
system and cavitating liquid is determined. It is found,
that the cavitation area appears in the technological volume
of liquid at the work of acoustic magnetic device.
The criterial equation for geometric parameters of different
types and constructions of the acoustic magnetic device is defined. In accordance with the task based on
the third theorem of similarity, the group of criteria that
provides the similarity of the model to the proposed
original by all existing indicators, is selected
The article is devoted to creation of production line model of integrated grain-processing industrial system and the scheme of material-financial streams in the integrated industrial system of wheat grain production and processing is offered.
