IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF "SOCIAL NETWORK OF EDUCATION" SYSTEM

The article considers problems of the exchange of information between teachers, students and departments of educational institutions. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional approaches: email, chat via phone, social networks. The questions of placement of information to large numbers of users were revealed. We also revealed the need to address issues related to the publication of major events, administrative announcements of educational institutions, which are visible to all users, and are assigned to a specific date. We suggested an approach to the publication of the activities of the individual system modules. The article shows a mechanism of mass mailings, providing users the ability to transmit information to two or more recipients and to ensure the exchange of information that is available only to send the recipient, as opposed to the "wall". We found an approach to increase the quality of the educational process, allowing rapid exchange of information between staff, students and departments of educational organization on the example of the system "Social network educational organization." In the approach, it has been proposed to take the ideology of social networking and project it on the specifics and needs of educational institutions, which will allow rapid exchange between staff, students and divisions (departments) educational organization. ON ONE OF THE APPROACHES TO ENHANCING THE MOTIVATION OF STUDENTS TO EDUCATIONAL AND EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES THROUGH THE RATING SYSTEM

The problems of increasing the motivation of students of organizations of secondary vocational education and higher education to educational and training activities is due to the use of score-rating approach to recording achievements. The article examines factors that have a negative impact on training and outside training activities, such as TV entertainment, online games, social networks. We consider the activities that have a positive impact on the educational and training activities outside, such as volunteer work, scientific work, socially useful activity. We analyze the advantages and disadvantages of traditional approaches to increase the motivation of students on the basis of a three-level scholarships. The article reveals problems of placing information on the ranking of students in online news sites on educational organizations and media stands. The problems associated with the "transparent" scheme of formation of students rated by forming a student's portfolio have been considered as well. We have given a scheme of a fixed valuation of activities of pupils in points and a formula for calculating the scholarships for student achievements in education and trainings, as well as in volunteer activities. An example of the appearance of a prototype automated system for recording pupils' achievements has been presented. The article also shows data on the implementation of the prototype in educational institutions

THE ISSUE SEARCH FOR THE BEST METHODS OF SELECTING THE OPTIMAL POLICY REPLACEMENT VEHICLE FLEET

This article analyzes the best practices of choosing the optimal policy for replacement of vehicle fleet. The problem of replacement equipment was revealed. For each of these methods we gave objective function, constraints. We have found the best method of optimal plan of replacing the vehicle fleet in the company, allowing us to obtain accurate, economically viable new equipment purchase plan during a certain period. We have selected a number of important factors that influence the choice of payment method replacement policy and built PivotTable methods and factors. The selected as part of the research methodology will significantly reduce the labor and time, which will lead to an increase in productivity of the enterprise as a whole. The article gives a practical justification for the need to address the problem of choosing the optimal policy of replacing the vehicle fleet

TO THE ONE OF SYSTEMATIC APPROACHES TO THE ABSTRACT OF LECTURES IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS USING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

This article proposes an approach to the creation of abstract, based on the association of machine typesetting and creating pictures, which is especially important in connection with the development of information technology in today's society. The analysis of existing approaches to the creation of lecture notes based on a letter by hand and machine typing. Identified strengths and weaknesses of existing approaches. We have considered in detail an algorithm of adding graphic information into the abstract, using an approach based on typing on a PC or laptop. The article conducts an analysis of existing researches and experimentation in this direction. We have revealed one of the problems associated with the proposed approach, based on the location of seats in the classroom, considered one of the options for its solutions. The necessity of the development of specialized software was found. We have demonstrated lack of suitability of text editors for the implementation of the proposed approach

The substantiation of necessity of development of methodical positions and recommendations on use of packets of applied programs on lessons of mathematics in the senior classes of high school is given. The analysis of existing packages of applied programs for teaching mathematics in high school is carried out. During the research, packages used for solving mathematical problems are considered: MS ESCEL, STATISTICA, MATCAD. Known packages of applied programs are classified according to groups of applications in mathematics lessons. Approaches to the use of application packages in math lessons during the pedagogical experiment have been tested. The pedagogical experiment was conducted on the basis of the State Budget Professional Educational Institution of the Krasnodar Territory "Beloglinsky Agrarian Technical Technical School". TO THE QUESTION OF THE SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN THE SYSTEM OF INDIRECT DOCUMENT FLOW

The article considers questions of workflow in the educational organization. It revealed the need to process everyday documents, which exchange does not have the character of strict accountability, but they are also crucial to the implementation of the work in the educational organization. The exchange of such documents is different from the traditional workflow, primarily, it is the speed of document creation and sharing them. We identified other requirements and limitations to the daily workflow of documents. The study proposed to divide document on direct and indirect. The article formulates basic differences between direct and indirect document. It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional approaches based on file servers and cloud data storage. We list problems of implementation of the account running errands. We have offered the structure of the order in the approach. The study shows an approach to increase the quality of the educational process based on the implementation of the indirect workflow through the use of centralized WEB system for the exchange of files, documents, accounting running errands, organizing indirect document. The proposed approach takes responsibility for storage of files from the technical support department of educational organizations can work with the system with mobile and desktop devices
