Utilization of decommissioned equipment has received
little attention. Recycling systems for technical
equipment in Russia do not exist. The article proposes
a variant of the mechanism of solving the problem of
waste disposal

equipment. Expediency of creation of this sectoral
system in Russia is proved in the article. Ability
of the system creation is considered. Recommendations
