WORK AND MOTIVATION IN AGRARIAN SECTOR

abstract 1261702036 issue 126 pp. 504 – 518 28.02.2017 ru 500
Based on a comparative analysis of the level of productivity in the agrarian sector of Russia and the leading countries in the world economy, the main trends and factors affecting the growth of this indicator were revealed. One the main reasons for low productivity is the technical and technological backwardness. In this regard, productivity gains can be achieved by improving the employment and organizational-technological innovation. We have comprehensively illuminated the problem of labor motivation. Based on our own researches and data from agrarian scientists the ways of its strengthening were traced. Also, there was highlighted highly motivated work in the family farms, which is not just a form of entrepreneurial employment based on private ownership of the means of production and the use of familial form of labor, but also the lifestyle of the rural man. We must not forget that the main motivation to work lies not only in its pay, but also in the education of people and traditions. It highlights the role of social support of rural youth and the need for radical improvement of social infrastructure. For the selfassertion of the individual, which is especially important for young men, the person should see a sense of ownership, initiative, independence, participation in decision-making and the distribution of income. These qualities are fully manifested in the family livestock farms and other forms of small business. Work on yourself is the most reliable social protection

THE ARGUMENTS OF INVESTMENT APPEAL OF THE AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX OF THE KRASNODAR REGION AND DIRECTIONS OF ITS TRANSFORMATION

abstract 1301706077 issue 130 pp. 1043 – 1057 30.06.2017 ru 800
The agro-industrial complex - one of the most important sectors of economy of the Krasnodar region is considered. In the modern world, the ongoing investment processes define the level of competitive development of all spheres of agrarian and industrial complex. The development and prosperity of the agro-industrial complex of Krasnodar largely depends on its appeal from the point of view of potential investors. The Krasnodar region with its powerful agro-industrial complex within territories of Russia has acquired particular importance and has high investment appeal. We have found reflections in the results of this research of engaging of investment resources in development of agrarian and industrial complex of the Krasnodar region at the present stage. It is revealed that during an agrarian reform, the investment process in agrarian and industrial complex has dramatically changed. New channels of attraction of financial resources were created; also ways of use and distribution of resources have changed. Effective work of agro-industrial sector of the economy of the Krasnodar region is possible only with active state support on federal and on regional levels

ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC ASPECTS OF INDUSTRIAL LIVESTOCK

abstract 1251701030 issue 125 pp. 443 – 463 31.01.2017 ru 346
One of the main criteria of efficiency technologies in livestock production is the level of the negative impact on the environment per unit of time, or volume of production. Intensification and specialization can significantly improve efficiency, but at the same time can increases the impact on agro-ecosystem. An important condition for the preservation of ecosystems is to find ways of using animal waste as a raw resource. The ecological balance can ensure the production of meat and dairy products for industrial technology in family farms of 50-200 cows and up to 10 thousand pigs. Economically advantageous to carry out the raw manure to a distance of no more than 10-15 km, which is achieved with a small population, when fully formed wastes are used to improve soil fertility. For large mega-complexes advisable to equip their facilities for the production of biogas and the use of covered manure storage. In its turn, to prevent infection of livestock production, bentonite clay should be used as sorbents. This technology content of the stomach-governmental and poultry should be humane with respect to them, environmentally safe for the ecosystem, cost-effective and competitiveness for producers, safe for consumer

COMPARATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF DELICACIES FROM MEAT OF IMPORTED PIGS

abstract 1311707003 issue 131 pp. 19 – 28 29.09.2017 ru 568
In recent years, many pigs of specialized breeds, characterized by increased meat qualities, have been brought to Russia from Canada and a number of European countries. The article presents the results of the assessment of slaughter and meat qualities of pigs of different genotypes. Danish pig meat was used as research objects: purebred landrace (CHL), benthic hybrid Landrasx yorkshire (LxY), three-breed hybrid landrace hyorkshire x dyurok (LxXxD), removed from control fattening, and developed prototypes of delicacy products. The commission evaluation of meat and broth showed that the boiled meat from the three breed animals received the highest score, and the quality of the broth significantly exceeded the samples of purebred landrace and two-breed animals. As a result of the tasting evaluation of the Voronezh ham, it was established that the samples of meat from threebreeded pigs, in comparison with the samples from purebred meat, show the most pronounced flavor, aroma and soft consistency

BEEKEEPING AS A NECESSARY FACTOR OF APC DEVELOPMENT

abstract 1572003005 issue 157 pp. 52 – 64 31.03.2020 ru 211
The creation of stable agrocenoses requires ensuring a high pollination rate by maintaining a certain number of bee colonies per unit area. In Russia, over the past four years, the number of bee families has decreased to 3.1 million. For the full pollination of the entomophilous crops available in the Russian Federation, more than 7 million bee families are needed. The shortage of bees in Russia led to a massive import of bee packages from Uzbekistan, which significantly reduced the employment and profitability of residents in Russian agriculture. To ensure socio-economic well-being in rural areas, it is necessary to establish the formation of their own bee packages in the early spring. To do this, it is advisable to use instrumental insemination of bees, which allows to increase the productivity of the bee colonies by 25-40% and receive early bee packages with fetal uterus. It is necessary to carry out technical re-equipment of the industry, having established the production of mobile bee pavilions, beehive loaders, and honey pumping complexes. The development of beekeeping due to the manifestation of the multiplier effect will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the entire agricultural sector of the country
