A language for professional communication is formed and exists due to the human need for language design of special information that he develops in the course of targeted special activities. The pace and direction of modern society and technology development contribute to the continuous formation of new concepts and terms that requires study and systematization. The formation of new terms takes place due to the augmentation of the new additional content of the known concepts, which acquire their structure and boundaries. The increment of meanings is due to the metaphorical functioning of vocabulary in the language, which is a cognitive mechanism re-categorization of an object. The article is made in line with current studies of cognitive aspects of language activity in the professional field and is devoted to the analysis of anticoncept as a reflection of the development of the concept. Anticoncept is the result of internal cognitive conflict of cognition objects. Shaping itself, it pushes off and at the same time can “finish” concept. This peculiarity is demonstrated in the dichotomy brown economy – green economy, where the concept is less developed than anticoncept and shows asymmetry. Despite the fact that anticoncept is an anomaly relative to concept, it is more detailed and, perhaps, precisely because of its unusualness. The article is fulfilled in the frames of modern linguistic studies where the cognitive aspects of language activities are actively studied, concept researches are conducted and is devoted to the study of color words in the design of color picture of the world of different language cultures and their role and function in formation of special language terminology. The authors analyze compound terms and their definitions of a new emerging trend of the economy – green economy, borrowed from the materials of UN organizations and Institute of Green Economy and reveal that the color word green participates in terminology formation due to metaphoric use, as an indirect nomination that gives way to sense increment. Color words bear assessment charge that is realized in terms formation through complex attributive combinations. The ambivalence of the semantics of color is demonstrated through opposite meanings and this allows conclusion that color words are connected with emotional and volitional state of a person, society and that they are perceived in a figurative, non-color, but psychological, emotional meaning and due to this ability they are able to form mental formation in professional field

The article discusses the specific character of the representation of the notion “Security Architecture” presenting the concept “Construction” in Russian, German and English linguistic fields. The peculiarities of the cultural and historical development, fundamental divergences of the political systems, levels of economic and social progress, different world -view and world interpretation of Russia, Germany, Great Britain and the USA resulted in causes of the polar appreciation of the notion “Security Architecture” from the point of view of national and international interests. The increasing tendencies of the global changes in the world politics and political line of these countries are reflected in lexical language figures and in social journalism realized in the political discourse. The undertaken trends of the lexical-semantic and comparative analysis of present lexical units and certain texts of Russian, German and Anglo-American printed mass media and research papers have revealed the different comprehension of the notion “Security Architecture” in the national linguistic cultures. It made possible to draw a conclusion on polar connotation of the notion in Russian, German and English conditioned by the specified tendencies in political, ideological and economic fields. To the opinion of the author the notion “Security Architecture” presented by the concept “Construction” because of its actualization may claim to be universal and therefore be related to the constants of culture. In this regard, the analysis of the notion “Security Architecture” as a part of the present concept is of a substantial interest. Due to results of the present research, the author resumes the peculiarities of explication of cognitive signs and the reasons influencing the transformation of the notion in Russian, German and English linguistic cultures

The article considers the problems of indirect communication in conflict situations. The diversity of means of communicative strategies realization in terms of their diversity, and in terms of their explicitness/implicitness is noted. The role of corresponding meanings markers discernment has been emphasized in indirect communication as part of communication in general. It is important in the communication process for understanding indirect communication to study non-verbal means as a hidden source of informative material, independent of the semantics of speech, and that means having increased reliability. Non-verbal means play a special role in decoding indirect communication in the field of diplomatic relations. Markers implementing covert communication are such deviations from the original behavioral, emotional, bodily and behavioral norms of human like agitation, change of clothing style, facial expressions, manner of smoking, and contradictions between verbal and non-verbal actions. The ability to decode visual and non-verbal information, as well as features of paralinguistic aspect of communication is the key to its effectiveness. At the same time, paralinguistic funds may implement indirect communication in violation of generally accepted social norms or originality of a person's behavior. The norm of originality can become a conduit for indirect communication, carrying the potential for conflict, not only at its violation or deviation from it, but when you apply the intensity, excessiveness; when realized its ambivalent character

The article discusses the specific character of the representation of the concept “Wall” in the Russian and German linguistic fields. The peculiarities of the historical development, the different world views and world interpretation, the fundamental divergence of the life philosophy of the Russians and Germans are causes of the distinct fragments fixation of the linguistic view of the world which have been realized by the concept “Wall”. The global changes in social and political life of the society generally may have an effect on the lexico-phraseological language fund, works of literature and also social and political essays. The undertaken analysis of the mentioned phraseological units and certain texts has revealed the national specifics of the of the concept “Wall” realization in the national linguistic cultures. It made possible to draw a conclusion from polar connotation of the concept under consideration in Russian and German. In the opinion of the author the concept “Wall” has been fixed in the Russian mind as a symbol of the national unity and patriotism, confidence in the future, safe defense. In German mind the concept «Wall» arouses the negative associations which have been caused by the concrete events in the German history. In this context the analysis of the peculiarities of the concept “Wall” linguistic realization is of substantial interest. As a result of the undertaken research, the author concludes the main reasons of the semantic coincidences and also about their lacks in the Russian and German linguistic cultures
