PECULIARITIES OF AGROBIOLOGICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF TECHNICAL WHITE MUSCAT GRAPES OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

The results of comparative analysis of three white muscat grades of grapes Viorika, the Muscat de Yaloven and the Muscat onitskan according to the biological indicators of fructification, productivity, quality of berries, mechanical structure of bunches, suitability for manufacture of direct extraction juice and dry wines are depicted in the article. All studied grades differ by high percent of fruiting runaways and high factors of fruiting and fructification. The highest factors of fruiting and fructification of runaways are reflected at grade Viorika, and the lowest - at a grade the Muscat de Yaloven. Biological indicators of fructification of runaways according to the length of a fruit spear are high and rather levelled at all grades. That is why, depending on bushes forming, it is possible to apply short and average (6-7 buds) length of vine cutting. Biological indicators of fructification of runaways from angular buds and sleeping buds are high enough, that shows to good regenerative ability of studied grades. Grades Viorika and the Muscat de Yaloven are tall, and the Muscat onitskan is average height. Degree of ripening of runaways at grades Viorika and the Muscat onitskan is good, at a grade the Muscat de Yaloven - satisfactory. Productivity of grades Viorika, Muscat de Yaloven and the Muscat onitskan is 77,94; 81,52 and 72,72 centner/hectares, and efficiency of runaway - 199,5; 193 and 221,9 with a significant difference between grades on both indicators. The exit of a mash at grades was 77,5-79,4 %. According to the contents of solids, sugars and acids, grapes of all grades correspond to requirements for manufacture of high-quality direct extraction juice. From grapes of these grades, it is possible to produce high-quality direct extraction juice under the name of ampelographic and blended grades. Sampling estimation of dry wines from grapes of these grades fluctuates from 7,6 to 7,8 points: 7,8 (Viorika), 7,7 (the Muscat onitskan), 7,6 (the Muscat de Yaloven)

PECULIARITIES OF FORMING AGROBIOLOGICAL INDEXES OF REAL FRUITFULNESS ON GRAPE BUSHES SAPERAVI VARIETY UNDER INFLUENSE OF TREATMENT BY “VIMPEL” PREPARATION AND NEW GENERATION FERTILIZER

This article deals with the results of the research work concerning the influence of foliar application of grape of Saperavi variety by soluble fertilizers of new generation-Nutrivant plus and Kelik potassiumsilicon. The influence of these fertilizers on yield and actual fruitfulness have also been investigated. The experiments have been carried out both in pureform and in a tankmixture with growth regulator “VIMPEL”. The treatment by these fertilizers has been done three times in the following period; after flowering, in fruit growth phase,(pea-size berry) and in the phase of fruit maturing The foliar treatment in a pure form as well as in a tank mixture led to increase of bunch weight, harvest per bush and the yield capacity of plantation. The influence of fertilizers depended not only on variants of experiment but also on weather conditions of the previous and current year as well as on the previous yield. The negative correlation between the indexes of yield structure of the previous year and the actual fruitfulness of the current year has been revealed. However, the character of these correlative connections depends on many factors and greatly differs according to the year. As a result of these investigations, it was stated that foliar application of Saperavi grape variety by fertilizers of a new generation Nutrivant plus and Kelik potassiumsilicon in a tank mixture with growth regulator “Vimpel” in periods after flowering, berry growth(pea-size berry) and at the beginning of berry maturing did not promote a stable and significant increase of the main indexes of an actual fruitfulness. The real increase observed in all experimental variants was achieved mainly due to the increase of the average weight of the bunch

PIST – IS THE NEWEST BLACK BERRY WINE GRAPE VARIETY WITH COLORED FLESH AND JUICE, FOR THE PRODUCTION GLOBAL BENEFIT RED WINES

Newest technical black berry variety named Piste (“Faith” in Greek) with colored flesh and juice breeded at Athens Institute of Viticulture (Greece) by researchers Zamanidi P., L. Troshin and P. Radchevskii in 2007 by crossing the Greek varieties Afoos (Mavrodafni x Alicante Boucher) with Ukrainian variety Odessa black (Alicante Bouchet x Cabernet Sauvignon). Duration of production period is 146-155 days. Growth of shoots is strong (2,1-3,0 m). The percentage of productive shoots is more than 90. The yield is very high: 25-30 t / ha. The average weight of clusters is 250 g. It can be characterized by high winter hardiness, drought resistance and increased resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with varieties of Vitis vinifera. Flower is hermaphrodite. Cluster is medium, conical, sometimes with wings, medium density. Berry is small, round, blue-black color with a thick waxy coating. The skin is medium thickness, dense and durable. Pulp and juice are intensely colored. Very high sugar content. Variety is intended for the production of intensely colored dry red wines of excellent class, as well as high-quality sparkling wines, dessert, sweet and liqueur wines; suitable for the manufacture of high-quality strong colored juices. When used in blends with other varieties enhances color, full flavor and enhances the bouquet of the wine

QUALITY OF GRAPES AND WINE OF SAPERAVI DUE TO APPLICATION OF LIGNOHUMATES OF THE GRADE "В"

There was given the review of the results of the study in the conditions of the Anapa-Taman zone of the Krasnodar region of the influence of the treatment of vines of Saperavi of lignohumates of the grade "В" (“LG-B Bio”, “LG-B Best Bio”, “LG- Best L”) on the quality of must and wine materials. The technology of the grape cultivation on the experimental plot corresponded to the adopted technology which is used in the JSC "Pobeda" of Temryuk District and was widely accepted for the keeping of fruit-bearing plantations of the zone of uncovered viticulture. Agrobiological works were carried out at the optimum terms and were of high quality. Vines of the third- year of life, embodied by the scheme in 3,0 x 1,5 m. The forming is a one-sided Guyot with a height of the trunk in 60 cm. On bushes there was formed the same load shoots and clusters. There were carried out the treatments of grape leaf surfaces by the solutions of lignohumates twice: the 1st – before the flowering and the 2 nd in the beginning of the formation of berries (in 20 days after the first one). The spraying was carried out in the early morning hours. The accounting of the grape harvest and the sampling for the determination of the quality of must and wine materials (10 kg per each type) was conducted in September 20, 2012. The technological and physical-chemical analyses were carried out in the shop of mini winemaking and in the accredited testing laboratory of the grape processing of the scientific center of the winemaking SCSRIHGG of the RAAS. The preparations "LG-B Bio", "LG-B Super Bio" and "LG-B Best A" as grape growth regulators have the equal and stable effect

REGENERATION PROPERTIES OF CUTTINGS OF STOCK OF PHYLLOXERARESISTANT GRAPE VARIETIES UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF TREATMENT BY THE ROOTFORMING STIMULATOR RADIX PLUS

Researches were carried out on three-eyed cuttings of stock of phylloxera-resistant grape varieties Berlandieri×RipariaCober 5BB (Cober 5BB), Riparia× Rupestris101-14 (101-14), Berlandieri × RipariaСО-4 (СО-4), Gravesak and RSB. Cuttings of presented varieties were wetted during 24 hours in water and after preliminary drying of the surface were covered in the upper part with antitranspirant, under the temperature about 90°С. Then 40 cuttings of every variety were placed with lower ends for 24 hours in 0,01% heteroauxin solution or for 8 hours in 1% Radix Plus solution. Cuttings of the control variant were placed in water. After treatment cuttings, were couching in a film greenhouse on a heated rack in humid steamed sawdust. In the result of the present researches there was determined that the wetting of basal ends of cuttings of stock phylloxera-resistant varieties in 1% Radix Plus water solution plus during 8 hours leads to the essential activity of regeneration processes in them. The expansion of the length of shoots on rooted cuttings of the experimental variant amounted for 19,2–154,5 %, the rooting of cuttings - 23,3–76,7 %, the output of cuttings having at least three roots – 33,0–78,1 %, the number of calcaneal roots– 80,8–257,1 %. The maximum increase of the length of shoots under the influence of Radix Plus was observed at varieties of Gravesak and СО-4, the rooting – Cober 5BB and CO-4, the amount of cuttings at least three roots and average amount of roots on them –101-14 and Cober 5BB. The Radix Plus caused the great stimulating influence the rootforming ability of cuttings of stock varieties than heteroauxin, the standard stimulator of root-forming
