In the article the characteristics of 64 perspective grades of grapes which are valuable for production use in southern regions of Russia are resulted. Color images in the form of photos of these grades of grapes are presented in earlier published section 8 of the given collective monograph

In this article 40-years changes of variety structure of grape plantings of south Russian Federation by following subjects: the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, Karachaevo-Circassian Republic, Krasnodar territory, Republic Adygea, Republic Dagestan, Republic Ingushetia, Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania, the Rostov area, Stavropol Territory and the Chechen Republic are analyzed. About 98% of vineyards of the Russian Federation is located there as well as 138 table, technical and universal varieties. Only current year of 2009 added 10 table and 9 technical varieties, which are the last achievements of modern selection

In the article color photos of perspective grades of grapes of the North Caucasus, having valuable characteristics for their use for production workers of the south of Russia and selectors as initial forms are presented. These grades are certified as perspective on the basis of long-term studying by originators and statements of Gov. sort committee of the Russian Federation after insertion into the State sorts book

In this article color photos of 66 mass-production grades which have been removed from division into districts and/or excluded from the State registry of grapes of the Russian Federation as conceded to more competitive on adaptability and profitability, and also of phenotypes removed from the State test are presented. The number of mass-production grades has reached 460 for today. Although the term of "mass-production" grades is not very good, but in wine growing it has appeared to be comprehensible enough and clear to experts for a long time

The state register of selection achievements admitted to use in manufacture is a long-term collective work of the big number of researchers and the production workers, only partially reflected in the separate printing editions resulted in the list of the literature. For today, there are 170 scion grapes grades in the register, including 76 table, 73 technical and 21 universal directions of use, and also 17 stocks. From number of scion varieties there are 109 domestic and 61 foreign, 35 native and 135 selection grades. The state registry is the basic innovation document of wine-growers used as a manual at creation of ampelocenoseums and manufacture of the most valuable production
