The Makedonas is a new wine higher quality black grape’s variety, was found out by Panteley Zamanidi and Leonid Troshin in 2001 in Greece and created by hybridization between Ksinomavro and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. It’s belong to the group of Black see pool varieties on morphologic-physiological characteristics (convar. pontica subconvar. balcanica Negr.). The variety is used for making dry red wines of excellent quality. It is very perspective variety in Southern zones of Europe where the grape couldn’t get good acidity in the juice of berries
Greek variety Limniona concerns to the variety group of the Black Sea basin convar. pontica Negr. subconar balcanica Negr. It has a limited spreading, uses as
an industrial variety. Duration of productive period is 156-165 days. Growth of shoots is strong. Degree of cane maturity is 81-95 %. Percentage of fruit-bearing shoots is more than 90. Productivity is 25-30 t/ha. It is highly drought resistant. Flower is bisexual. Cluster is large, cylindrical, of an average compactness with mass of 350g. Berry is middle-sized, round, dark - blue-black.
Flesh is juicy, with nice variety after –taste. Variety is used for preparing of high quality red wines of different categories.
The global warming of the planet caused big changes of biological and social-economic character on the continents. It leads to necessity to invent new varieties of grapes, which are having higher adaptation to changes of environment, including practical steadiness for higher summer temperature and drought. The genetic improvement of Greece varieties was made by the methods of combine selection. The variety Likovrisi was made in Athens University of grape by P.Zamanidi and L.Troshin in 2001 by crossing of varieties Savvatiano and Ugni white. It has higher yielding. The productive period is middle-late. The bunch is big, wings, friable. The berry is middle, round, green-yellow. The pulp is juicy, taste is harmonious. The sugar is higher. It has higher warm-drought steadiness and higher stability to mushrooms diseases in compare with it’s parents. The variety is used for making dry white wines of different categories and spirits for cognac, brandy and grape vodka

The variety Krimbas is a hybrid,
was gotten by Panteley Zamanidi in Greece and Troshin Leonid in 2001 year by crossing of the varieties Aigeorgitiko and Muscat aleksandriisky.
It is got into the group of black sea grape varieties (convar. pontica subconvar. balcanica Negr.). The production period is 146-155 days. The growth of shoots is higher.
The average mass of cluster is 300 g.
It has higher resistance to frost, drought and fungal diseases compare with Muscat Vitis vinifera L. varieties.
The leave is middle, black-green, five lobes, deep dissected, the bubbles on the upper side of leaves surface is low. The upper and bottom cuttings are closed with gleams. The form of cut of leave with low elliptic gleam, the length of petiole is middle.
The flower is hemofradit. The ovary is low conical. The pollen is fertile.
The cluster is middle or round, conical, middle density. The berry is middle side, oval, black-blue color. The skin is thick. The pulp is juicy, with Muscat after taste, the juicy is not colored.
The sugariness of juice is very higher: the berries after overripe faded, then overraisines till 30% from the berry.
The quantity of seeds in berry one, rare two. The seed of middle length, brown color, piriform, with shot beak. There are sometimes berries with not advanced seeds.
The variety used for preparing dry pink and red wines of perfect grade, so and dries higher quality desert and liker wines; it is used for preparing juice, compotes and jam. The risen got of good quality with soft Muscat after taste.
Kormilitsa Lisa grape was created in Greece by P. Zamanidi and L.Troshin in 2003 with crossing the varieties of the Pervenets Maharach with varieties of Muscat white. The duration of the production period is 146-155 days. The yield is high. The average mass of clusters of 250 g. It has winter hardiness, drought-resistance and high resistance to fungal diseases in comparison with varieties of Vitis vinifera; it is also tolerant to phylloxeras. The flower is ambisexual. The bunch is average, cylinder-conic, medium density. The berry is average, oval, green-yellow colour, with a thick wax coating. The skin is thin, thick, and strong. The pulp and juice with a strong Muscat flavor. Sugar content is high with acidity constant. When overripen, it dries long and is stored on the bushes. The variety is meant for manufacture of dry white wine of superior class and high-quality dessert and sweet wines; It is also suitable for the development of high-quality juices and compotes
In this article we present information on features of
microcloning in culture of in vitro of perspective for
Eurasia, pink and white-berry table genetic grades of
grapes by I. A. Kostrikin, V. N. Kraynov and V. V.
Zagorulko. Researches were conducted at an input
stage in culture of in vitro of meristems of 0,1-0,2 mm
in size. At the majority of grades and forms, we noted
good regeneration abilities in the conditions of sterile
culture. It is bound to the fact that almost all the
studied grades: Anyuta, Bogatyanovsky, the Princess
Olga, Preobrazhenie, Anniversary of Novocherkassk,
Favor are received from crossing of couple the Mascot
× Sultana-ray grape. And only grades called Libya and
Lowland which showed lower regeneration properties
at stages of proliferation and rooting of shoots are
received from crossing the couple of Flamingo ×
Arkadya and (Talisman x Tomaysky) respectively. At
the same time, the grade of Talisman, being one of the
parents of the majority of the studied grades, showed
stable results at all stages of cultivation
Clonal micro-multiplication – is this the basic method
of obtaining the qualitative virus-free planting
material. The high quality specificity of the explants
reaction of the grapes varieties to the composition of
nutrient medium requires the individual selection of
the medium components for the most successful multiplication
in vitro. In the article we present the results
of studies on the cultivation of the grapes apexes
in vitro the modified medium with the reduced
content of macrocells. As a result of conducted investigations
we have established that for the grapes varieties
of Academic Trubilin, Artemis, Gurman
Kraynova, Maria Kallas, Nizina, Petit Verdo and
Traminer Black the most effective introduction into
the in vitro culture (acclimatization of apexes 80-
100%) occurs on modified nutrient medium to
Murasige and Skoog (1962), by being differed in
terms of the content macro-elements (mG/l):
NH4NO3 – 1237; KNO3 – 1425; MgSO4 ·
7N2O – 277,5; KN2PO4 · H2O – 277,5, of the
vitamin Of v1 – 10,0 mG/l, nicotinic acid – 4 mG/l.
Remaining varieties of Kishmish luchistiy, Preobrajenie,
Roshfor K and Yubiley Novocherkasska in the
same medium were developed slowly and in a different
way
Results of the fifth International Conference
(KubSAU,2007) on problems of vintage,
characteristics and storage of perishing wild
and native grape of the North Caucasus and
the Black Sea area regions are dealt with
in the review article. Results of the work of Eurasian countries scientists for the last two years fulfilling
the project of International institute of genetic plant resources Biodiversity International have been cited.
In particular, assessment of wild grape in the places of its initial origin was carried out, world gene pool was enriched on three hundred patterns, methods of molecular marking of grape genotypes and ampelographic screening of two subspecies Vitis Vinifera L. were improved, international data bank was created and variant of regional ampelography was written.
In the presented article we deal with the recently enhanced group of researchers under the name of COST ACTION FA 1003 – cooperation in science and technology http://www.diprove.unimi.it/GRAPENET/index.php), previously developed and published by three organizations - OIV (International Organization of Grape and Wine - МОВВ), UPOV (international Union for the Protection of Achievements of crop production) and IBPGR (International Commission of Plant Genetic Resources), which was renamed later into the IPGRI (International Plant Genetic Resources Institute) and named recently IPGRI - typically built guidelines for the descriptions of the objects of research - the so-called classifiers of plants. It contains the Russian-language version of the reflected descriptors #401-462 on the evaluation of stability of plants of grapes to the soil, and biotic and abiotic stressors, when they are used to speed up the modern selection process.
