AMPELOGRAPHIC AND BREEDING RESEARCHES OF KUBAN STATE AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY

abstract 0811207039 issue 81 pp. 523 – 542 30.09.2012 ru 1709
The report, presented by 18-20.09.2012 in Gaylvaylerhofe / Germany at the European meeting of Ampelography ECPGR in international cooperation of the COST project, provides the information about the collection, the study and the storage of wild grape vines, as well as indigenous and selected varieties in the National ampelographic collections of Russia, nowadays containing 3,220 specimens of 42 countries, 191 of which were oppressed with phylloxera. The modern zoned assortment of grapes in Russia (according to the State register of breeding achievements of the Russian Federation) with the most common areas of local and introduced varieties is examined. The summary of the impact of the clonal selection of the classic industrial engineering classes, conducted by the author’s original technique, as well as the achievements of combinative breeding of the actively breed resistant varieties is given. Moreover, their reproduction at the level of selected protoclones or elite breeding forms (candidate variety) was conducted with in vitro method

STUDY OF INDIGENEOUS RUSSIAN GRAPE VARIETIES USING MICROSATELLITE MARKERS

abstract 0881304013 issue 88 pp. 196 – 205 30.04.2013 ru 1714
The analysis of genetic polymorphisms of 12 autochthonous grape varieties grown in the National ampelographic collection of Russia (Anapa district of the Krasnodar region) through the study of allelic diversity at six microsatellite loci: VRZAG79, VVMD5, VVMD7, VVMD27, VRZAG62, VVS2 has been done. We have found that all native varieties have a unique set of allele. The assessment of genetic relationships varieties has been performed using cluster analysis. Data for DNA certification of the investigated genotypes of the grapes has also been obtained in the article

BIOCHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF WINE MATERIALS FROM INTRODUCED GRAPE VARIETIES GROWN IN THE TEMRIUK DISTRICT OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1011407009 issue 101 pp. 136 – 150 30.09.2014 ru 1722
Introduced grape varieties such as Ancelotti, Bachka, Johanniter, Morava and Solaris which were grown in the conditions of Taman provided production of high yields of grapes with standard conditions of sweetness and acidity of grape juice that were useful for the technical processing of not only tableware, but also for special wines, in particular, dessert. Organoleptic properties of all the studied wine materials from grapes of these varieties were of high quality, which was con-firmed by their tasting evaluation. They are recom-mended for the preparation of organic (bio) wines. The "Biologik" wine in 2012 received a certificate of the high points at the international exhibition in Italy (Rome), and the wine from red grape variety Ancelotti for several years, winning awards from international wine competitions ("Yalta. Gold Griffon", "Gold au-tumn")

REGENERATIVE PROPERTIES OF GRAPE CUTTINGS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF TREATMENT WITH IAA

abstract 0771203099 issue 77 pp. 1190 – 1219 30.03.2012 ru 1824
The article presents the research results of eight grapes rhizogenesis of different genetic origin of the cuttings after treatment with 0.01% solution of IAA for 24 h. It was found, that the activity of regenerative processes in grape cuttings depends on the varietal characteristics, storage conditions and the activation of IAA. It leads to disruption of existing natural correlations, including suppressing the longitudinal polarity. Root-growing ability of cuttings is a genetically determined feature: the effect of IAA did not cause the stability of the positive reaction; it is determined by genotype and depends on the quality and physiological condition of the cuttings

WILD-GROWING VINE SHOOTS IN NAKHICHEVAN REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

abstract 0731109049 issue 73 pp. 565 – 581 30.11.2011 ru 1843
In this article botanical and morphometrical characteristics of four wild-growing biotypes of Azerbaijan, growing on the Nakhichevan plain - original natural reserve of the richest vegetable gene pool of Eurasia are listed. Unique lianas are discovered, featured and listed under titles of Ajryndzh, Dary-dag, Ilandy-dag and Ordubad. Their comparison on 40 arguments of leaves with reference Vitis vinifera silvestris Gmel. triune herbarium of Russia and Ukraine is resulted

INNOVATIONS OF WINE GROWING IN RUSSIA. 27. APPLICATION OF BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCES IN TREE-SHAPED VINEYARDS IN A ZONE OF COVERED WINE GROWING

abstract 0611007015 issue 61 pp. 159 – 173 24.09.2010 ru 1893
In this innovational section the results of two-year test of technology of influence of biologically active substances "Rostock", "Kremniy", «Lignogumat kaliya» and "Zircon", and also water activated through the matrixes of these substances by means of "Akvator" device grape plants of Bianka variety are presented. Researches have shown, that the water activated by "Akvator" device, possesses surprising abilities, its influence on a grape plant exceeds influence of BAS solutions more than in 1,3 times by efficiency

OPTIMIZATION OF NUTRIENT MEDIUM COMPOSITION BY THE MATHEMATICAL DESIGN OF EXPERIMENT FOR SHOOT TIP DEVELOPMENT IN FOUR GRAPEVINE GENOTYPES

abstract 0551001005 issue 55 pp. 58 – 75 31.01.2010 ru 1906
Nutrient media for shoot development from shoot tips 0.5-0.8 mm with several leaf primordia in four grapevine genotypes were optimized by means of a mathematical design of experiment. Over the range of component concentrations CaCl2 had considerable the highest effect on shoot tip development compared to other components of the media. Grapevine genotypes were different in their needs for concentrations of macro-elements to optimize the process of their growth and development. Shoot development from shoot tips in each grapevine genotype as a function of macro-element concentrations in media must be described by an individual regression equation. The proposed method of result evaluation and the mathematical design of experiment may be used in physiological and agricultural research for optimization of processes affected by numerous factors. The optimized media for shoot tip development may by used for sanitation of grape plants from viruses in meristem cultures
