ANALYSIS OF FORMING OF ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF WINE MATERIALS FROM SAUVIGNON BLANC GRAPES GROWN UNDER AF "SOUTH" IN TEMRJUKSKY AREA DEPENDING ON THE COMPOSITION OF AR-OMATIC SUBSTANCES

abstract 0981404076 issue 98 pp. 1058 – 1072 30.04.2014 ru 1911
In the article we show the investigations of aromatic wine produced from grapes of Sauvignon blanc grown in AF South in Temryuk District. As a result, the article estimates obtained good organoleptic characteristics of the taste, within 7.3-7.9 points, which is higher than the passing score. It was found that the greatest negative impact on the formation of mutual organoleptic properties have such flavors as metilatse-tal and the amount of volatile acids

THE RESEARCH OF HAPLOTYPE DEVERSITY OF RUSSIA ABORIGINAL GRAPE VARIETIES

abstract 0611007033 issue 61 pp. 409 – 431 24.09.2010 ru 1952
In the article we have studied 55 aboriginal varieties, collected in the North Caucasus. We have described allelic diversity and identified four haplotypes. All the populations were closely related while being examined using a factor of Nei's genetic distance (Dn), with the exception of indigenous varieties of Armenia. Maximum differences have been found between the Uzbek population and Astrakhan, Turkmenian, Armenian populations. The most genetically rich were the population of Don area and Krasnodar region

MORPHOMETRY OF LEAVES OF THE KUBAN WILD-GROWING LIANAS OF GRAPE

abstract 0711107005 issue 71 pp. 51 – 69 30.09.2011 ru 2013
The morphometry of leaves of the Kuban wild-growing lianas of grape, as we know, is not learnt till now and availability of quoters of pure subspecies of Vitis vinifera silvestris Gmel is not demonstrated., though suppositions about this information soared in the scientific environment as old as Adam [5]. With the advent of a direction of morphometry taxonomy there was a necessity of accurate bracing of a current state of a genotypical diversity of lianas and biological polymorphism of leaves for link establishment silvestris - silvesatis - sativa

EXTRACTION OF DNA FROM LEAVES OF VITIS VINIFERA L.

abstract 0601006036 issue 60 pp. 571 – 587 29.06.2010 ru 2179
Extraction of the DNA from leaves of genus Vitis is a very difficult task, as a grape has a lot of elements, which make difficult to use it in the genetic manipulation. In that article used the methods of extraction of the DNA with silica (SiO2) particles as the absorbent material for getting better quality DNA
