The accumulation features of radionuclides in the epitaphic pylaisiella moss (Pylaisia polyantha) in the territory of the city of Rostov-on-Don have been considered. The specific activities of 137Cs, 226Ra, 40K, and 232Th in the samples of moss, soils, and aerosol air have been compared. The capacity of Pylaisia polyantha to accumulate radionuclides has been estimated for four radionuclides (137Cs, 226Ra, 232Th, and 40K) with consideration for the background level. On the basis of radionuclide analysis, zones in the city of Rostov-on-Don with the highest accumulation coefficients of 137Cs, 226Ra, 40K, and 232Th were revealed. These were primarily the zones with both industrial and traffic loads and the motor transport zones

There have been revealed some discrepancies that concern estimation of soil contamination degree and calculation of consolidated figures for chemical elements contamination in soils stated in effective
normative documents. The formulas for estimation of summary soil contamination stated in normative documents reveals considerable discrepancies that do not let give an objective estimation of dangerous concentration of heavy metal. МF-4SК membrane-based microbial fuel cell (MFC) was used for an anaerobic utilization of organic com-pounds of various liquid wastes. QUANTITATIVE AUTOMATED SWOT AND PEST ANALYSIS USING ASC-ANALYSIS AND "EIDOS X++" INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS
SWOT analysis is a widely known and generally accepted method of strategic planning. However, this does not preclude the fact that it’s been criticized, often quite fair and well-reasoned. A critical review of the SWOT analysis revealed quite a lot of his weaknesses (disadvantages), the source of which is the need to engage experts, in particular to assess the strength and direction of influence factors. It is clear that the experts do it by the informal (intuitive), on the basis of their professional experience and competence. But experts have their limitations and often for various reasons they can't and don't want to do it. Thus, the problem arises of the SWOT-analysis, without the involvement of experts. This problem can be solved through automation of the functions of the expert, i.e. by measuring the strength and direction of influence factors directly based on empirical data. This technology was developed long time ago, it is already 30 years old, it was named "Eidos". This article on real numerical examples describes in detail the possibility of automated quantitative SWOT analysis by means of ASC-analysis and intelligent systems of "Eidos X++" without help of experts, when the estimations are based directly on empirical data. We have also proposed a solution of direct and inverse problems of the SWOT analysis. PEST analysis has been considered as a SWOT analysis, with more detailed classification of external factors. Therefore, the conclusions obtained in this article on the example of SWOT analysis can be extended to PEST-analysis

Introduced grape varieties such as Ancelotti, Bachka, Johanniter, Morava and Solaris which were grown in the conditions of Taman provided production of high yields of grapes with standard conditions of sweetness and acidity of grape juice that were useful for the technical processing of not only tableware, but also for special wines, in particular, dessert. Organoleptic properties of all the studied wine materials from grapes of these varieties were of high quality, which was con-firmed by their tasting evaluation. The article presents the results of two researches and production experiments conducted on broiler chickens grown in the area with high technological background in feed heavy metals and at the risk of aflatoxicosis. Experimental data obtained during the first experiment suggests that in order to optimize biology and agro-food value of meat with excess of heavy metals and the risk of aflatoxicosis it is advisable to grow broiler chickens of the domestic cross-country of "Smena -7" In the barley-wheat-sunflower-type animal feed of broiler chickens of this cross one should include the formulation of a mold inhibitor of methoxy - phenyl.
During the second research and production experience for broiler chickens of “Smena-7” cross it has been found that with the joint supplements in animal feed to the high background of heavy metals and aflatoxin B1 preparations of beet pectin and methoxy - phenyl having absorption properties, there is an increase of slaughter and meat qualities. At the same time, the meat of poultry has increased its protein-quality score and decreased the concentration of heavy metals in the meat , which helps to improve consumer properties of poultry products
