MATHEMATICAL FORMS OF CONSECUTIVE AND PARALLEL ECONOMIC RISKS

abstract 1131509019 issue 113 pp. 230 – 243 30.11.2015 ru 850
It is offered to expand the classification of risks by introducing a global risk of economic system, which separates stages burdened with the local risks having arbitrarily direction. Serial or parallel origin of these risks is modeled dyadic chain vectors or four-dimensional conglomerates of quaternions in Clifford spaces. Multivariate risk is to transform analytically, calculate quantitatively, construct geometric vector operations in the ensemble with the economic variables on which part of the cost of the risk and that is lost or after symptoms appear. Therefore, the cost of an asset depends on a comprehensive cost of the "basis", burdened risk ("common value"), and the magnitude of the risk of leaving part - "risky value" - from zero. Now, the risk emerges as a new economic and mathematical category. Through the study of risks and through research of their new multi-dimensional performance value it is possible to insight into understanding the mechanisms of action of the economic laws worldwide and in Russia

ABOUT NEW PROMISING MATHEMATICAL TOOLS OF CONTROLLING

abstract 1131509028 issue 113 pp. 340 – 354 30.11.2015 ru 957
Based on an objective analysis, it must be noted that in the arsenal of managers, especially foreign ones, there is practically no fundamentally new methods and tools. However, promising mathematical and instrumental methods of controlling actively developed in our country. In the XXI century it developed a new paradigm of mathematical methods of economics and produced more than 10 books, developed in accordance with this paradigm. The new paradigm is based on the modern development of mathematics as a whole - on the system interval fuzzy math. The new paradigm offers tools used non-parametric statistics, which suggest that the distribution functions are arbitrary. In 1979 it was allocated one of the four major areas of modern applied statistics - statistics of objects of nonnumeric nature (statistics of non-numeric data, nonnumeric statistics). The other three - statistics of random variables, multivariate statistical analysis, statistics of random processes and time series. Statistics of objects of non-numeric nature is central to the modern mathematical methods of economics. On the basis of modern information-communication technologies we have developed a new economic theory - solidary information economy. New intellectual tools of controlling include an automated system-cognitive analysis (ASA) and its software - the system of "Eidos". The systems approach to solving specific applications often requires going beyond the economy. Very important are the procedures for the introduction of innovative methods and tools

MULTICRITERIА PROBLEM OF FINDING THE OPTIMAL PATHS FOR LARGE-SCALE TRANSPORT SYSTEM

abstract 1131509046 issue 113 pp. 618 – 635 30.11.2015 ru 866
This article explores the multicriteria problems arise in the organization of routes in large-scale transport management system. As a mathematical tool for constructing a model, we were using the prefractal graphs. Prefractal graphs naturally reflect structure of the device of communications of transport system, reflecting its important features – locality and differentiation. Locality is provided with creation of internal routes (city, raionwide, etc.). Differentiation is understood as division of routes on intra regional, interregional and international. The objective is reduced to a covering of prefractal graphs by the simple paths which are crossed on edges and nodes. On the set of feasible solutions, vector criterion function with certain criteria is based. In concepts of transport system, the given criteria have concrete substantial interpretation, the transport routes allowing to design considering features of system. In this article, we construct polynomial algorithms for finding optimal according to certain criteria decision. By the criteria which aren't optimizing the allocated routes their estimates of the lower and upper bounds are given. On all given algorithms the estimates of computing complexity confirming advantage of use of methods of prefractal and fractal graphs before classical methods of the theory of graphs are constructed and proved

The article presents the results of the research on the effect of processing cuttings grapes Moldova and Bianca by a growth regulator called Stimolant 66f (Stimolante 66f) on their regenerative properties, the yield and quality of seedlings. In Moldova grade, we tested three concentrations of the drug - 0.001; 0.01 and 0.1% and grade Bianca - five - - 0.001; 0.005; 0.01; 0.05 and 0.1%, compared to treatment with IAA (standard) or without treatment (control). It was found, that both types of processing cuttings with IAA led to the inhibition of blooming buds. Application of Stimolanta to both varieties accelerated blooming buds, and to the greatest extent on grade Bianca. On the variety Moldova, the processing cuttings with heteroauxin and Stimolant at 0.01 and 0.1% had an inhibitory effect on the growth of shoots, which survived to the end of the experiment. On the variety of Bianca, both the IAA and Stimolant at all concentrations of working solution contributed to a significant increase the length of the shoots. At grade Moldova, basal ends of cuttings treatment for 24 hours in solutions of Stimolanta at 0.01 and 0.1% concentration had the root-growing ability stimulated, enhanced the yield and quality of seedlings. In grade Bianca, better rooting of cuttings with 3 or more roots was observed in the variant of "Stimolant - 0.05%", and a greater number of roots were produced in the version of "Stimolant - 0.1%." In cuttings of varieties ofMoldova, Stimolant showed better results than the IAA in optimal concentrations, and grade Bianca had about the same results

abstract 1131509006 issue 113 pp. 80 – 89 30.11.2015 ru 1109
The article shows that for the essential oil industry of the Russian Federation to solve the problems of import substitution it is urgent to develop effective technology to extract fatty oil from the crushed and deprived of ether by water vapor coriander fruits. The existing technologies for obtaining fatty oils from deprived of ether coriander were considered. It is shown, that at small-scale enterprises it is most advisable to remove fatty oil by screw pressing. A brief analysis of main factors affecting the completeness of oil extraction in screw presses was carried out. The conclusion about the necessity of preparation of deprived of ether coriander for extraction with the purpose of increasing the yield of fatty oil was made. It is shown, that one of the stages of such preparation is the removal of part of the shell from deprived of ether coriander, which also increases the nutritional value of the oilcake. Fractional composition of deprived of ether coriander after extraction of essential oil by water vapour and drying was investigated by sieve analysis method. On the basis of obtained data, prior to separating the shell by pneumatic separation, it is recommended to separate deprived of ether coriander into three fractions by size – coarse (riddling from the sieve with the diameter of 1.8 mm), medium (riddling from the sieve with the diameter of 1 mm) and fine (undersize from a sieve with a diameter of 1 mm). Component composition of the coarse fraction of deprived of ether coriander was studied. It was found, that the content of the shell in this fraction is 36%, which indicates the possibility of its effective separation by pneumatic separation

THE INFLUENCE OF THE FRACTIONAL COMPOSITION OF CORIANDER ON ITS TECHNOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

abstract 1131509008 issue 113 pp. 105 – 114 30.11.2015 ru 787
The article investigates a fractional composition and quality indices of industrial raw materials of coriander in the North Caucasus economic zone of cultivation. It was found, that losses of essential oil in raw materials associated with the splitting of the fruit reach 23.4 %. Essential oil from split fruits is enriched with valuable components - linalool, geraniol, geranyl acetate. Changes of the component composition of essential oil from split fruits cause the following changes of organoleptic and physicochemical quality indicators in comparison with the oil from whole fruits: color from almost colorless intensifies to a pale yellow; in a spicy oil smell, similar to the smell of linalool, there appears a more intense shade of geraniol and geranyl acetate; acid degree value in oil from fruitlets and fruitlets without the shell increases, respectively, by 38.5 % and 65.4 %; ether index increases by 19.2 % and 97.5 %, respectively. It is recommended to use oil from split fruits to correct the composition of coriander essential oil in order to increase the content of linalool with a simultaneous decrease in the content of undesirable components – hydrocarbons and camphor, or, preferably, to separate valuable components – linalool, geraniol. It was proved expedient to separate split fruit factions during the post-harvest treatment, with their primary processing and intended use of the obtained essential oil

USING DISCRETE WAVELET TRANSFORM FOR CALCULATION OF TRANSIENT REGIMES OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS

abstract 1131509023 issue 113 pp. 286 – 296 30.11.2015 ru 1581
This article utilizes wavelet analysis, a relatively new mathematical tool, designed to develop an algorithm of analysis for electrical transients in electric power systems. Techniques, which are currently used, fall into two main categories: time domain or the integral transform domain. Both of the aforementioned categories can be stressed when solving equations with a wide spectrum or when a system of equations is subjected to a nonstationary forcing function. One of the benefits of wavelet analysis, however, is the ability to resolve nonstationary nature signals easily. Based on the discrete time domain approximation, the system components such as resistor and inductor are modeled in discrete wavelet domain for purpose of transient analysis. The method can be implemented by any kind of orthogonal wavelet transform. Computer simulations verified the effectiveness of the proposed method. The proposed algorithm can be implemented to calculate the shortcircuits in electric power systems

CLIENT INTERACTION TECHNIQUES WHEN USING AUGMENTED REALITY TECHNOLOGY APPLICATIONS IN SALES

abstract 1131509027 issue 113 pp. 329 – 339 30.11.2015 ru 843
Augmented reality offers unique ways to display visual information, in particular the visualization of threedimensional objects. With AR object can be visualized directly in the context of its operation. As an example can be a piece of furniture rendered in the interior, plants in the garden, the architectural object in the landscape. Modern consumer devices such as smartphones and tablet computers, as well as the algorithmic base lead to the possibility of augmented reality mass usage. The concept of augmented reality offers a better user interface for visualization through a combination of methods of controls and visualization. The camera angle can be controlled by user’s head or device movements, which is intuitive and efficient. Method of visualization of three-dimensional object by combining its image with the surrounding environment allows better perceiving the object, its dimensions, and material properties. In contrast to the traditional visualization approaches, AR does not require modeling of the environment. Objects visualization by means of AR can be applied to customer decision support while buying products. The user is provided with the ability to visualize an object in interior or outdoors, where he plans to place it, and interactively examine the object from any angle. This article attempts to systemize possible options for interaction with potential buyers through applications with augmented reality technology

ISSUES IN IMPLEMENTING MARKER BASED TRACKING ON MASS MOBILE DEVICES

abstract 1131509032 issue 113 pp. 430 – 444 30.11.2015 ru 1048
Tracking is a vast field of research associated with navigation, robotics, and virtual environments (virtual reality). Tracking for augmented reality requires higher level of precision, increased range of action, as well as work with a wider variety of input data. It is important that augmented reality technology requires tracking in real time, which also complicates the task. Correct visualization of objects in three-dimensional space requires six degrees of freedom tracking: three position values (x, y, z) and three angles (rotation around the respective axes) to determine the orientation. To solve this problem, different approaches and sensor types are being used. In this article, we present a brief history of the development of tracking technology and analyze the current approaches to implement the process of tracking on mass mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. We also describe some issues in implementing optical marker based tracking for visualization of large scale models

COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RELAXATION CHARACTERISTICS OF SUNFLOWER AND RAPESEED LECITHIN

abstract 1131509034 issue 113 pp. 467 – 479 30.11.2015 ru 1154
The article presents a comparative assessment and peculiarities of nuclear magnetic relaxation characteristics of rapeseed and sunflower lecithin. It was established, that lecithin’s nuclear magnetic relaxation characteristics, namely, protons’ spin-spin relaxation time and amplitudes of nuclear magnetic relaxation signals of lecithin components, depend on content of oil’s fat acids and phospholipids, contained in the lecithin. Comparative assessment of protons’ spin-spin relaxation time of rapeseed and sunflower lecithin components showed, that for their identification protons’ spin-spin relaxation time of the lecithin’ first component at 40°C and 60°C temperature, when differences in values of protons’ spin-spin relaxation time of the sunflower and rapeseed lecithin’ first component are most obvious, should be used as an analytical parameter. Comparative assessment of amplitudes of proton’s NMR signals of sunflower and rapeseed lecithin components showed, that relations, established earlier for sunflower lecithin between mass share of phospholipids (substances insoluble in acetone) and the sum of amplitudes of proton’s NMR signals of the third and fourth components, cannot be applied to rapeseed lecithin; that is for the development of an express method for determination of mass share of substances insoluble in acetone (phospholipids) in rapeseed lecithin, it is necessary to carry out additional research with the purpose of clarifying the mentioned relations

HYDRAULIC DEVICES FOR HYDROSYSTEM TAILRACE PROTECTION

abstract 1131509038 issue 113 pp. 513 – 524 30.11.2015 ru 819
Based on the Karman vortex theory, the calculated dependences for velocity induced by profile action in the flow, lifting force and drag force, acting on the profile, are determined. Calculations, performed in MathCAD, allowed, for the given up-stream velocity, to calculate height of mid-section of the bed-formation profile, width of the profile along the chord, span of the profile, angle of attack, velocity of the induced flow. For the calculated profile parameters, the velocity circulation value, drag force and lifting force are determined. As the bed-formation profiles, it is recommended to use flat plates, frame constructions with transverse ribs in the form of arch, fish-like symmetric or slightly curved profiles. Ways of the profile installation in the flow, depending on the angle of attack, are evaluated: three versions - for symmetric profiles, and six versions - for asymmetric profiles. Diagram of the device for the hydrosystem tailrace protection against erosion is developed on the basis of submerged NACA 0302 profile or profile of Zhukovsky, made of flexible materials, including profiles, system of supporting and regulating ropes, and shore or bottom supports. SMALL-SCALE MODELING OF DYNAMIC FACILITIES FOR PROTECTION OF HYDROSYSTEM TAILRACES

abstract 1131509039 issue 113 pp. 525 – 534 30.11.2015 ru 1141
To study the formation of plunge basin in the Cheboksary hydroplant, we used a scale model of the spillway dam and all structures in the tailrace, installed in the slot flume. When we passed the flow corresponding to the diversion flow of the hydroplant with a glance to the modeling scale, it was found that the plunge basin was formed behind the end fixing of the spillway apron. To research the dynamic facilities of hydrosystem tailrace protection against erosion, we used a small glass flume with a model of the roundcrested weir. For the experiment, the water-surface elevations were built in the flume without the weir, and the uniform motion area was established. In MathCAD software environment, the curve of the flow of measuring rectangular weir of the flume was created. Because of measurements, the curve of water surface by the flow motion through the round-crested weir was made. As the main criterion for modeling, the criterion of Froude was selected. Scale of modeling of flow parameters was determined. For testing, models of hydrodynamic profile and sail structure with streamforming sluice valves were built. The process of sand washout from the flume bottom and formation of the bottom ridges when installing the profile was photographed. Impact of the profile on the flow and its relation with the formation of the bottom topography were studied. Full-scale values of geometric parameters of the bottom ridges and their movement velocity were established as well

USING DISCRETE WAVELET TRANSFORM FOR CALCULATION OF TRANSIENT REGIMES OF POWER SUPPLY SYSTEMS

abstract 1131509060 issue 113 pp. 814 – 825 30.11.2015 ru 1004
This article presents an algorithm based on the discrete wavelet transform for the analysis of current root mean square (RMS) value and total harmonic distortion (THD) in power systems. Power quality indices play an important role in case of non-stationary distorted waveforms, where neither a frequency-domain-based approach using fast Fourier transform tools nor a timedomain-based approach using real time data give satisfactory results. The algorithm proposed decomposes the current waveforms into uniform frequency bands corresponding to the odd harmonic components of the signal. The proposed algorithm overcomes the spectra leakage problem. Computer simulations verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm

THE INVESTIGATION OF THE ACCELERATION PROCESS OF A MACHINE AND TRACTOR UNIT ON THE BASIS OF CLASS 1,4 TRACTOR WITH A VARIABLE ROTATING MASS OF THE ENGINE

abstract 1131509077 issue 113 pp. 1061 – 1071 30.11.2015 ru 815
The aim of the work is theoretical and experimental confirmation of the possibility of improvement in tractor unit acceleration due to the variable inertia moment of the rotating masses of the engine. The use of high-speed tractors in agricultural production meets a number of difficulties associated with unsteady processes during acceleration of the tractor units. The emerging significant inertial loads during acceleration result in the loss of engine power because of what the machine and tractor unit is operating at reduced productivity and efficiency. An analysis of published works shows that the tractor unit acceleration is strongly influenced by the rotating mass of the engine. A device based on the application of additional rotating masses in a free flywheel connected or disconnected automatically to the main engine flywheel at appropriate stages is offered. As a result, the tension during acceleration is reduced. The results of experimental studies on the effect of the additional rotating masses on the engine acceleration characteristics of the machine and tractor units on the basis of Class 1.4 tractor are given. It is proved that the use of the tractor additional rotating mass connected or disconnected to the respective modes of movement of a machine and tractor unit to the flywheel of the engine, improves acceleration performance

DIAGNOSIS OF EFFECTIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF DEPARTMENTS AND FACULTIES)

abstract 1131509096 issue 113 pp. 1355 – 1379 30.11.2015 ru 910
The purpose of this research is the development of models and methods of multiparameter diagnostic effectiveness of educational environments. We know, that a criterion-diagnostic system for monitoring the effectiveness of higher education institutions - educational Macromedia is being designed, which is not the monitoring of the effectiveness of educational microenvironments and meso-environment - departments and faculties. The issue of the research - to increase the productivity (efficiency) of functioning of educational environments. The problem of research is the question of how to diagnose the effectiveness of educational environments objectively and comprehensively. The urgency of this problem is due to: the need to ensure the effective functioning of educational institutions, their sustainable innovative development; increasing demand for general and vocational education, as well as its transition to a multi-level system. Methodological basis of the research: a competence-based approach (considered an important target value of the educational process formation of the competences and personal and professional qualities of students, integrating knowledge, skills and readiness for their effective use in solving of life, professional and educational problems), metasystem approach (considering the educational environment as a metasystem, including relatively independent subsystems - educational environment of lower level of the hierarchy), qualimetric approach (considering the effectiveness of the educational environment as an integrative figure, which is diagnosed on the basis of estimating a set of criteria), synergetic approach (considering the educational environment as a self-organizing system, and the efficiency of its functioning - as an indicator of the success of the use of resources for further development). Synergetic approach is relatively new in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational process and the educational environment as a whole

abstract 1131509123 issue 113 pp. 1740 – 1757 30.11.2015 ru 785
The author performed a research with the purpose of improving visualization of three-dimensional objects by means of augmented reality technology with the use of massively available mobile devices as a platform. This article summarizes the main results and provides suggestions for future research. Since graphical user interfaces made it to the consumer market about 30 years ago, interaction with the computer has not changed significantly. The focus of current user interface techniques is only on human-computer interactions, not on human-real world interactions. With that in mind, the concept of augmented reality appears very promising. Besides other improvements, it provides a better user interface for visualization of virtual objects in real environments. Modern smartphones and tablet computers, as well as improved software tools have provided the prerequisites for mass usage of handheld augmented reality. The following issues were raised by research: realistic object rendering, the ability to change object parameters in real time, storing of objects, manipulation of objects in space, issues of augmented reality graphical user interface design

USE OF NEUTRALIZED PHOSPHOGYPSUM AS A MULTICOMPONENT FERTILIZER FOR RICE CROPS. MESSAGE 1

abstract 1131509020 issue 113 pp. 244 – 262 30.11.2015 ru 863
Over the past 15 years due to removal with crops of rice crop rotation, as well as with field waste and seepage water content of mobile forms of boron in soils of rice irrigation systems in the Krasnodar region decreased by 10 %, cobalt by 14 %, manganese by 10 %, copper by 7 %, molybdenum by 15 % zinc by 6 %. Impoverishment of soil with calcium and sulfur is observable. Need of using micronutrients for this crop is also determined by lowering mobility of most microelements in flooded soils. Partly this problem can be solved by use of neutralized phosphogypsum – waste product of wet-process phosphoric acid. With its application in dose of 1 t/ha, field receives 265 kg of Ca, 215 kg of S (general) 20 kg of P2O5 and 9.8 kg of SiO2, so it compensates for the loss of calcium from the rice soil, as well as solves the problem of sulfur, silicon and partly phosphorus fertilizers. Data showing possibility of use of neutralized phosphogypsum as multicomponent fertilizer for rice crops are given. Phosphogypsum reduces sparseness of rice plants in ontogeny, thus forming a dense agrocenosis: plant density is 24-25 pcs./m2 that is higher than on application of N120P80K60. Plants with such agricultural background by their height and leaf area did not differ from control ones (N120P80K60), and their dry weight was higher by 2-6 %. With fertilizer system N120P80K60 application of 4 t/ha of phosphogypsum during main fertilizer treatment provides the same level of phosphorus content in the soil and plants, as application of 100 kg/ha of ammophos. Rice yield increases by 0,57 t/ha or 8,98 %. Yield growth is the result of increasing survival capacity of plants, seed setting of panicle and weight of grain per plant

abstract 1131509031 issue 113 pp. 419 – 429 30.11.2015 ru 942
The results of the work experience carried out in the poultry breeding farm of Limited Liability Company «Incubator-poultry plant Pervomaiskaja» on the effect of the multifunctional feed additive «Tetra+» on productivity of males and laying hens in the production of broiler chickens. It is found that males experimental group receiving the feed additive in the diet «Tetra+» have better blood serum biochemical indices in comparison with the control group cockerels. This indicates that the feed additive «Tetra+» shows the properties to improve liver function and decreased intoxication of male manufacturers. It was revealed, that in the experimental group increased divorce figures, while the control group of males producing hatchability is reduced, and the end of observation of this indicator of the trend towards recovery is not evident. It recorded the highest percentage yield of hatching eggs from hens of the experimental group, while the control group showed a tendency to reduce this figure. Thus it may be noted that the use of a multifunctional feed additive "Tetra +" when feeding cocks and hens can improve productivity, reduce bird deaths and to strengthen the protective function of the body of birds

The influence of protective coatings on quantitative loss of garlic was investigated at its warm) and cold storage under various conditions of relative humidity. The following varieties of garlic people's selection were studied: winter varieties – Tian Shansky, Otradnensky; spring varieties – Sochinsky and Iglinsky Local. Paraffin-ceresin composition (PK-1) was first proposed as a protective hydrophobic coating of garlic bulbs and its combination was scientifically based (the main component is paraffin, plasticizer is Ceresin C-65 and surface-active supplement is a fraction of synthetic fatty acids). Physical and mechanical performance properties of PK-1: melting temperature 58 C; resistance at 20 C 1,0 МПа; volumetric shrinkage 15%; plasticity 0,5·10-4 1/МПа; water vapour permeability 6,5g/m2 per day.Waterproof properties of hydrophobic protective coatings (paraffin-ceresin PK-1, alloy of paraffin with beewax PК-4, paraffin without supplements P) were compared with hydrophilic water solution of polyvinyl alcohol PWS-5. According to the increase of the moisture-proof properties, the investigated coatings form the following series: P. PWS -5, PК-4, PК-1. The maximum efficiency of garlic storage under various temperature conditions and relative air humidity was achieved when using a protection film of PК-1. Compared with control (without coating) PК-1 reduced moisture loss in garlic bulbs for 3-13 times depending on the variety, and storage duration of winter garlic varieties increased for 2 times. Iglinsky Local is the most moisture resistant of all the investigated varieties, and Tian Shansky variety is less moisture resistant

abstract 1131509065 issue 113 pp. 876 – 902 30.11.2015 ru 763
The article shows a possibility of using neutralized phosphogypsum as multicomponent fertilizer for rice crops. In the system of rice fertilization replace of 150kg/ha of ammophos during main application with 40 kg/ha of carbamide and 4 tons/ha of phosphogypsum applied in spring provides the same content of available forms of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in soil and plants as with application of N120P80K60. Application of phosphogypsum in spring before sowing is less effective than application in autumn before plowing. When applicating phosphogypsum in spring 2013 with a rate of 4 t / ha the obtained yield was 0.57 t / ha or 8.98% higher than in the control, and in 2014 it was not different from that obtained with the application of solid mineral fertilizers with a rate of N120P80K60. With autumn application of phosphogypsum increase in yield in 2014 was 0.98 t / ha or 12.6%. Yield growth is the result of increasing the survival of plants, grain content in panicle and grain weight per plant. Use of neutralized phosphogypsum is economically feasible. Relative benefits of using phosphogypsum instead of phosphorus fertilizer (ammonium phosphate) on rice crops in the Federal State Unitary Enterprise SRSF "Krasnoarmeyskiy" named after A.I.Maystrenko, Krasnoarmeyskiy district of Krasnodar region at the optimal rate amounted to 13139.7 rubles per 1 ha

INFLUENCE OF SILYMARIN IN LIPOSOMAL FORM ON THE QUALITY OF BROILER MEAT

abstract 1131509069 issue 113 pp. 943 – 953 30.11.2015 ru 797
The article presents the results of the investigation of the influence of liposomal form of silymarin on the physicochemical parameters of the meat of the broiler chickens of the cross called Hubbard F15. The objects of the investigation were: pectoral muscle, the preparation called Liposil, which consists hepatoprotective agent of silymarin, extracted from milk thistle in the form of dry extract and soy phosphatidylcholine. Milk thistle is known as a source of bioflavonoids, and has long been used in folk medicine for diseases of the liver. High bioavailability of silymarin, due to the liposomal form, makes it possible to use it in lower doses in comparison with the form of an extract. The experiment of liposome silymarin used a dose of 40 mg / kg of feed discretely (5-7 th, 12-14 th, 19-21 th and 28-30 th day) and daily as a supplement to the basic diet during growth of broiler chickens of Hubbard F-15. We have established, that Liposil increased tryptophan content in the muscles and improved the protein-quality quotient. We have found decreased fat content and caloric value of pectoral muscle of experienced group chickens. The findings suggest that we have a positive effect of liposomal silymarin on nutritional and dietary value of meat

HYDRAULIC RESEARCHES OF DIMENSIONLESS EXPENSE DESCRIPTIONS OF REGULATIVE ORGAN OF MODEL STANDARD OF BAND REGULATOR OF WATER

abstract 1131509071 issue 113 pp. 964 – 984 30.11.2015 ru 994
The purpose of the researches was the necessity of deep study of hydraulic dimensionless expense descriptions of regulative organ of model standard of band regulator of water, for rice checks. Rice is one of the most moisture-loving agricultural cultures. Its productivity straightly depends on adjusting of water level in rice cotter pins on the different periods of development of this culture: period of primary submergence of check, fight against weeds, primary vegetation, phases of bushing out, vegetations of suckling and cereous ripeness. On each of the considered periods of development of plant the guided water level is needed, that high-quality can be realized only at application of the systems of automatic control. In rice irrigation systems there is plenty enough of losses of water due to not managed leakage in regulator flow and water level in the closed position. An actual and meaningful task is development, research and introduction in practice of reliable and high-efficiency regulators expense and water level for rice checks. The article presents results of research of hydraulic dimensionless expense descriptions of regulative organ of model standard, developed by us. Intercommunication of degree of influence is investigational, on the basis of application of methods of planning of experiment, on the function of response, which dimensionless expense description of regulative organ of model standard of band regulator of water, relations of diameters of the downlow openings, is taken for, at the different relation of workers pressures. From appraised experimental data approximation dependences, which were in same queue analysed for the purpose cross-correlation connection, determination, elasticity, are built. Also, in the article there is an estimation of statistical meaningfulness of the built model of regression given with the use of criterion of F - Fishera and parameters of equalization of regression with the use of criterion of t - St'yudenta, at the set level of meaningfulness α. At the permanent relations of workers pressures the analysis of sections of surface of response H/Нmax 0,6; 0,8; 1,0 shows that functions have extremums on a maximum. At minimum relations of workers pressures H/Нmax equal 0,6 the maximal value of function of response is equal 81% it will be at the relation of diameters of the downlow openings of d/dmax equal 0,9. With the increase of relation of workers pressures H/Нmax to 0,8 have a trend of maximum toward an increase and here he comes at the value of function of response equal 94% and relation of diameters of the downlow openings of d/dmax equal 0,92. Further increase of relation of workers pressures of H/Нmax to 1,0 also results in the trend of a maximum of function of response which arrives at a value 118%, here the relation of diameters of the downlow openings of d/dmax is equal to 0,94. The combined analysis of curves shows that at any relation of workers pressures, the degree of influence on the function of response increases due to more relation of diameters of the downlow openings

THE USE OF MOLECULAR BREEDING METHODS RESISTANCE TO NET BLOTCH OF BARLEY (REVIEW)

abstract 1131509093 issue 113 pp. 1315 – 1325 30.11.2015 ru 819
In recent years, due to the increasing aridity there was an increase in the frequency of epiphytoties leaf disease of barley. Therefore, we can see now how greatly increased the need for the creation of resistant grades. Introduction of the selection marker will significantly speed up the breeding process for resistance to pathogens. Employees of the All-Russian Institute of Plant Protection recommended three genes - Rpt 1b, Rpt 5, Rpt 6 to control the resistance to the pathogen Pyrenophora teres for use in breeding programs in the North Caucasus. Rpt 5 gene is one of the most efficient one, because it determines the resistance to the eight isolates of the fungus Pyrenophora teres of different origin. In 2011, Australian scientists have discovered microsatellite markers called Bmag0173 and HVM74, closely linked to the gene Rpt5, which are used very effectively in order to marker-assisted selection of resistant grades in Australia and Canada. Due to the urgency of creating new genotypes carrying resistance genes to net blotch, that would be effective in the Southern Federal Region, the staff of All-Russian Scientific-research institute of Grain Crops after I.G. Kalinenko and the All-Russian Research Institute of Plant after N.I. COLLECTION SAMPLES OF SOFT WINTER WHEAT TOLERANT TO LEAF RUST AND POWDERY MILDEW

abstract 1131509105 issue 113 pp. 1504 – 1513 30.11.2015 ru 762
Diseases cause great damage to agriculture, reducing yields and decreasing its quality. The losses are up to 20-30% of potential crop yields. Different types of rust and powdery mildew cause significant damage to wheat. Thereby, the growing of varieties tolerant to these diseases is of great importance at present. It allows solving such problems as the improvement of stability of grain production (especially in the epiphytotic time), improvement of its quality and reduction of prime cost of the product. Cultivation of resistant varieties gives the opportunity to avoid a use of crop protection chemicals and thus, to improve environment. The researches were carried out in the laboratory of intensive soft winter wheat breeding and seed-growing of FSBSI ARRIGC after I.G. Kalinenko in 2013-2015. The crop was sown in a bare fallow. 275 samples of soft winter wheat from the world collection VIR, Turkey (CIMMYT), new varieties of domestic and foreign breeding, varieties and constant selection lines of own selection were the subjects of the study. Favorable for disease development weather conditions allowed evaluating collection samples according to the degree of infection with leaf rust and powdery mildew under natural conditions. According to a complex resistance to leaf rust and powdery mildew we have distinguished the following samples: ‘Nakhodka’, ‘1226/98’, ‘662/99’, ‘1366/08’, ‘Patriarkh’ (Russia); ‘Shestopalivka’(Ukraine); ‘Simonida’ (Serbia); ‘MV 15-04’ (Hungary); ‘Rialto’ (England); ‘Menestrel’ (France); ‘№42 CIMMYT’ (US). Thus, our conducted study resulted in distinguishing the samples of soft winter wheat which are resistant to leaf rust and powdery mildew and are recommended to use as a source of resistance and tolerance to these pathogens. The samples with a combined resistance to both pathogens are of particular interest

The key task of the agriculture in Russia is the further improvement of grain production. Thus, prevention of losses of winter wheat yields because of the diseases remains relevant. The significance of varieties tolerant to diseases, especially to smut (fungus) is of primary importance. Therefore, it’s essential to create initial material for breeding of the varieties tolerant to smut. According to the results of the trials with artificial infection with pathogens, among the samples of winter wheat there have been identified varieties belonging to different groups of tolerance to smut. They are a highly sensitive cultivar ‘к-69361’ (Korea), a sensitive variety ‘Izyuminka’ (Russia), moderately sensitive variety ‘Asket’ (Russia) and almost tolerant variety ‘1621/03’ (Russia). We studied the reaction of the hybrids F2 on infection with smut in different variants of hybridization to obtain stable progeny. The correlation between the number of infected plants in parent and hybrid (F2) populations have been considered. The productive tillering of the plants has been determined in all variants of the trials; it was the least one on the plants with 100% of infected leaves. The hybrids F3 and F 4 have been distributed according to the degree of their tolerance to smut. For further work we have selected the lines with practical resistance to smut (fungus)

The studies were conducted in accordance with the thematic plan of scientific researches of the chair of crop and forage production of the Stavropol State Agrarian University. The soil surface of the experimental station of StavrGAU was presented as leached black soil. The technology of growing of maize on the experimental plot corresponds to the standard one for the present area and cultivar. The predecessor is winter wheat. Sowing was performed in three terms. The first (early) sowing term was carried out at t = + 7 ... +8 ° C. The second (recommended) - when t = + 10 ... + 12 ° C. The third (later) sowing time was carried out at t = +15 ° C. The plant density: early-maturing hybrids – 70 thousand pieces/ha, is mid-maturing ones – 60 thousand pieces/ha, middleripe – 50 thousand piece/ha, middle-later ones – 45 thousand pieces/ha. The scheme is single-row, with spacing of 70 cm. The application of the studied drug TMTD-plus helped to reduce the growing season of maize plants for one - four days. Thus, changing the sowing terms of maize hybrids and populations, we can largely control the development of plants changing the length of the growing season to two weeks and form a harvesting conveyor, thereby reducing the intensity of field work

METHODS OF MULTICRITERIA RANKING MODELING IN SOCIO-ECONOMIC RISKS

abstract 1131509002 issue 113 pp. 33 – 42 30.11.2015 ru 815
The aim of public health monitoring is to study the influence of environmental factors on health, identifying causal relationships, forecast the situation and the adoption of adequate solutions for management of the situation. One of the tasks of forecasting is the evaluation of risk, as well as indicators’ of a disease growth. The authors calculated the risk of spreading disease in the territory due to environmental factors (EF). Thus, it will be possible to make adequate solutions to detect and eliminate harmful EF. Consequently, decision-making for managing human habitations needs paying attention to the highest risk of the emergence and spreading of diseases, standing at the beginning of the ranked series, in order to identify causal relationships of environment and public health of the population. Mathematical model of evaluation index system such as "degree of concern" of the disease of population makes it possible to identify the most "risky" classes of diseases for different groups of the population, followed by determination of causal relationships due to the influence of environmental factors

FINANCIAL RISK ASSESSMENT OF AN AGRICULTURAL COMPANY ACCORDING TO REPORTING

abstract 1131509007 issue 113 pp. 90 – 104 30.11.2015 ru 867
The instruments of increasing competitive stability and decreasing financial risk of the company in the conditions of an economic crisis are considered in this article. The process of production in agriculture is closely related to the natural biological processes. Animals and plants function as means of production, and they are living organisms, developing on the biological laws that determine the dependence of the production process in the agricultural sector on natural factors. Besides, various soil climatic conditions have impact on results of economic activity of agricultural producers. Therefore, companies that work in rather worse natural zones are less competitive. The price factor doesn't provide financial well-being and doesn't reduce risk of bankrupt to such organizations. The economic situation in the country, emergence of new financial instruments and some other factors has essential impact on results of economic activity of an agrarian enterprise. Thus, the activity of the company in all its forms is connected with numerous risks, thus, financial risks play an essential role, generally, "a portfolio of risks". In this regard, an actual task in practice of an agrarian enterprise is the assessment of level of financial risk on the basis of accounting reports: the balance sheet records the financial situations of the organization at reporting date, and the report profits and losses results of financial activity. The system of internal control in various directions is necessary for risk management: acquisition of raw materials and materials, product sales, logistics, personals, finance and capital investments. A possibility of an agrarian company to estimate, to control and to operate its own risks is important competitive advantage, allowing to create financial and steady structure of the organization

The real facts presented in this article, demonstrate the great importance in today's world of strategic management, methods of analyses of innovations and investments and the role of the theory of decision-making in these economic disciplines. We have given the retrospective analysis of the development of nuclear physics research. For the development of fundamental and applied science in the second half of the twentieth century, we had a very great importance of the two events: the decision of US President Roosevelt to deploy nuclear program (adopted in response to a letter from Einstein) and the coincidence in time between the completion of the construction of nuclear bomb and the end of World War II. The nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki has determined the developments in science and technology for the entire second half of the twentieth century. For the first time in the entire history of the world the leaders of the leading countries clearly seen that fundamental research can bring great practical benefit (from the point of view of the leaders of countries). Namely, they can give the brand new super-powerful weapon. The consequence was a broad organizational and financial support of fundamental and deriving from them applied research. Initially, we used the term "nonformal information economy of the future", and then began to use the term "solidary information economy." In connection with Biocosmology and neo-Aristotelism preferred is an adequate term "functionalist organic information economy. Further development of our theory is the subject of this article. We begin with a brief review of the economic views of Aristotle and the basic ideas of solidary information economy. Then are substantiated the withering away of the Family, Private Property and the State. We discuss the evolution of money - from gold coins to IOUs and conventional units of circulation. We prove that the market economy has remained in the XIX century and the mainstream in modern economic science - justification of insolvency of a market economy and the need to move to a planned system of economic management. We examine the impact of ICT on economic activity. We develop the approaches to decision-making in the functionalist organic information economy. On the basis of modern decision theory (especially expert procedures) and information-communication technologies earthlings can get rid of chrematistics and will understand the term "economy" according to Aristotle

In this article, in accordance with the methodology of the Automated system-cognitive analysis (ASCanalysis), we examine the implementation of the 1st and 2nd stages of ASC-analysis: cognitive structuring and formalization of the subject area. At the stage of cognitive structurization of subject area, researchers decide what to consider as the object of modeling, the factors affecting it and the results of their actions. In accordance with the results of the cognitive structurization, we prepare the initial database for the study (training sample or case-based reasoning). At the stage of formalization of the subject area, the base of the original data is being normalized, i.e., we develop classification and description: the scale and graduations and with their use the base of the source data is being encoded. The result is a database of events (eventological database) and the training sample. The stage of cognitive structuring and preparation of the source data is not formalized and the formalization of the subject area is fully automated and performed directly with the use of the universal cognitive analytical system named "Eidos", which is a software Toolkit for ASC-analysis. Stages of cognitive structurization and formalization of the subject area of ASC-analysis are the first steps of data conversion into information and into knowledge. Subsequent steps: the synthesis and verification of system-cognitive model, the decision of problems of identification, forecasting and decision making, as well as studies of the modeled object by studying its model will be considered in future articles

In this step, we have synthesis and verification of 3 statistical and 7 system-cognitive models: ABS – matrix of the absolute frequencies, PRC1 and PRC2 – matrix of the conditional and unconditional distributions, INF1 and INF2 private criterion: the amount of knowledge based on A. Kharkevich, INF3 – private criterion: the Chi-square test: difference between the actual and the theoretically expected absolute frequencies INF4 and INF5 – private criterion: ROI - Return On Investment, INF6 and INF7 – private criterion: the difference between conditional and unconditional probability (coefficient of relationship). The reliability of the created models was assessed in accordance with the proposed metric is similar to the known F-test, but does not involve the performance of normal distribution, linearity of the object modeling, the independence and additivity acting factors. The accuracy of the obtained models was high enough to resolve the subsequent problems of identification, forecasting and decision making, as well as studies of the modeled object by studying its model, scheduled for consideration in future articles

FORMATION OF THE SUBJECTIVE (VIRTUAL) MODELS OF PHYSICAL AND SOCIAL REALITY BY HUMAN CONSCIOUSNESS AND GIVING THEM UNDUE ONTOLOGICAL STATUS (HYPOSTATIZATIONS)

abstract 1131509001 issue 113 pp. 1 – 32 30.11.2015 ru 997
On the one hand, man is a physical object and a person. Therefore, we interact with the reality, on one hand, directly as a physical object, but on the other hand as a person, i.e. indirectly through our psyche. On the basis of information from the senses, the consciousness of a person creates a subjective model of reality. A man mistakes his subjective model of reality for reality itself, i.e. unnecessarily assigns an ontological status, by the hypostatizations. In fact, as the reality a man perceives not reality itself, but only its subjective model of that reality. As a result, as a physical object, a person lives in the physical world, and as a person he lives in his subjective model of physical and social reality created on the basis of information coming to his senses directly and from the media. This work considers the process of formation of subjective 3D models reality based of large numbers of 2D images, a distinction is made in the content of terms: "Seeing" and "Sensing"; it also analyzes the transformation of objective facts into subjective perceptions of consciousness and back. As a result of hypostatizations of subjective models of reality, we may observe the same effects as in virtual reality (a reality effect; the effect of the presence; the effect of depersonalization; the effect of virtualization goals, values, and motivations). So, there is every reason to consider different subjective models of reality generated by different forms of consciousness, the virtual models. We study various consequences of these statements

RELIGIOUS TRANSGRESSION IN HETEROTOPIC SPACES

abstract 1131509018 issue 113 pp. 219 – 229 30.11.2015 ru 1587
Heterotopia, according to M. Foucault, is the space beyond all others, the space in which there are no familiar laws and regulations to the subject. It is obvious that behavioral stereotypes in such circumstances are undergoing all sorts of changes. People entering the heterotopia (especially in frontier heterotopia), is forced to adapt to new conditions and somehow the so-called act of transgression, i.e. to overstep the limits of the traditional behavior. It raises epistemological significance of the study of heterotopic transgression. The author, using Foucauldian approach to heterotopia, analyzes various forms of transgression, for the first time their classification is given. However, special attention is paid to religious transgressions, as heterotopic space often give ground for the emergence of new religious movements, branches, and sometimes even new religious systems. The author concludes that acts of transgression are a form of reaction to a meeting with an Alien in new for the subject of transgression conditions, which gives him the opportunity to adapt successfully to changing environmental conditions. All this corresponds to basic instincts of survival of the individual

MULTIDIMENSIONALITY OF SOCIAL REALITY AND CAUSAL ASYMMETRY OF TIME AS THEORETICAL BASES OF PHENOMENOLOGICAL AND SYSTEM APPROACHES TO THE PROBLEM OF SOCIAL FORECASTING

abstract 1131509075 issue 113 pp. 1033 – 1049 30.11.2015 ru 851
This article represents experience of a reflection over theoretical prerequisites of phenomenological and system approaches to a problem of forecasting of social reality. An object of research are the principle of multidimensionality of social reality in aspect of a determinism and indeterminism of social processes, and also the principle of causal asymmetry of time acting as the ontologic basis of multidimensionality of reality. It is claimed, that at the heart of statement of the major philosophical problems there is an experience of a touch to a phenomenon of multidimensionality of reality. Multidimensionality of reality is shown as a dependence of fundamental characteristics on the level of theoretical generalization and an intentionality of the consciousness registering reality in its existence. The hypothesis of multidimensionality of social reality assumes that social processes can be described and as strictly determined, predicted and as depending on a free will of the person depending on the level of theoretical generalization at which they are considered. The principle of causal asymmetry of time is a form of multidimensionality of time and a condition of multidimensionality of process, including social. At the heart of causal asymmetry of time, there is a systemacity of time, not reducibility of time neither to consciousness, nor to life. It is shown that is impossible differently as through the synthesizing activity of consciousness, to connect together two senses, equally directly related at the right time: duration keeping time in some equal unity of the moments and the variability, change of times expressing ontologic exclusiveness of the present moment. Multidimensionality and asymmetry of time can be considered as theoretical prerequisites of phenomenological and system approach to a problem of social forecasting

REALISM AS A COMPONENT OF THE DICHOTOMIC SYSTEM OF MATERIALISM AND IDEALISM FROM A HISTORICAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL POINT OF VIEW

abstract 1131509099 issue 113 pp. 1411 – 1426 30.11.2015 ru 874
Contemporary philosophical thought is able to find modern trends of development. The traditional materialistic and idealistic model turns out archaic and platitudinous. It is necessary to work out appropriate forms of reflection. In addition, a need exists for including the interpretation of being actual fundamental research. The history of Russian thought reveals that in the end of XIX century, when intellectual crisis was occurred, it was formed such philosophical trend as realism. The grounds of realism were the achievements of natural science on the one hand and on the other were the revolutionarydemocratic ideas of «the Sixties». Realism being aimed at the reinterpretation and transformation of practical life on the real foundations set itself the task to study the actual reality. Therefore, philosophical realism has received an active development in a domestic science. Natural scientists argued correlative unity of material and ideal in nature. Idealism was regarded as speculative (insignificant) philosophy and materialism was as a limitation of the cognitive space of being and nature. The advantages of philosophical realism are rationalism, syncretism, and criticism. Realism is a trend of thought which has not yet evolved and can be productive in resolving modern problems

Alekseev, as well as the changes implemented in this structure by generals A. I. Denikin and P. N. Wrangell. We have highlighted the high importance of an effective propaganda mechanism during the civil war and iIndicated the reasons why the propaganda machine on the "White South" lost the efficiency of similar structures of the Bolsheviks. We considered such reasons as the absence in the Volunteer army powerful single ideology, as the basis for further indoctrination, the Bolsheviks significant advantage in material and technical equipment and production capacity, and advantage in time, as the propaganda machine of the Bolsheviks began to form several years before the outbreak of the civil war. The article reveals the formation process of the news propaganda of the Department of diplomatic division and its subsequent reformation in the Publicity Agency (Oswag) of the Chairman of a Special meeting. We have also touched upon the dissolution of Osweg at P. N. Wrangel and the establishment of a number of departments executing its functions. It is concluded, that the changes in the structure of the propaganda of anti-Bolshevik movement in South Russia, were excessively complicated and mostly formal in nature, they did not solve existing problems, but only created new ones. It is noted, that the main task of all transformations in the apparatus of propaganda, i.e. to overcome the significant advantages of the propagandists of Bolshevism, was not achieved as a result of the considered structural reforms

LEGAL RELATIONSHIP AND SUCCESSION TO THE INHERITANCE

abstract 1131509116 issue 113 pp. 1649 – 1667 30.11.2015 ru 1591
The authors of the article consider and analyze various points of view upon hereditary legal relationship and the nature of universal succession to the inheritance. The matter of hereditary legal relationship appears due to the death of the testator. Hereditary legal relationship arises on various bases, which grow from the facts: discovery of inheritance, acceptance of inheritance, refusal of inheritance, execution of the will, hereditary transmission and other legal relationship. The authors come to the conclusion that the change of the testator as subject in any of the legal relationship existed during his lifetime is impossible without the whole complex of the hereditary relations, and while some (the relations on protection of hereditary property, division, etc.) can be avoided in the course of transition of hereditary property, the others (discovery of inheritance, acceptance of inheritance) are necessary. In each legal relationship the successor perceives the whole legal situation of the testator, that is in each legal relationship the rights which are the object of the relation will be passed to him. The contents of hereditary legal relationship claim that inheritance represents the transition order protected by the law after the death of a citizen (testator) of the things owned by him on the right of a private property, the property, and also property rights and duties to one or several persons (successors) as universal succession. In the case of universal hereditary succession, the rights and duties are passed to the successor with one act, without a transfer by their first owner, and the passed rights and duties continue to be estimated on the identity of the first owner. Finally the authors come to the conclusion that universality designates transition of the rights as well as the testator’s duties (except those inseparably linked with the identity of the testator) as a whole when the successor can't selectively accept some rights and duties, having refused the others. Restriction of responsibility of the successor for the testator's debts with the size of hereditary volume does not change the essence of universal succession in this regard

The historical and the comparative legal methods of the research have enabled to identify the essential differences of the employed models of building leasehold and the specific features of their application in the countries of roman-germanic law and in the Commonwealth of Independent States. There have been studied the approaches of the domestic civilized doctrine in terms of building leasehold and the specific features of its implementation in the draft version of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. There has been affirmed that the draft version of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation admits the existence of the two models of the building leasehold: the design one and the classical one. There has been applied critical approach to the analysis of the design model of building leasehold in comparison with its Roman and Germanic legal constructions; there have been presented recommendations for its improvement. It is proposed to abandon the temporary ownership of the premises in the building constructed based on the Treaty on the law of the land. We proposed to replace it with a specific property right – "right of superficies". The task of our study was to create base images of agricultural plants on the basis of works of art of past centuries, as a demonstration of the development of scientific breeding of agricultural plants. In this regard, to achieve this goal, we have been collected images of agricultural plants from the 15th to the 21st century, given their modern counterparts. Paintings in the educational process in courses of such disciplines as "History of agronomy" can be regarded as the object of analysis; material for study; a tool for gathering information, the resource information on individual characteristics. A common criterion of the approach to painting, as a tool of analysis, is the fact that an illustration, an image or other biological phenomena, recreate the form, the essence of the research object or phenomenon. It is shown, that the use of paintings as documentary, the changes of plants, in our opinion is interesting and relevant methodical approach in the modern educational technology. On the basis of the analysis of documents, publications of scientists and periodical materials we considered particular training and education of cadets and students of maritime educational institutions in the post-Soviet republics. The acquisition of independence by the former Soviet republics demanded the creation and strengthening of their own statehood. The most important task for the newly independent states was the establishment of an effective system of higher professional education (HPE), for the purpose of training national personnel for its own economy. One of the components of HPE for each republic is marine colleges. Establishment of Maritime Universities in those young states has been performed, in a rather short period. The most characteristic of them is a reorientation of the teaching factor of educational activities in the international and European standards. Now the system of training in marine universities meet the requirements of the International Convection on Training and Certification and Watch keeping for Seafarers, as amended, and other international conventions, which gives graduates the right to work on all types of vessels of domestic and foreign shipping companies. Nevertheless, for the process of educating and education of future naval professionals some problems are peculiar related to the lacks of the special and educational literature on national languages, by the shortage of the prepared teachers with experience of swimming on the courts of marine transport, sufficient financing. In educator work with students of marine institutions of higher education, a course is taken on forming patriotism for them, tolerance, volunteering, nationally spiritual values. Practically for every former soviet republic in patriotic education of students it is peculiar to have a specific system, features, but at the same time there are general lines: system, orientation on national traditions, close connection with a defensive capacity and forming of readiness to defend freedom and independence
