«PROFESSOR GUZUN» – A NEW GREECE-RUSSIAN HIGH QUALITY PINK BERRY WINE GRAPE VARIETY

abstract 0551001004 issue 55 pp. 43 – 57 31.01.2010 ru 2597
The sort of grapes "Professor Guzun" is hybridized, created as a result of the Greek-Russian scientific creative cooperation, is deduced in Greece by Pantelei Zamanidi and Leonid Troshin in 2001 by crossing of grades Moskhofilero and Merlo. Under morphological and physiological characteristics it is included in a group of grades of pool of Black sea (convar. pontica subconvar. balcanica Negr.). Duration of production period is 146-155 days. Growth of arms is strong. Productivity is very high. Average weight of a cluster is 320 gr. The sort is rather winter-hardy and frigostable. It is characterized by higher stability to mildew, oidioum and grey decay in comparison with the Black Sea wine grades. Drought resistance is higher than grades of the West European group The flower is hermaphroditic. Grapes are average size or bigger, conic, average density. A berry of average size, roundish, dark pink color. A peel is tight. Pulp is juicy, with the sort taste. Sugar content is high. The grade is intended for manufacturing of high-quality dry, champagne, strong or dessert wines of different categories

OPTIMIZATION OF NUTRIENT MEDIUM COMPOSITION BY THE MATHEMATICAL DESIGN OF EXPERIMENT FOR SHOOT TIP DEVELOPMENT IN FOUR GRAPEVINE GENOTYPES

abstract 0551001005 issue 55 pp. 58 – 75 31.01.2010 ru 1906
Nutrient media for shoot development from shoot tips 0.5-0.8 mm with several leaf primordia in four grapevine genotypes were optimized by means of a mathematical design of experiment. Over the range of component concentrations CaCl2 had considerable the highest effect on shoot tip development compared to other components of the media. Grapevine genotypes were different in their needs for concentrations of macro-elements to optimize the process of their growth and development. Shoot development from shoot tips in each grapevine genotype as a function of macro-element concentrations in media must be described by an individual regression equation. The proposed method of result evaluation and the mathematical design of experiment may be used in physiological and agricultural research for optimization of processes affected by numerous factors. The optimized media for shoot tip development may by used for sanitation of grape plants from viruses in meristem cultures

It is typical for shops, hospitals, schools, telecommunications, fire-brigades, civil administrations and others. Especially that influence on increasing of transportation expenses for large farms which depends in second power from its agriculture land square. It absorbs large scale production effects. Therefore small farms works successfully in market conditions of USA, Poland, Germany and other countries

LOCALIZATION AND ADAPTATION OF TECHNIQUE OF DIREСT-COSTING FOR THE ENTERPRISES, BRANCHES AND REGIONS WITH A.S.K. - ANALYSIS APPLICATION (upon materials of Krasnodar region). PART 1.

abstract 0551001020 issue 55 pp. 259 – 273 31.01.2010 ru 2964
The essence of perspective method of Direct-costing" consists of use of direct variable expenses which directly concern on production cost price (so-called relevant expenses), not only for the account, but first of all as factors of management of volumes of manufacture of various kinds of production. However this method has a number of lacks: first, this analysis is carried out within the limits of system of controlling of the enterprise, instead of branches and diversified agrarian and industrial complex of region; secondly, in calculations of this method is accepted, that production volumes linearly depend on expenses for its manufacture that is true only at extensive evolution of manufacture, in the narrow limits defined enough at which manufacture volumes can increase extensively without technology and organization change; thirdly, in calculations of this method the force and direction of influence of factors, and also a kind of function of this influence is not defined. Overcoming of these lacks could raise efficiency of the Direct-costing method and expand area of its application. However, this problem was not set and was not solved, first of all, because of absence of a corresponding mathematical method, and also program toolkit realizing it and a technique of its application. In this work the given problem is set and its complex decision is offered. Numerical examples are resulted
