The dynamics of the state of spin of the radical oxygen-carbon pair are observed. By way of mathematical modeling, optimal conditions for conducting experiments to obtain the maximum meaningful coefficient of division of carbon isotopes was established
Movement of geographical and magnetic poles versus celestial bodies’ positions is examined on the basis of the special and general relativity theory.
The article’s conclusion is that for adequate and effective inflation modeling in Russia by means of modern neuronet technologies it is necessary to consider tendencies of economic development. For training and forecast, it is necessary to use only those periods of time within the limits of which identical economic tendencies work. The article uses modern tool means, such as neuronet, which is offered to technology, for approximation and forecasting of rates of inflation
Researches in plasma methods for isotopes separation and analyze of the results were done. Results show high values of separation coefficient for intermediate products during the last years. It is shown by us, that these factors will be considerably reduced in the subsequent plasma processes and a way of freezing of high value of factor of division of isotopes

The article deals with the issue of alternating irradiator installation for growing plants in protected soil. The point of the method of illuminative installation con-sists in periodical influence of relatively high irradiance upon plants against a background of constant influence of relatively low one. It reduces plant radia-tion irregularity, improves the quality of agricultural products and cuts down energy-output ratio of growing processes.

In this innovational section the results of two-year test of technology of influence of biologically active substances "Rostock", "Kremniy", «Lignogumat kaliya» and "Zircon", and also water activated through the matrixes of these substances by means of "Akvator" device grape plants of Bianka variety are presented. Researches have shown, that the water activated by "Akvator" device, possesses surprising abilities, its influence on a grape plant exceeds influence of BAS solutions more than in 1,3 times by efficiency

In the North Caucasus there is about 50% of fruit plantations of the old type: stocks with strong and low power of growth, planting density from 320 to 416 trees/ha. The trees reach 6 feet high, the crown is thickened, minor crops and poor quality. One of the main causes of low profitability of such plantations is low intensity of pruning

There are materials about different genetic methods of metotical and meyotic autopolyploid of grapes in the article. Main morphodiagnostical signs of autopolyploids in it are pointed. New forms and varieties of grape may easily form with the help of genomic mutation. The experimental polyploid on grape leads to functional changes, which helps to become aliveness and stable in bad environment. The increasing of such kind of main genetic signs in grape, as high stable to bad ecological facts, illness and insects, high growing, seedless, high productive from bush, becoming sugar gather in fruits and bioactive elements in juice, etc., so it is possible to solve it only in moving to the new level of ploidy

collected in the North Caucasus. We have described
allelic diversity and identified four haplotypes. All the
populations were closely related while being examined
using a factor of Nei's genetic distance (Dn), with the
exception of indigenous varieties of Armenia.

The results of studies of the effect of different types of formation to the content of pigments in the leaves of apple trees in the central zone of Horticulture Kuban Krasnodar region. It is determined, that the content of chlorophyll «a» and «b» in the leaves is seasonal and depends on the biology class. The highest amount of chlorophyll in the leaves of apple in the autumn varieties (Prima, Gala) cultivars has been observed in August, in the winter varieties (Reinette Simirenko, Florine) - in September
We studied the architecture of the root system of apple tree varieties (Idared, Golden Delicious, Rei-nette Simirenko, Florina grafted on the rootstock M9), planted in 2003, according to the scheme 4 x 1 and formed by type: Russian spindle (k) Knip Baum, Bee Baum, Sollux.
We found out that on mid loamy soil with drip irri-gation, the bulk of the roots located at a depth of 10 - 60 cm regardless of the type of crown formation. Large (more than 3 mm) roots of Reinette Simirenko and Florin varieties of trees in age of seven have penetrated to a depth of 60 - 80 cm while forming Russian spindle and Knip Baum crown-type and their length and their weight was
5 – 8% of the overall performance
The article presents the results obtained in experi-ments at the effect of the formation of crown of apple varieties, such as Idared, Golden Delicious, Florina and Reinette Simirenko on economic affect in Kuban region fruit zone. The estimation of different types of forming crowns is given. The best results were obtained in forming crowns in type of Bee Baum and Sollux for all varieties

Extreme-right’s counteraction to the attempts of the liberal-revolutionary movement to undermine integrity of the country was conditioned by conservative foundation of the Black Hundred’s ideology, which had primary function to protect national tradition. The author gives their system of argumentation aimed at conservation of the unity and integrity of the empire in comparison with position of opposition groups

Starting from conservative foundation of extreme-right doctrine, the Black Hundred divided national minorities into friendly and hostile. Belonging to the friendly peoples determined not by ethnic origin, but by acceptance of basic values of Russian civilization - Orthodoxy, autocracy, nationality. This approach caused international nature of the right-monarchical movement
