This research is aimed to evaluate the prebiotic potential of lactitol and chitosan succinate using the vitro fermentation model. Four substrates (raftilos, lactitol, cellulose, chitosan succinate) were tested in vitro, using Batch culture fermentation method with fermentation of mixed human faecal microflora . Measurement of prebiotic effect (MPE) values were generated comparing bacterial changes through determination of maximum growth rates of groups, rate of substrate assimilation and production of lactate and short chain fatty acids. The present study applied the MPE theory to evaluate the in vitro prebiotic potential of substrates as novel prebiotics

The researches have been carried out on hogs of Steppe type (ST) of fast-ripening meat breed (FM – 1), large white breed (LW) and their cross-breeds ST*LW, LW*ST. Researches showed that gilts LW excelled the patterns of PSE – port in pH. NOR – port, in its turn, was distinguished by higher contents of components composing dry and organic matter. The superiority of cross-bred hogs ST*LW over LW*ST according to the quantity of triptofan in pork was determined. The analysis of physic-chemical properties of fat has shown, that gilts of Steppe type with PSE – pork were distinguished by lowered to of fat melting and increased iodine quantity against NOR – quality pork

In the article, the problem of a performance evaluation of activity of municipal unions in the field of guardianship and guardianship is stated and its solution, based on application of system-cognitive analysis and its tooling ("Eidos" intellectual system) is offered. The article discovers specific features typical to a man of world-attitude and world-view. Making comparative analysis of these phenomena of human consciousness, the author reveals the notion-forming features of each of them. World-attitude has such features as subjectiveness and discontinuity, world-view’s attributes are subjectification and continuity. At the same time both phenomena are characterized by process, intentionality and contextuality, which show up in essentially different ways
