Qualitative and quantitative composition of the low-molecular carboxylic acids (CA) which were contained in the cultural liquid (CL) of the four strains of Escherichia coli and Salmonella enteritidis var.Issatchenko was investigated. The differences in the composition of the CA were shown, their dynamics during the bacterial growth and their total concentration in CL were strain specific characteristic. The differences in the composition and dynamics of the CA, which are specific only to probiotic and opportunistic strains were revealed

The zone of attraction of hauling branches in an allocation scheme based on the roads in "herringbone" forest resources is divided into 'near' and 'distant' parts with respect to location of contiguity point to forest road. In the "distant" part at certain parameters of cutting area, it is advisable to lay spar roads to a branch at an angle equal to the optimal angle of junction of branch to line, which reduces the cost of removal of wood on the branch. The analytic dependence for slope correction calculation is obtained. This correction is introduced in the formula for calculating the area of earth roadbed cross-section. It allows detailing the volume of road earthwork at the design stage. The correction size depends on the slope steepness as well as cross-sectional parameters of the earth roadbed. The calculations show that the correction size is essential if ratio of slope is 25 or less

The effects of tillage, minimum and combined treatment on the structure of the southern black soil and crop yield of such winter wheat as Tanais, and Petrovchanka Ayvina have been studied. It is revealed, that the most stalwart and giving more than the number of productive stalks is a sort of Petrovchanka. The highest yield of winter wheat was obtained with plowing, and the lowest - with combined processing unit. The most productive variety was Petrovchanka.s

Remineralization of leached black soil was carried out by making such rocks as loess-like loam, shell limestone, apatite phosphogypsum. The manganese content in relation to the control increased by 13-15%, 25-30% for copper, zinc, 35-45%, 25-30% cobalt, and molybdenum in 2-3 times, and especially when combined application of rock. The article presents the research results of eight grapes rhizogenesis of different genetic origin of the cuttings after treatment with 0.01% solution of IAA for 24 h. It was found, that the activity of regenerative processes in grape cuttings depends on the varietal characteristics, storage conditions and the activation of IAA. It leads to disruption of existing natural correlations, including suppressing the longitudinal polarity. Root-growing ability of cuttings is a genetically determined feature: the effect of IAA did not cause the stability of the positive reaction; it is determined by genotype and depends on the quality and physiological condition of the cuttings

In the article, the author carries out the analysis and reveals dynamics of gold and exchange (international) reserves of the leading countries of the world, in the conditions of currency and financial crisis. The obtained data of the international reserves confirms that the largest developing countries are now in more advantageous position, in comparison with the developed countries. In medium-term prospect, it will promote that gradually national currencies of developing countries will begin to take more and more worthy place along with dollar and euro

During its historical development the Yakut language has absorbed some foreign-language terms which surely influenced to the development of Yakut terms of relationship
