In the article, we have considered the application of a system-cognitive analysis and the Eidos-X++ intellec-tual system to create complex multifactor models of nonlinear control objects on the basis of noisy frag-mented empirical data of large dimension and for the use of these models to solve problems of forecasting, executive decision making and research of the model objects. We have formulated the systematic generalization of the principle of Ashby (for nonlinear systems). The numerical example of a study of an abstract nonlinear system (Lissajous figures), in which the combined effect of multiple factors is the sum of the influences of each of these factors separately, that says about non-compliance of these factors, the principle of superposition and nonlinear effects in the system under consideration. It is shown, that the proposed device and software tools allow us to model such systems. We note, that the proposed device and instrumentation allow to interpret some classification scale, as projected geographical coordinates of the event, and others, like the foreseeable events and their severity, which allows you to get cartographic visualization of recognition of the place and time of events
We consider the nonparametric problem of reneval dependence, which is described by the sum of a linear trend and periodic function with a known period. We obtain the asymptotic distribution of the parameter estimates and the trend component. The methods of estimating the periodic component and designing in-terval forecast. In the model of the points of observa-tion, natural for applications, justified by the condi-tions of use. This article proposes a generalized principle of relativity, similar to Galileo's principle of relativity Ein-stein, but for all kinds of real and virtual systems, not just the physical, hypothesis about his relationship with the theorem of Emmy Noether and laws of con-servation of energy, momentum and angular momen-tum in the socio-economic and psychological systems. On the basis of the information theory of time and information theory of value (E.V. Lutsenko, 1980), the conclusions about the non-uniformity of the course of time in social systems, inhomogeneity and anisotropy's of a bench economic space and violations of the laws of conservation of energy, momentum and angular momentum in social systems, and accordingly, of a failure to comply or only partial implementation for them the generalized principle of relativity have been made in the article

On the basis of local semantic information of the models of California the dependence of parameters seismic activity on the position of the space objects has been investigated and the model of short-term earthquake prediction has been created. The formal criteria of astronomical parameters of high informative value in the preparation and implementation of earthquakes have been established. On the example of semantic models, we have developed criteria for seismic hazard zones for individual study of the region of California 2x2 degrees of longitude and latitude with regard to the intended depth of the hypo-center and magnitude of possible earthquakes
Intensity parameters of neodymium ions in doped SrWO4 monocrystals, grown by modified Czochralski method, are calculated. Changes in the values of these parameters when replacing the tungsten atoms W6+ atoms of molybdenum Мo6+ in the matrices SrMeO4 with the scheelite structure due to less screening of the nucleus Мo6+ compared with W6+ are shown
In this article, a model of preons electric currents caused by the motion of preons in the electron shells and nuclear shells is proposed. It is assumed that preons currents may contribute to the conductivity of the material than, for example, due to different sign of the charge carriers to be determined by the Hall effect. It is shown that in metals and semiconductors, nuclear reactions can occur with rapid interruption of the current. An explanation of the known results on the transmutation of elements obtained in the explosion current-carrying conductors
It is shown, that the hadron mass spectrum can be associated with the energy of the excited states of gluon condensate. Gluon thermodynamics is built on the basis of this concept. The transition temperature of hadronic matter to the quark-gluon plasma calculated on the basis of this model is about 175,856 MeV, which is consistent with experimental data and calculations based on lattice quantum chromodynamics (LQCD)
In a scalar approximation the distribution of a gluon condensate in a glueball is calculated. In this approximation the SU(3) gauge fields are separated on two parts: (1) is the subgroup, (2) is the coset . Using an approximate nonperturbative quantization technique two scalar fields are applied for the description of the SU(2) and coset degrees of freedom. In this approach 2-point Green's functions are a bilinear combination of scalar fields and 4-point Green's functions are the product of 2-points Green's functions

The peculiarities of vegetative propagation of ornamental plant Hypericum forrestii (Hypericaceae) by cuttings under conditions of the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar region have been studied. It has been found that summer cuttings of lignified and semi-lignified propagula are the best for vegetative propagation of Hypericum forrestii
Accounting stands (1959, 1977, 2007) revealed reduction of areas dominated by deciduous species and larch in the State Nature Reserve "Stolby". Area stands of fir and pine increased. Area stands of cedar and spruce didn’t change over the last 50 years. Deciduous stands differs rapid accumulation of stock, but they have productivity lower then conifers. There is a shift in even-aged stands to multiple-aged stands in coniferous formations. They are close to a climax state. Cedars grow on the type of the even-aged stands, because they appeared in the area recently

The influence of exogenous form of heavy metals intake on their transformation in the soil is determined during the model experiment. Distinctions in quantity of extracted mobile compounds of heavy metals in the soil depending on a form of addition various connections of Cu and Zn are established. The smallest mobility of Cu and Zn at addition of heavy metal oxides is observed. It is established that Cu accumulates mainly in the fraction connected with organic matter, Zn accumulates in residual fraction and in the fraction connected with ferric oxide and manganese oxide by consecutive fractionation technique

Significant changes in mountain ecosystems occur after deforestation on limestone massifs of the Western Caucasus. Tall-mountain-meadow vegetation with a large variety of species formed at low and medium soil disturbance 3 years after logging. Physical and biological properties of calcareous soils also vary greatly. The values of biological activity decrease at the maximum load is more than 10 times. Biological activity is increased by 20-50% or more cutting stations with low disorders. Biological properties of soils (especially the enzymatic activity) are very sensitive indicators of changes that have occurred as a result of logging. Changes in the activity of soil hydrolases different from changing oxidase activity at different times after logging

The negative economic consequences of using sun-flower seeds infested by molds Phomopsis helianthi Munt. Cvet. et al. as inoculums are described in the article. The necessity of finding the ways of these molds inactivation alternative to the way of chemical disinfection, and the advantages of usage of electro-physical ways of seeds’ treatment for this purpose and in particular electromagnetic field (EMF) of microwave frequency (MWF) are explained. The construction of the laboratory experimental setup is shown, on the bases of which the process of Flagman variety of sunflower seeds disinfection EMF MWF is researched. The testing technique is described too. The observable sowing sunflower with the starting infection rate by phomopsis at 22% is treated for different durations in the EMF MWF, being in either static or continuously mowing layers. As result of these experiments the particular rates of treatment providing the total disinfection of sunflower seeds from molds Phomopsis helianthi Munt. Cvet. et al. are revealed and the discovered contradictions in the experiments’ results are explained

The article is devoted to the formation and transfor-mation of trihalomethanes (THMs) in water supply system of Baghdad (Iraq). The results of research work show the dependences of THMs concentration in the tap water on the distance from water treatment plants, chlorine residual and water temperature. It is shown that the way to reduce THMs in Baghdad water supply network is to use the chlorine dioxide for chlorination as well as sorption treatment in case of preliminary chlorination

The article presents the data on testing of varieties of the Austrian selection in the conditions of the central zone of the Krasnodar region. Phenological observations, winter hardiness and productivity analyzed. The influences of the seeding rate on productivity of the varieties have been discussed
As the result of 4-year researches there were studied the main economic characteristics of the apple-tree varieties Retina, Renora, Revena Reanda, Remo and Piccolo. The varieties that were positive selected in fruit crop productivity, quality and keeping capacity were recommended for wide productive experiments. There was shown the possibility of use of studied alien varieties as pollinators
A comparison of quantitative and qualitative performance of the selected clones of breeding of A.S. Yablokov and S.N. Bagaev has been made. At the same forest conditions, the clones are much higher than regular at reserves, the absolute completeness, the average heights and diameters of trees. Gigantic forms of P. tremula L. are resistant to infectious diseases, and at the fifth grade are characterized by good sanitary condition. We have also shown the economic feasibility of using of fast-growing clones in the genetic reserve for the organization of giant aspen of P. tremula L. plantation
