BIOCHEMICAL COMPOSITION OF WINE MATERIALS FROM INTRODUCED GRAPE VARIETIES GROWN IN THE TEMRIUK DISTRICT OF THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1011407009 issue 101 pp. 136 – 150 30.09.2014 ru 1722
Introduced grape varieties such as Ancelotti, Bachka, Johanniter, Morava and Solaris which were grown in the conditions of Taman provided production of high yields of grapes with standard conditions of sweetness and acidity of grape juice that were useful for the technical processing of not only tableware, but also for special wines, in particular, dessert. Organoleptic properties of all the studied wine materials from grapes of these varieties were of high quality, which was con-firmed by their tasting evaluation. They are recom-mended for the preparation of organic (bio) wines. The "Biologik" wine in 2012 received a certificate of the high points at the international exhibition in Italy (Rome), and the wine from red grape variety Ancelotti for several years, winning awards from international wine competitions ("Yalta. OPTIMIZING CONDITIONS FOR INTRODUCTION OF RASPBERRY AND BLACKBERRY INTO CULTIVATION IN VITRO

abstract 1011407025 issue 101 pp. 438 – 449 30.09.2014 ru 843
We have studied survival and regeneration rate of raspberries and blackberries buds when introducing into cultivation in vitro during October. The rate was significantly higher for buds taken in October than that for ones taken in February. At the first stage of micropropagation, for the most of studied varieties of raspberries, cultivation on nutrient medium contained BAP (0.5 mg/l) and GA (0.2 mg/l) was most successful; for blackberries, increasing concentration of hormones (BAP to 1.0 mg/l and GA to 0.5 mg/l) was better

ECOLOGICAL BASIS OF FUNCTIONING OF MIXED SOWINGS

abstract 1011407031 issue 101 pp. 522 – 551 30.09.2014 ru 1273
Creation of joint sowings is very complicated modern environmental problem and the solution is impossible without a comprehensive study of the relationship between individuals of different species that are emerging at the level of a plant community. Studying biotic relationships between taxa used in these crops is very important; joint crops include combinations (sowing crops in rows) and mixed crops (crop seeds mixed and sown together); great attention in the mixed and combined sowings has been paid to selection and combination of cultures

ECOLOGICAL CONDITION OF AGROLANDSCAPES OF THE KUBAN REGION

abstract 1011407032 issue 101 pp. 552 – 577 30.09.2014 ru 1327
The condition of agrolandscape systems of Kuban has limited number of natural factors, among which an important place is occupied by temperature, moisture, nutrients and places with weediness of sown areas. Basic soils are occupied by cultivation of agricultural crops with a significant presence of segetal communities in the tilled crops, as well as field protective strips. In soils of agricultural landscapes there are actively developing bacteria, actinomycetes and microscopic fungi, the representatives of mesofauna, qualitative composition of which is very varied. When characterizing the soils we can mark a broad aspect of their contamination with heavy metals and oil, as well we pay attention to peculiarities of agriculture
