METHODS OF DESTROYING COMMON RAGWEED IN SUNFLOWER CROPS IN THE KRASNODAR REGION

abstract 1211607069 issue 121 pp. 1110 – 1120 30.09.2016 ru 670
Ragweed plant became quarantine malware on the territory of Southern Russia. In the Krasnodar region it has been extended to the territory of more than 4.62 million hectares. In the areas of its growth, it causes great damage to agriculture. By developing a strong root system and aboveground, it inhibits the row crops, especially sunflower. Another problem with this weed is producing large amounts of pollen that causes allergic reactions in the majority of residents of the province. This article discusses the importance of using modern methods of ragweed oppression, including chemical and biological methods in sunflower crops

METHODOLOGY FOR FROST-RESISTANCE DETERMINING OF GRAPE VARIETIES (BASED ON EXAMPLE OF STAGE AND CHARACTER OF DAMAGING WINTER BUDS IN GRAPE BUSHES IN JANUARY 2015 IN ZAO “POBEDA” IN TEMRIUK DISTRICT

abstract 1061502082 issue 106 pp. 1219 – 1242 28.02.2015 ru 1002
In January 2015, at the Vineyard and ZAO "Pobeda" in Temryuk District of the Krasnodar region, the thermometer dropped to minus 21,6 C, which resulted in significant damage to the central wintering buds. The article presents a method of determining the degree of damage of wintering buds. Based on the results of inspection of variety by sections divided into 3 groups. Group 1: saved between 40 and 72% central. This group includes the following 7 varieties : Pervenets Magaracha (uch. 64) Gibernal (uch. 74/3), Viorica (uch. 77), Riton (uch. 66), Riesling (uch. 82), Traminer (uch. 73/2), Chardonnay (uch. 73/3). Cutting of bushes should be carried out by the usual way. The task of cutting - compensate the loss of crops due to leaving the greater load. Group 2: Central buds was damaged nearly 70-85%, saved from 20 to 35% of replacement buds. This group includes Merlot (uch. 83), Tsitronyy Magaracha (uch. 69), Augustine (uch. 66), Saperavi (uch. 79), Chardonnay (uch. 74/1), Muscat white (uch. 73) Cabernet Sauvignon (uch. 80). During cutting should be left as much as possible of annual shoots and well-developed secondary shoots. Group 3: damaged more than 85% of central buds, replacement buds significantly damaged . To this group assigned Saperavi (uch. 80), Pinot blanc (uch. 74), Merlot (uch. 80/2), Moldova (uch. 70), Chardonnay (uch. 68), Moldova (uch. 22) Kaberne- Sauvignon (uch. 68), Moldova (uch. 38), Arkadia (uch. 78), Tsimlyansky black (uch. 68). Pre-cutting consists in removing all clearly dead and unusable parts of the bush (dried vines, stumps, annual shoots) that will accelerate the development of shoots from the angular buds and resting buds. Considering the high plasticity of grape plants, can not only in accelerated way to restore the crown of bushes damaged by frost, but also get a crop in the current year, using special methods of agricultural technology

abstract 1031409025 issue 103 pp. 379 – 391 30.11.2014 ru 1260
There were determined the close correlation dependence between the energy of propagation of wheat seeds sunk in water in which the grape cuttings were rooted on one side and the rooting and output of cuttings with three roots and more on other side by the authors. There were the equations of regression for prognosis of rooting and output of cuttings with three roots and more

METHOD OF INCREASING THE PRODUCTIVITY OF BROILER CHICKENS THROUGH THE USE OF FUNCTIONAL ADDITIVE

abstract 1211607120 issue 121 pp. 1897 – 1906 30.09.2016 ru 472
In the experimental work, we studied the effect of the inulin prebiotic on the growth, development and efficiency of growing broiler chickens of the Isa cross. In accordance with the scheme of the experiment, the first control group was fed a complete feed (CF) by periods of growth. In the second group, inulin was added to the CF for the first 21 days of growth. In the third group prebiotic was added to the CF at the same rate throughout the whole period of rearing the chicks (42 days). In the second and third groups, we found the tendency to increase the intensity of growth rate in poultry by 1.6 and 3.0%, respectively, compared with the control. Feed costs for weight gain were decreased by 2.1-2.7%. In the chime of the blind processes of the intestine of the chickens of 2-3 experimental groups it was found the reduction of staphylococci and enterococci CFU, while similar to the control group lactobacilli CFU. The muscle tissue in the chickens of experimental groups had greater protein content. The optimal range of indicators is the use of inulin for the first 21 days of rearing poultry. Because of the production audit, an increase in live weight of chickens was found, in the experimental group by 2.7% (p ≤ 0.05), a decrease of feed costs by 7.5%, increase of the survival rate of poultry by 2.0% and profitability by 3.1%

MECHANISM OF IMPACT OF OZONE AND AIR MIX ON SEEDS OF CORN AND TECHNIQUE OF CARRYING OUT THE PILOT STUDY OF INFLUENCE OF ELECTRIC OZONIZATION ON GROWTH PROCESSES OF SEEDS

abstract 1051501047 issue 105 pp. 774 – 786 30.01.2015 ru 1040
Increasing the yield of crops is a global challenge posed by the scientists from all over the world. To achieve this goal, we use various methods such as: engineering, agro-technical, agronomic, chemical, physico-chemical and so on. We conducted a theoretical study, which showed that the use of physical and chemical methods of treating seed before sowing has a positive effect on the growth processes of seeds. One of such methods is an ozone treatment, which has established itself as a quality growth stimulator of agricultural plants. But despite numerous studies there is no clear description of the mechanism of ozone effects on seeds. In this article, based on our theoretical study, we have presented a material that allows revealing the positive effects of ozone exposure to the seed. To confirm these theoretical results, we have decided to conduct a pilot study. In connection with what, in this article we have included the materials containing information on laboratory equipment and methods of the experiment. We have also presented measuring equipment and methods of iodine-metric method for determining the concentration of ozone in the ozone-air mixture, exact conformance with calibration gas analyzer which will allow to obtain reliable data on the dose effects of ozone on the grain

MEAT PRODUCTIVITY OF CROSSBRED SHEEP CALVES

abstract 1051501049 issue 105 pp. 802 – 812 30.01.2015 ru 913
The article presents the results of the control slaughter of purebred and crossbred lambs. It was found that the index of compactness and the main killer performance superiority had two or three breed lambs obtained from crosses involving sheep southern meat breed. The experimental animals were taken measurements of carcasses, which give a fairly complete and objective view of the differences in the length of the torso, hips, mascara and hip girth. There are specific differences in the yield of the most valuable cuts of the first grade the rams depending on the origin. The superiority of crossbred calves over the control for this indicator amounted to 16.4 and 33.4%. The chemical composition of the meat fine-wool lambs contained more moisture and less fat and less calories than meat crossbred animals. Increasing the hybrids values of the protein quality index indicates an increase in meat share of muscle proteins and the reduction of connective tissue, and consequently, improving the quality of the raw meat. Animals obtained by crossing, have wide and deep body, well-developed muscles of the thighs, the best quality characteristics of meat productivity
