In the presented article we deal with the recently enhanced group of researchers under the name of COST ACTION FA 1003 – cooperation in science and technology http://www.diprove.unimi.it/GRAPENET/index.php), previously developed and published by three organizations - OIV (International Organization of Grape and Wine - МОВВ), UPOV (international Union for the Protection of Achievements of crop production) and IBPGR (International Commission of Plant Genetic Resources), which was renamed later into the IPGRI (International Plant Genetic Resources Institute) and named recently IPGRI - typically built guidelines for the descriptions of the objects of research - the so-called classifiers of plants. It contains the Russian-language version of the reflected descriptors #401-462 on the evaluation of stability of plants of grapes to the soil, and biotic and abiotic stressors, when they are used to speed up the modern selection process. Results of the fifth International Conference (KubSAU,2007) on problems of vintage, characteristics and storage of perishing wild and native grape of the North Caucasus and the Black Sea area regions are dealt with in the review article. In particular, assessment of wild grape in the places of its initial origin was carried out, world gene pool was enriched on three hundred patterns, methods of molecular marking of grape genotypes and ampelographic screening of two subspecies Vitis Vinifera L. were improved, international data bank was created and variant of regional ampelography was written.

INTERRELATION OF VARIOUS FORMS OF COMPOUNDS HEAVY METALS IN AN ARABLE LAYER OF EARTH AND THEIR ACCUMULATION IN GRAIN OF WINTER CROPS

In the article we consider the influence of agricultural technologies of cultivation of winter crops on existence of various forms of heavy metals in an arable layer of earth in the conditions and their accumulation in grain production. The gross content of compounds of copper in an arable layer of black leached soil is above background values (maximum concentration limit 1,5-1,7), a share of the fixed connections makes 75 %. The gross content of zinc exceeds background value for chernozems (1,25 clark). The correlation of the water mode of the soil and the content of mobile compounds of heavy metals in an arable layer - a straight line for Cu and the return for Mn , Pb, Cd and Co. Supplement of an arable layer of earth with mobile forms of copper, zinc and cobalt low, manganese - corresponds to the average level. Speaking of the degree of actual mobility the studied elements settle down in sequence: Cd> Mn> Co> Pb> Zn> Cu. Degree of potential availability decreases among: Zn> Mn>Pb> Co> Cu. The existence of Mn, Cu, Zn and Co in grain of wheat is lower than maximum concentration limit, and accumulation of Pb and Cd is higher than maximum concentration limit in grain production for baby food for 10-15 %, that increases individual risk of death to the maximum permissible level

INTRODUCTION FEATURES OF RED OAK (QUÉRCUS RÚBRA) IN MARI EL REPUBLIC

The research purpose was estimate of the red oak growing suitability in Mari El Republic. To achieve this goal we investigated experienced 44-year-old red oak plantation at the Botanical garden-Institute, determined acorns morphological characteristics of red and English oaks and seedlings grown from them. The evaluation of red oak plantings identified excess of average height and tree diameter in comparison with English oak, but the sanitary condition of both oaks forests was weakened due to the influence of the complex of unfavorable factors. Morphological acorns evaluation showed that the shape factor of acorns of English oak is equal to 1.64, while the red oak is 1.1. Biometrics parameters of red oak bareroote seedlings in the field were higher than English oak bareroote seedlings. In greenhouse biometric parameters of red oak container seedlings had not excess. According to this research, red oak is recommended for use in landscape construction in Mari El Republic
