STATISTICAL STUDY ON WORLD PRODUCTION OF BARLEY GRAIN

abstract 1061502069 issue 106 pp. 1062 – 1070 28.02.2015 ru 1350
The article presents an analysis of the statistical data on use of barley in the world agriculture. The dynamics of changes in acreage under crop has been studied over the past decade in the global community. The structure of indicators in barley’s area was reduced and the main regions of production have been described. As the world as some countries barley productivity was studied. The article presents the data on world production of barley for lust four years. The structure of production of the main producing counties for 2014 is presented graphically. On the basis of the material revealed, more than half of the total harvest of barley in the world has been produced by three regions: The European Union, the Russian Federation and Canada. The article presents a comparative analysis in the above productivity of barley by the world leaders in the production of this crop. A direct influence of environmental factors on final grain yield has noted. Also the issue of national economic importance of culture has been revealed. We have noted the areas of the culture use such as food, brewing industry, as well as livestock (as it is known, barley is one of the most valuable forage crops)

TOTAL EVAPORATION AND CROP IRRIGATION MODES

abstract 0821208069 issue 82 pp. 990 – 1001 31.10.2012 ru 1347
In the article, the results of the researches of total evaporation, the modes of irrigation and the productivity of corn on grain in the conditions of a steppe zone of the Republic of Northern Ossetia-Alania are presented. The empirical dependences characterizing relationships of cause and effect in system: “hydroweather conditions - an irrigated agrobiocenosis”, allowing to improve methodology of irrigation planning and to increase accuracy of irrigation planning, taking into account existential variability of climatic factors are presented

THE ANALYSIS OF PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF MEAT AND FAT OF PUREBRED AND CROSS-BREED HOGS

abstract 0731109019 issue 73 pp. 219 – 228 30.11.2011 ru 1341
The researches have been carried out on hogs of Steppe type (ST) of fast-ripening meat breed (FM – 1), large white breed (LW) and their cross-breeds ST*LW, LW*ST. Researches showed that gilts LW excelled the patterns of PSE – port in pH. NOR – port, in its turn, was distinguished by higher contents of components composing dry and organic matter. The superiority of cross-bred hogs ST*LW over LW*ST according to the quantity of triptofan in pork was determined. The analysis of physic-chemical properties of fat has shown, that gilts of Steppe type with PSE – pork were distinguished by lowered to of fat melting and increased iodine quantity against NOR – quality pork

SMALL-LEAVED LIME (TILIA CORDATA) CULTIVATION IN THE OMSK REGION SOUTH FOREST-STEPPE CONDITIONS

abstract 1121508085 issue 112 pp. 1173 – 1181 30.10.2015 ru 1340
Small-leaved lime (Tília cordata) is wonderful species of trees, producing honey. This tree species is not cultivated in forest tree nurseries of Head forestry department of the Omsk region for the purpose of an artificial reproduction. Small-leaved lime grows wild in Bolshyi Uki, Ust-Ishym and Tevris areas. This forest is the basis for a honey production. Small-leaved lime occupies a very small area, which equals 1,5 ha. Natural reproduction of small-leaved lime in the Omsk Pryirtysh district is a reliquiae. Questions of reproduction of small-leaved lime have not been studied yet. Shoots cloning of small-leaved lime has an important practical value for areas of natural reproduction. A technology of seed reproduction has not been developed for the Omsk region. Complexity of the matter is in the existence of a long and deep physiological quiescent period of small-leaved lime seeds. Experimental facts of small-leaved lime seed reproduction has been described in this article. Results of measuring of height and root neck diameter of oneand two-year old plants have been shown. The influence of putting young plants in the shadow on their growth and development has been evaluated. It has been shown that seedlings received from small-leaved lime growing in the Оmsk State Agrarian University Dendrology Park have large variation in the growth and development parameters and the fact of casting shadows on the plants truly affects the height of oneand same as two-year old samples

INFLUENCE OF FRUITLESS SHOOTS ON QUANTATIVE TRAITS OF GRAPES AND WINE OF SAPERAVI VARIETY

abstract 1081504038 issue 108 pp. 512 – 532 30.04.2015 ru 1337
In this study we have shown the influence of fruitless shoots to number of berries in clusters, the mass of 100 berries, average weight of the bunch, yield, sugar content and acid in the juice of the berries, the quality of wine. These indicators have been studied at a ratio of fertile and sterile shoots 1: 1, 3: 1, 6: 1 with a load of bushes 12, 16, 20 fruit-bearing shoots and nutrition area 3 x 1 m2. Control was a natural balance of fruit-bearing and barren shoots. Digital material is processed by one-way analysis of variance experience for each load of bushes, and then the same method of two-experience for all the options. Fragmentation of sterile shoots with load of 12 fruit-bearing shoots per plant decreases, and with loads of 16 and 20 increases the number of fruit-bearing shoots berries in clusters, the mass of 100 berries, average weight of the bunch, yield, and sugar content in berries. For the content of titratable acids we have marked a tendency to increase with a decrease in the number of sterile shoots. The content of phenolic substances on the variants of the experiment was 2.2-2.3 g / dm3, the acidity of 7.3-7.8 g / dm3, alcohol 10,2-10,9% vol. Dry wines tasting score on the options was in the range of 7.4-7.6 points. Significant difference in taste and smell features wines by variants of the experiment was not revealed. Conclusions on the effect of sterile shoots on fruiting vine indicators drawn from the analysis of variance one- and two-factor experiments, in most cases were the same
