PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF TRITICALE IN FEEDING

abstract 1161602057 issue 116 pp. 821 – 849 29.02.2016 ru 980
In the decision to establish solid fodder resources in the arid parts of Southern Russia triticale should take its rightful place. It must be introduced instead of winter wheat, inferior to the yield, quality and output of nutrients per unit of area. It is necessary to maximize the potential of new varieties of winter triticale, as the productivity of animals largely depends on the varietal characteristics of the culture. Triticale has attracted special attention by its ability to exceed the parental forms on productivity and quality, and resistance to adverse soil and climatic conditions and the most dangerous disease is not inferior to rye. The generalized data of most researchers characterize triticale as a factor in increasing the productivity of animals and reducing the cost of feed per unit of output, although in some cases there is a negative trend in reduction of productivity by the replacement of cereal grain components for winter triticale. Due to the enrichment of compound feed with triticale grain by enzyme preparations and enzyme-probiotic supplements we can greatly increase productivity, digestibility of main nutrients, improve meat quality and reduce the cost of feed per unit of output. We can increase the productive effect of triticale grain by extrusion. In physiological metabolic experiments, it is found that by extruding of triticale grain the digestibility of the main nutrients is increased by 1.3-1.8%. Extruding of triticale before feeding promotes slaughter yield and increases the levels of protein in the muscle. The use of triticale in rations instead of wheat reduces the cost of the diet, the cost of the manufactured products and increases profitability. The study of achievements of scientists from various scientific organizations necessitates the further breeding work with the culture of triticale and requires the development of innovative technological methods that can help reduce the concentration of pentosans and beta-glucans in the grain

PROBLEMS OF INDUSTRIAL PIG BREEDING IN RUSSIA THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BEST AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGIES

abstract 1341710098 issue 134 pp. 1220 – 1230 29.12.2017 ru 311
The steady development of modern pig farming dictates the need for new priorities, opportunities and requirements, such as reducing harmful environmental impacts, more efficient use of resources, and provision of comfortable conditions for the pig housing. The creation of an appropriate ITS BAT in the branch will optimize the activity of agricultural pig breeding enterprises due to the transition to performance of requirements based on BAT technological parameters, to solve the problem of energy efficiency, import substitution and increase of competitiveness. Their integration will have an effect not only on improving the ecological state of the environment, but also on the economy of agricultural enterprises providing a new approach to agricultural activity

PROCESSING METHODS OF THE INTENSIFICATION OF EXTRACTION OF NUTRIENTS FROM FRUITS OF WILD PLANTS

abstract 1321708035 issue 132 pp. 442 – 451 31.10.2017 ru 267
The nutrient structure of fruits of the Mountain ash of ordinary Sorbus aucuparia L., sloe of Prunus spinosa and their extracts is investigated. Inside them, the standard methods in biochemistry have determined the content of extractive substances, sugars, titrable acids, vitamins C and P, phenolic and pectinaceous substances. Results of analyses demonstrate that the fruits of wild plants ripening in the conditions of Dagestan – mountain ashes and sloe - can be effectively used as raw materials for receiving extracts which are rich in vitamins, carbohydrates and phenolic connections. The possibility of production of highquality nutrient-rich extracts from these fruits with application of various technological modes and ways of extraction is revealed: duration of insisting of raw materials; various concentration of ethanol in an extractant and ratios raw materials/ extractant. Results of researches demonstrate that at a ratio of raw materials/extractant 1:3 and the 70% content of ethanol in the extractant have come the greatest extraction from vitamin fruits P (routine) and phenols which made respectively 56,0-65,7% and 51,4-68,3%. Increase in extraction of titrable acids and vitamin C is noted at 50% concentration of ethanol in the extractant. The maximum release of sugars has come from all fruit substrata at 30% ethanol in the extractant. Results of biochemical analyses of extracts have shown that carrying out extraction in the way of double insisting on condition of selection of optimum: concentration of ethanol in the extractant, ratios of the raw materials/ extractant and the best time of insisting, allow to provide on average a 55-60% exit of nutrients from the studied fruit raw materials

PRODUCTIVITY AND METABOLISM IN DAIRY COWS WHEN FED WITH HERBS COLLECTION IN THE CONDITIONS OF YAKUTIA

abstract 1201606092 issue 120 pp. 1378 – 1391 30.06.2016 ru 380
Feeding lactating dairy cows of the Simmental breed using the collection of herbs with Тhyмus bituminosus Klok, Achillea millefolium L., Polygonum aviculare L., Galium verum L, Chamerion angustifolium L., Sanguisórba officinális, Stellaria media L. and Amaranthus retraflexus L. contributed to a better digestibility and nutrient utilization of diets. A high level of digestibility by cows experimental compared to the control group is set with respect to the dry and organic matter of 2.0% and a crude protein 1.4 %. When using the collection of herbs, there was an increase in the antioxidant status of erythrocyte cells in blood of dairy cows as expressed in the increasing content of low molecular weight antioxidants in blood cells by 1.4 times in reducing the intensity of lipid peroxidation of erythrocyte membranes in 1,2 times, in comparison with the control values. The use of the collection of herbal increases milk yield of cows of the experimental group by 7.4 %, increases by the 16.2 % yield of milk fat and the protein content of 10.7 % in milk of dairy cows compared to the control group
