DYNAMICS OF ENZYME’S ACTIVITY OF BLACK SOIL WHEN POLLUTING WITH ANTIBIOTICS

abstract 0851301046 issue 85 pp. 579 – 588 28.01.2013 ru 1784
In the article, we have studied the effect of antibiotics on enzyme’s activity of black soil. Introduction of the high doses (600 mg/kg) of antibiotics benzylpenicillin, nystatin) leads to considerable decrease in enzyme’s activity of soils. The class of hydrolyses is most sensi-tive to the action of antibiotics, their activity decreases for 50-70% from control values, the class of oxidore-ductase is least sensitive (10-40%). Antibiotic’s action on enzyme’s pool of soils has the prolonged character

INTROGRESSION OF GENE OF PI-TA, PI-B, PI-Z INTO SNEZHINKA RUSSIAN RICE VARIETY, WITH USE OF METHODS OF MOLECULAR MARKING

abstract 0661102008 issue 66 pp. 86 – 96 28.02.2011 ru 1790
The introgression of race-specific blast resistance genes Pi-ta, Pi-b, Pi-z into genotype of Russian rice variety has been performed by backcross method with marker control of donor alleles. Plants that demonstrated maximal similarity with recurrent parental form, the short vegetation period and abundant panicle fertility have been picked up from BC3-population. Marker analysis of developed population revealed the samples carrying introduced target genes in homozygote state

ANALYSIS OF FORMING OF ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS OF WINE MATERIALS FROM SAUVIGNON BLANC GRAPES GROWN UNDER AF "SOUTH" IN TEMRJUKSKY AREA DEPENDING ON THE COMPOSITION OF AR-OMATIC SUBSTANCES

abstract 0981404076 issue 98 pp. 1058 – 1072 30.04.2014 ru 1795
In the article we show the investigations of aromatic wine produced from grapes of Sauvignon blanc grown in AF South in Temryuk District. As a result, the article estimates obtained good organoleptic characteristics of the taste, within 7.3-7.9 points, which is higher than the passing score. It was found that the greatest negative impact on the formation of mutual organoleptic properties have such flavors as metilatse-tal and the amount of volatile acids

STABILITY OF NEW LINEAR SORTS OF WINTER SOFT WHEAT TO ADVERSE ABIOTIC AND TO BIOTIC FACTORS OF ENVIRONMENT IN ORDINARY BLACK SOIL OF THE STAVROPOL REGION

abstract 0621008012 issue 62 pp. 138 – 148 28.10.2010 ru 1798
Value of new linear sorts allocated by the method of analytical selection from sort Stepnaya 7 in increase of adaptability of winter soft wheat is discussed. The new linear sorts: Line 15, AMMA, Line 21, Line 11, Line 26, Line 29, Line 36, Line 37 revealed combination of stability to brown and yellow rusts. Productive varieties with high quality of grain: Magnificent, Line 12, Line 38 have shown stability to a brown rust and poorly affected by other mushroom diseases
